Abstract:As a new economic form derived from the digital economy, the new employment form develops rapidly in the economic system with its intelligence and flexibility. New jobs promoted by the digital economy have promoted the improvement of workers' education and quality, the efficiency of employment resource allocation, and the reduction of gender inequality in employment, but also caused the impact on traditional industries, the imbalance of labor force structure, and the insufficient protection of labor rights and interests of new employees. Therefore, it is suggested to continue to improve the laws and regulatory mechanisms related to new employment patterns, strive to improve the digital quality of all workers, and assist traditional industries in digital upgrading.
