Abstract:Based on the development trend of product-crowdfunding, the connotations of entrepreneurs’ social capital and network ability in product-crowdfunding situation were defined from social capital research angle and combined with network ability related research results. Thus, it was proposed that the influence factors model about results of resource acquisition. Study conclusions were obtained by taking iqegg technology as an example: both the social capital and network ability from entrepreneurs have an important influence on the results of technology startups resource acquisition, and entrepreneurs’ network ability could improve the utilization efficiency of social capital in the product-crowdfunding situation.
