Pearson correlation analysis is used to study the theory and practice of FDI promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Gansu Province, and the FDI flow, FDI stock and the correlation degree of three industries in Gansu Province are calculated. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
