Abstract:In recent years, the global luxury goods market has gradually adapted to the "new normal." In 2017, the luxury market started to recover and returned to healthy growth. Therefore, it is necessary to study the luxury goods industry to grasp the market changes. First of all, this paper introduces the general situation and development status of the luxury industry, and analyzes the market structure-behavior-performance of the luxury goods industry based on the framework of SCP analysis paradigm. Second, it analyzes the diversification of consumption groups, the upgrading of consumption structure. Finally, this paper looks at the luxury goods industry and gives appropriate suggestions.
