Abstract:In order to cultivate high-quality dispatch team,drawing on the relevant theories of professionalism lifecycle management(PLM)construction, combined with the "pilot- flight dispatcher" integration training that has been carried out,the feasibility and necessity of its implementation are sorted out, and the implementation path for improving the job competence of flight dispatchers throughout their entire career are explored. Based on the evidence based training(EBT)concept, the guarantee mechanism of "pilot-dispatchert" is summarized, in order to provide references for optimizing the training mode of flight pilot.
