The Industry-university-research cooperative education has been listed by the National Ministry of Education as one of the key appraisal indexes in the assessed level for undergraduate teaching and training of higher education. In order to optimize personnel training model for tourism management major, and to accept the appraisal of the Ministry of Education, the article takes a case study on the industry-university-research cooperation education in tourism management major of Putian University, analyzes current problems in the cooperative education and puts forward some suggestions to improve it.
