Abstract:
Empowerment is the core behavior of leadership authorization. Only by uncovering the “black box” of the internal formation mechanism of leadership empowerment behavior, can leaders complete the transition from “management & control” to “leader & coach”, change the mind of employees, and promote the initiative of employees. Through literature review and analysis, this paper first reveals that “leadership role change”, “authorization empowerment perception” and “self-efficacy improvement” are the keywords of internal leadership empowerment behavior. Secondly, it constructs a leadership empowerment behavior formation model on the basis of "leader role orientation-employee empowerment perception", and discusses the internal formation mechanism of leadership empowerment behavior. Finally, it forms its effect framework around the path of behavior-attitude-behavior. The paper believes the framework has good enlightenment and reference for organizational practice.
