This paper analyzes the cultural obstacles of construction of Agricultural Technological Park from the view of cultural perception, then puts forward the new cultural thoughts of Agricultural Technological Park from the view of S-eco-thought, namely thought of Eco-development, thought of Eco-value, thought of Eco-science and technology, thought of Eco-resource, thought of holistic development and thought of Eco-esthetics, which offer the realistic value of reference to the eco-thought of construction of Agricultural Technological Park and guides the Master's behavior of park. Finally conclusion and some policies are put forward, which provide the references for the construction of Agricultural Technological Park.
