摘    要:基于文献回顾,结合实证,探讨内部市场导向对员工离职意向的影响.研究表明,内部市场导向的两个构面:内部沟通和内部响应能够显著降低员工离职意向;同时,内部沟通和内部响应影响员工离职意向有两个途径:既有直接效应,也可以通过员工满意间接影响员工离职意向.即当企业的内部沟通良好,内部响应系统及时有效时,员工的离职意向会降低,对组织的忠诚度则会提高.

Abstract:Based on literature and the empirical study, the paper tries to explore the relationship between internal market orientation and employee turnover intention. Results show that: the internal market orientation and internal response have significant negative effects on employee turnover intention not only directly but also indirectly. They can affect staff turnover intention through affecting staff''s satisfaction. So when internal communication is sufficient and internal response system work well, the staff turnover intention will decrease while employee satisfaction will increase.
