| 摘 要： | 第三方物流供应商选择的重要性被越来越多的学者所认识。评价指标体系和评价方法是第三方物流供应商选择理论研究的两个核心内容；伴随现代物流实践的不断发展，各个评价因素的重要度和侧重点不断变化，研究方法上，多模型、多角度的综合评价则成为热点；目前，供应链与第四方物流、全球化与供应链、逆向物流与供应链等相互渗透，如何在不同的背景融合下，对第三方物流供应商选择的因素及其相互关系进行分析，为后续的研究提供了一个新的视角。
