| 摘 要： | 基于中国1993—2018年省级面板数据，测算区域知识产权保护、外商直接投资和生产性服务业出口结构的综合水平及其协同发展的动态演化特征，实证检验三者之间的相互作用。结果表明，中国生产性服务业出口结构持续优化，知识产权保护水平逐渐提升，外资项目平均规模也有所增加，但三者协同发展质量总体较低且无明显上升趋势；随着外资项目平均规模的增加，知识产权保护和生产性服务业出口结构对三者协同发展的边际正效应逐渐减弱；增强知识产权保护力度、提升生产性服务业出口结构优化对系统的正向效应，有利于减缓外资项目平均规模提升对系统耦合的负面效应；此外，优化生产性服务业出口结构能够增强知识产权保护对系统耦合的正效应，但并未有效缓解外商直接投资对系统协同发展产生的负向作用。

An Analysis of the Synergistic Effect of Intellectual Property Protection, Foreign Direct Investment and the Optimization of Export Structure of Producer Services |

| Abstract: | Based on the provincial panel data of China from 1993 to 2018, the comprehensive level of regional intellectual property protection, foreign direct investment and export structure of productive services and the dynamic evolution characteristics of their synergistic development are measured. On this basis, the interaction among the three variables is empirically tested.The results show that the export structure of producer services in China is continuously optimized, the protection of intellectual property rights is strengthened, and the average scale of foreign investment projects is also increased, but the quality of synergistic development of three variables is generally low and there is no obvious upward trend. With the increase of the average scale of foreign investment projects, the protection of intellectual property rights and the export structure of producer services have marginal positive effects on synergistic development of the three systems. In addition, the optimization of export structure of producer services promotes the positive effect of intellectual property protection on the system coupling, but does not effectively alleviate the negative effect of FDI on the synergistic development. |
