| 摘 要： | 目的/意义分析当前以互联网为代表的信息技术对新型工业化发展产生的重大影响，旨在为促进信息化与新型工业化的融合发展提供可借鉴思路，从而探索我国“两化”融合的发展道路。方法/过程从“互联网+”的视角探讨信息化与新型工业化的融合态势，深入分析“互联网+”背景下“两化”融合呈现的新特点和新趋势，并揭示现阶段“两化”融化的发展现状。结果/结论“互联网+”背景下，信息化与新型工业化的融合态势表现为:互联网技术与工业的深度融合，两者的智能融合及互联互通，互联网技术带来的产业增长遭遇瓶颈、经历拐点等。基于此，可采取从顶层设计来积极引导、开展互联网与工业融合创新试点、增加投入构建信息人才高地、突破瓶颈实现产业规模化等措施来促进“两化”有效融合。

| Abstract: | Purpose/SignificanceThe paper aims to analyze the significant impact of the current Internet-based information technology on the development of new industrialization, to provide ideas for the integration of information technology and new-type industrialization, and to explore the development path of the integration of China's "Twoizations".Method/ProcessFrom the perspective of "Internet Plus", this paper explores the integration of informatization and new-type industrialization, analyzes in depth the new features and new trends of the integration of "Twoizations" in the context of "Internet Plus", and reveal the current development status of the "Twoizations" melting.Result/ConclusionUnder the "Internet Plus" background, the integration of information technology and new-type industrialization is manifested in the deep integration of Internet technology and industry, the intelligent integration and interconnection of the two, and the bottleneck of the industry's growth caused by Internet technology. Based on this, the top-level design can be adopted to actively guide and carry out the internet and industrial integration innovation pilot, increase investment in the construction of information talents, and break through bottlenecks to achieve industrial scale and other measures in order to promote the effective integration of "Twoizations". |
