大孔树脂对维生素C钠的脱色研究

摘    要:采用大孔树脂对维生素C钠液体进行脱色、重结晶从而制得食品级维生素C钠。对多种树脂的脱色效果、脱色条件、树脂再生方法进行了比较和筛选。结果显示,含有吡啶基团的苯乙烯型树脂D208的脱色效果最佳,再生使用次数多,回收率稳定。最佳脱色条件如下:吸附温度为23~28℃,流速为100 mL/h,脱色液质量分数在20%左右,最终脱色率为85.2%。

Abstract:Vitamin C sodium solution was decolorized by macroporous resins and recrystallized directly to prepare food-grade vitamin C sodium.The decoloration effects,the decoloration conditions and the recycle method of some resins were compared.D208 is a suitable resin.The optimal operation conditions are as follows:temperature 23~28 ℃,solution concentration 20%,and the flow velocity 100 mL/h.The decoloration rate reaches 85.2%.
