| 摘 要： | 本文研究信息技术外包提供商之间的竞争关系，假设信息技术外包提供商竞争性影响因素，在调研基础上获取大量数据，并通过定量模型进行实证研究。研究发现，信息技术外包提供商信息资源应用水平越高，组织管理水平越高，管理效率越高，人才引进投入力度越大，过程控制方面能力越强，品牌知名度越高，则其竞争力越强。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the competitive relationship between the information technology outsourcing providers, assuming that information technology outsourcing provider competitive factors, on the basis of investigation and research to obtain a large amount of data. The empirical study finds the conclusion through the quantitative model: the higher of information technology outsourcing provider application level, the higher of information resources organization and management level, the higher of efficiency of management, the higher of talent introduction of investment, the greater the process control ability stronger, and the higher the brand awareness, the more competitive an information technology outsourcing provider is. |
