| 摘 要： | 研究目的：将ArcGIS技术应用到县域工业用地集约利用评价中，以期为图件制作、综合评价提供快捷、精确的方法，为区域经济发展、工业布局提供帮助。研究方法：问卷调查和综合评分法。研究结果：区域经济发展程度对工业土地集约利用绩效有着较大影响，各乡镇工业主导行业及发展战略、区位优势等也对综合集约利用水平产生一定的影响。研究结论：为了促进企业集约用地、增强地方政府集约用地责任感，需要建立经常性的工业用地集约利用评价制度。利用ArcGIS 软件强大的空间分析和数据处理能力以及良好的插件扩展功能，能快捷、较好地完成不同区域间的工业用地集约利用评价，而且方便成果的修订和更新。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to apply ArcGIS technology in the assessment on the intensive use of industrial land at county level, in order to offer a fast accurate method for mapping and comprehensive assessment, and support the regional economic development and the industrial layout. The research methods employ a survey through a closed questionnaire and integrated assessment. The results indicate that regional economic development has great influence on intensive use of industrial land, and the intensive level is also affected by the dominant industries and development strategies of different towns as well as the regional location advantages. The conclusions of the study are that：（1） it is necessary to establish a regular assessment system of industrial land intensive use in order to further realizing the responsibilities for intensive land use of the industrial companies and local governments; （2） due to its strong functions of spatial analysis, data processing and plug-ins expansion of the ArcGIS software, it can be used for quickly and precisely assessing the intensive use of industrial lands among different regions, and what’s more, the assessment result can be amended and updated easily. |
