在全球化趋势的引领之下,服务业已经占据了经济领域中越来越重要的位置。我国服务业目前相对于发达国家还有较大差距。为了更好地发展我国服务业,缩小与发达国家的差距,适时地开展服务认证是一种可行的方法。这当然就要涉及基于认证的服务分类,目前尚未见到专门针对服务认证的服务分类进行研究的专著。国内外专家对于服务业的分类有较多的研究,并形成了一些成果。我国1985、1994和2002年3次国民经济行业分类中形成了关于服务业的分类。在我国服务业分类的基础上,针对服务认证的服务分类进行研究,建立符合服务认证要求和服务业发展的服务分类标准,有利于推动相关服务认证的发展,从而推动服务业的发展。  相似文献

We examine the role of communication during the innovation process of new financial services from an information processing perspective. A contingency framework is developed on the role of communication and its impact on new financial services success. In order to assess the unique nature of the services context of this study, this framework also depicts the moderating impact of the specific services characteristics (intangibility, inseparability, heterogeneity and perishability) on project communication during the innovation process. Project team communication is conceptualized by three types of communication: (1) intra-project communication, (2) extra-project communication involving (i) organizational liaisons, which refer to the transfer of intra-organizational communication by project members and (ii) gatekeepers of information, which refer to the transfer of extra-organizational information by customer-contact personnel. The relationship between project team communication and the reduction of innovative uncertainty on new financial service success is examined. Our contingency model implies that managers have to recognize the critical communication roles that project members and frontline employees may fulfill. The communication flows mediated by these individuals foster the uncertainty reduction during the innovation process. Moreover, financial service innovation management should conceive the service characteristics as sources of task uncertainty, as they may lower project communication effectiveness, i.e. the reduction of innovative uncertainty. Following the managerial implications of our model, we finally formulate directions for future research.  相似文献

In a modern society that is inundated with cell phones, laptops, PDAs and other IT facilities, it is little wonder that digital handheld tools and facilities have followed suit in the wireless trend. Services in Bluetooth promise to allow industries and businesses to adapt rapidly to changes in the business environment and to the needs of IT users. Nevertheless, the dramatic changes of services in Bluetooth also result in undesirable interactions that negatively influence quality of service and customer satisfaction regarding Bluetooth. Consequently, it is important to discuss the service quality, service feature interaction and service recovery about Bluetooth and their influence on user satisfaction and trust. Due to particular properties of wireless communication services, there exist software testing models and methodologies in the domain of wireless communication services. Based on the previous literature that defines the overall quality of wireless communication services, this study proposes a quality-oriented framework that may be effectively applied to the area of wireless communication.  相似文献

We address the following question: why have a large number of mobile services been successful in Japan but received only lukewarm response in Norway despite Norway’s lead in the late 1990s in wireless messaging? Current explanations are not sufficient in explaining this dilemma. We approach mobile service diffusion through the lens of new institutionalism by analyzing how messaging institutions emerged both on supply and demand sides that enabled and constrained mobile service innovation. A tripartite framework of institutional fields consisting of architectural service specifications, service properties, and use gratifications is formulated. Using secondary data we show that mobile service specifications in Japan integrated better interpersonal communication and data services and thereby allowed instrumental and aesthetic properties to align with expressive properties of messaging. In Norway disjoint service specifications caused service properties and gratifications to remain disconnected, which inhibited data service adoption and channeled data service adoption towards simple SMS based messaging solutions. Differences in service specifications and prospective gratifications not only account for differences in overall service diffusion, but offer valuable insights into institutional forces that shape complex mobile service innovation.  相似文献

The role of entrepreneurship in the public services remains controversial. In this article we present an initial framework for understanding public entrepreneurship based on a typology of entrepreneurship and an initial classification of relevant public service processes and outcomes. Each aspect is illustrated by case study evidence taken from the West Midlands Ambulance Service, and is integrated into the theoretical literature on entrepreneurship. When applied to this case, the framework helps to differentiate two types of entrepreneurial action. The first type is conducted away from the core service and is governed by commercial considerations, the second is linked to the core statutory service and is governed by bureaucratic obedience. We argue a feature of public management is the requirement to operate across differing ‘orderings of life’ where contradictory rules apply. The acceptability of entrepreneurship depends on whether managers can recognize and distinguish between the rules governing these spheres.  相似文献
