信息披露、机构投资者持股与上市公司过度投资

在研究我国上市公司过度投资问题以及其制约效应,2003年到2009年间中国上市公司面板数据,对企业过度投资问题在我国的状况进行分析,发现投资对现金流具有敏感性,并且这种敏感性是由投资过度来解释的,即我国上市公司存在过度投资行为。我们考察了信息披露评级和机构投资者持股两个制约变量,分析其对投资的影响,结果发现信息披露评级和机构投资者持股在特定的样本环境下能抑制过度投资行为。并且发现,信息披露评级与机构投资者持股对过度投资的两种制约作用是替代的,在信息披露评级低的公司中,机构投资者持股对过度投资的制约作用越明显;在机构投资者持股比例低的公司,信息披露评级的制约作用越明显。     

机构持股对上市公司投资者关系管理影响研究

以2005年公开披露的中国上市公司投资者关系50强中的32家公司为研究样本,来检验机构持股对我国上市公司投资者关系管理的影响。研究发现,上一期机构持股比例与当期投资者关系水平显著正相关,并且高水平的投资者关系有利于吸引更多的机构投资者,其下一期机构持股比例将有显著提高。     

机构持股与中航工业上市公司绩效研究

一般来说,机构投资者持股后会通过参与公司治理提高公司治理水平,公司治理水平的提升则可以改善公司的业绩。文章通过对机构投资者持股后对中航工业上市公司绩效的影响进行简单数据分析,结果表明机构投资者持股比例越高,其持股公司的业绩并不是越好而是呈现出不规则的、混乱的变化趋势。     

长期机构投资者持股量对上市公司年报披露及时性影响

本文从2011-2013年深交所A股上市公司中随机选取1132家公司作为研究对象,针对长期机构投资者的持股比例对上市公司年报信息披露时间的影响进行实证研究,研究结果表明:长期机构投资者的持股量越高,上市公司年报披露越及时。     

机构投资者持股与上市公司派现相关性研究

机构投资者能否通过影响公司的财务决策进而影响公司价值,一直是财务学理论界和实务界关注的问题。本文以2009年沪深两市的A股上市公司为样本,分析了机构投资者持股对上市公司派现的影响,检验机构投资者是否在我国公司治理中发挥治理、监督作用。研究结果表明,机构投资者持股比例越高,上市公司派发现金股利水平越高,并且机构投资者持股在一定程度上能够抑制上市公司恶意派现的现象。     

机构投资者持股与上市公司会计信息质量关系研究

文章研究机构投资者持股与上市公司会计信息质量的关系,引入了公司治理这一中间变量,分别从机构投资者持股对公司治理的影响和公司治理对会计信息质量的影响两方面进行分析,从而得出机构投资者持股影响上市公司会计信息质量这一结论。     

股权结构、内部控制信息披露与公司价值——来自沪深两市上市公司的经验证据

本文选取2006年在沪深两市公开发行A股的300家上市公司作为样本,通过对已有文献的收集整理,选取股权集中度、机构投资者持股比例、高级管理层持股比例等指标作为自变量.替代股权结构,分析其对内控信息披露水平的影响,进而分析股权结构与内控信息披露水平是如何影响公司价值的.

基于投资者保护的会计信息披露的实证研究——机构投资者参股效应分析视角

本文以投资者保护为研究目的,从机构投资者持股和上市公司会计信息披露关系的视角出发,提出并验证假说在其他条件相同的情况下,机构投资者持股比例与会计信息透明度成正相关。本文研究得出机构投资者参股具有替代效应能够显著提高上市公司会计信息的披露水平,从而保护中小投资者。     

基金持股的上市公司特征探析

结合我国以证券投资基金为主的机构投资者实际发展状况及相关制度背景,以探讨机构投资者是否对上市公司治理存在影响为主线,对机构投资者持股上市公司特征进行了实证研究。结果发现,基金持股的上市公司在公司治理、盈利能力等方面优于非基金持股的上市公司,开放式基金持股公司和封闭式基金持股公司在治理特征方面存在显著差异,基金能同时对上市公司产生"用手投票"和"用脚投票"的积极效应。
