利用最小冗余最大相关和SVM的SAR图像海上溢油识别

近年溢油事故频发,海洋污染日益严重。利用合成孔径雷达（SAR）卫星可以有效跟踪由海上溢油事故导致的油膜扩展情况。利用最大冗余最小相关-支持向量机（mRMR_SVM）算法进行SAR图像溢油识别,为溢油事故决策支持提供重要前提。首先采用mRMR提取最优特征向量集,对输入值进行降维; 然后采用SVM算法解决油膜图像分类问题,同时选择径向基函数（RBF）为核函数;使用训练集训练该模型,调整模型参数;以测试集特征向量作为输入,利用训练好的模型进行溢油识别。实验结果表明,mRMR_SVM模型对SAR图像的油膜和类油膜识别有效,准确率为96.875%.     

一种基于Radon变换的微表情识别算法

微表情是人们处在一些与平时生活环境不同的高强度环境下试图控制和掩饰的情感表现，也是一种不曾意识到的瞬时脸部表情,持续时间短，强度弱。为了提高其准确率，提出了基于Radon变换的微表情识别算法。首先，对数据库中的视频序列进行灰度归一化、尺寸归一化和二维主成分分析法（Two-dimensional Principal Component Analysis，2DPCA）降维预处理，使用光流法对降维后图像提取运动特征；然后使用Radon变换算法对光流图像进行处理，得到对应微表情的特征值和特征图像；最后使用支持向量机进行微表情分类识别。实验结果表明，使用Radon变换后得到的微表情特征图像得到了较好的识别效果，在微表情数据集CASME和CASMEⅡ上识别率分别为81.48%和82.17%，通过与选取的其他方法对比说明了该方法具有更好的识别性能。     

基于同步压缩短时傅里叶变换的微型无人机识别

针对利用雷达微多普勒效应的微型无人机识别问题,提出了一种基于同步压缩短时傅里叶变换（Synchrosqueezing Short-Time Fourier Transform,SSTFT）的分类识别方法。首先对无人机的微多普勒回波信号进行SSTFT从而获得信号时频谱,然后对时频谱进行多维度特征提取获得回波信号的时频特征及频率变化特征,最后将所获得联合特征输入到支持向量机（Support Vector Machine,SVM）中进而实现无人机的分类识别。基于实际雷达数据的实验结果表明,所提无人机分类方法准确率可达到97.03%。     

深度卷积神经网络在SAR自动目标识别领域的应用综述

深度卷积神经网络（DCNN）可自动学习目标层次化特征,在合成孔径雷达（SAR）自动目标识别（SAR-ATR）领域具有广泛应用前景。首先,介绍了DCNN的基本原理以及DCNN在光学图像上的应用与发展;然后,介绍了SAR-ATR的基本概念,综述了DCNN在SAR图像语义特征提取、片段级SAR图像分类、基于数据增强技术的SAR自动目标识别、异质图像变化检测等领域中的前沿应用研究及代表性网络架构;最后,总结并讨论了DCNN在SAR-ATR应用中存在的参数设置经验化、算法泛化能力较弱等不足,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。     

基于多尺度多方向Gabor模板的光学/SAR景象匹配

合成孔径雷达（SAR）成像制导通常采用光学基准图和SAR实时图 进行特征提取和景象匹配。提出了一种光学/SAR异类影像匹配方法,利用多尺度多方向Gabo r模板提取图像的Gabor特征后进行特征匹配,首先对SAR图像进行方向Frost滤波预处理,然 后分别计算光学图像和SAR图像的高斯梯度图像,再利用多尺度多方向二维Gabor滤波器模板 分别对两幅高斯梯度图像进行特征提取,最后对两组特征矩阵进行归一化互相关匹配。该方 法直接利用光学图像和SAR实时图进行景象匹配,实验表明,该异类影像匹配方法较其他传 统方法具有较高的鲁棒性和准确性。     

结合多源特征与高斯过程模型的SAR图像目标识别

针对合成孔径雷达（Synthetic Aperture Radar，SAR）图像目标识别问题，提出结合多源特征和高斯过程模型的方法。分别利用主成分分析（Principal Component Analysis，PCA）、非负矩阵分解（Non-negative Matrix Factorization，NMF）以及单演信号提取SAR图像的特征矢量，并将它们串接为单一矢量。三类特征从不同角度描述SAR图像目标特性，从而为目标识别提供更为有效的信息。决策分类过程采用高斯过程模型进行多元分类，基于融合特征矢量获得概率意义上的最佳决策。实验中，采用MSTAR数据集设置3类目标、10类目标、型号差异以及俯仰角差异识别问题，结果验证了提出方法的优越性能。     

基于ResNet_NSCS的通信信号调制识别

针对通信信号调制识别的特征提取问题，为进一步提高识别准确率，提出了一种基于嵌套式跳跃连接结构的残差网络（ResNet of Nested Shortcut Connection Structure，ResNet_NSCS）调制识别算法。该算法在残差神经网络（Residual Neural Network，ResNet）基础上，通过借鉴ResNet多通路选择思路，引入嵌套式恒等跳跃连接结构，利用提取的特征实现不同调制方式的分类。仿真结果表明，面向RadioML2016.10a数据集，较卷积神经网络（Convolutional Neural Network，CNN）算法和卷积神经网络_长短时记忆网络（Convolutional Neural Network_Long Short Term Memory Network，CNN_LSTM）算法，以增加网络复杂度为代价，ResNet_NSCS算法收敛速度快，识别准确率高。     

基于人工智能的足迹识别与特征提取

针对战场感知及侦破现场中传统人工主观经验检验与识别模式误差较大的问题，提出了一种基于人工智能的足迹识别与特征提取方法。采用三维形貌重构系统进行足迹图像采集，并将数字图像处理算法与传统足迹检验法结合，提取足迹的区域关系特征和形状长度特征，进而采用支持向量机的模式识别方法对提取的特征进行立体足迹身份鉴别对比实验。实验结果表明，所提方法准确率超过人工鉴别准确率，达到99.1%，可应用于战场感知及侦破现场足迹准确检测与识别，也可推广应用于人体身份鉴别的相关领域。     

基于小波变换的钞票识别

提出一种基于Gabor小波特征提取的钞票识别算法。基于钞票印刷图像的纹理特性，从钞票图像中选取采样点，利用Gabor小波提取采样点的领域特性作为特征。选用统计模型作为分类器，用提取到的特征作为输入。取第五套人民币作为实验集进行了实验，实验结果表明方法的有效性，能正确识别实验集的全部样本。     

基于局部极值共生模式和能量分析的烟雾检测

针对烟雾稀薄的场景提出了一种新颖且具有鲁棒性的视频烟雾检测方法,该方法主要由预处理、特征提取和图像分类三个阶段组成。在预处理阶段,使用背景差分算法提取视频帧的运动前景区域,并采用HSV颜色空间作用于运动前景区域识别烟雾像素;然后使用局部极值共生模式(Local Extrema Co-occurrence Pattern,LECoP）计算纹理特征和使用烟雾能量分析计算能量特征;最后,将特征矢量融合训练支持向量机（Support Vector Machine,SVM）用于识别烟雾。实验结果表明该方法能有效检测出烟雾。
