人民币升值态势对实际利用外商直接投资的抑制效应分析

自2005年7月,我国新的汇率制度形成以来,人民币币值开始攀升,从而对我国对外贸易、利用外资及国内和国际经济运行产生了一系列影响。本文针对人民币升值这一态势,从外商投资成本、投资方向、投资壁垒及投资利润等方面对外商直接投资产生的抑制效应进行了分析,认为人民币升值将增加外商的投资成本、不利于国内生产要素导向型外资的进入,同时还将强化投资壁垒挤压外商的利润空间,因此,为保证国内经济平稳发展和促进外商直接投资的流入,应着眼于人民币币值的长期稳定。     

外商直接投资对我国企业创新能力影响机制

外商直接投资已成为推动我国经济增长不可缺少的力量,但对其作用机制的研究并不多.本文循着熊彼特认为创新是发展的本质的传统,结合我国转型经济的特征,从外商直接投资对我国企业创新能力的影响及作用机制的角度进行了分析,认为外商直接投资对我国企业创新能力的影响是通过资本效应和外溢效应,改变和促进了我国经济系统中的市场机会、技术机会、制度环境、资本供给等市场环境和条件而发挥作用的.系统中潜在的创新能力结合适宜的市场环境和条件才能塑造出创新经济行为,从而推动经济持续增长.     

外商直接投资对我国贸易失衡的影响研究——基于贸易商品结构视角

自改革开放以来,我国实际利用外商直接投资已经超过了6000亿美元,2007年贸易顺差突破2600亿美元,外商直接投资对我国国际收支特别是贸易收支产生了重要的影响。测算了23个行业的CTB（贸易差额贡献指数）,借此分析了外商直接投资对贸易顺差的贡献作用,在检验中同时引入外商直接投资变量和内资变量,实证结果表明相对内资而言,外商直接投资是我国贸易顺差的主要创造者。     

外商投资在区域创新体系中的作用——以上海浦东新区为例

外商直接投资对区域创新体系的作用通过创新主体、创新网络和制度环境等方面的影响来进行。外商直接投资对区域内本土企业的创新能力有积极影响,对形成创新人才的聚集,改善区域创新环境都有正面效应,研发机构的本土化增强区域的企业创新能力。对区域创新体系的负面影响主要表现在对中小企业创新能力的抑制作用上。本文对浦东新区近5年的数据进行了实证研究。     

双边投资协定、区域制度与区域外商直接投资

作为世界上最大的转型经济体,中国区域制度和区域外商直接投资规模差异较大。因而,研究双边投资协定、区域制度与区域外商直接投资问题,不仅有助于双边投资协定理论的丰富,还有利于中国区域经济的均衡发展。本文以1997—2016年中国省际面板数据为样本,基于FDI综合动因理论并利用门槛模型进行理论和实证研究。研究表明,双边投资协定、区域制度均对区域外商直接投资有显著的正向影响,且双边投资协定与区域制度之间存在显著的替代效应。而利用区域制度作为门槛变量的研究进一步发现,双边投资协定对区域外商直接投资的影响存在区域制度门槛:相较于区域制度高于门槛值的区域,双边投资协定对区域制度低于门槛值的区域的外商直接投资促进作用更大。因此,积极签订双边投资协定,努力完善区域制度,不仅有助于吸引外商直接投资,而且有利于缩小区域外商直接投资规模差异,促进中国经济均衡发展。     

中国吸引外资的劳动力优势是否可以持续

劳动力是影响外商直接投资的重要因素。本文从劳动力的两个层面,即单位劳动力成本和人力资本,实证研究了劳动力成本和劳动力质量对外商直接投资的作用特征。结果表明:无论是在全国层面,还是在沿海和内陆地区,单位劳动力成本对外商直接投资均具有门槛效应,且沿海地区的门槛值要低于内陆地区,这意味着沿海地区在引资过程中更容易失去劳动力成本优势;人力资本对外商直接投资具有结构效应,即不同层级的人力资本对吸引外资会产生异质性的作用结果。针对上述结论,提出了相应的对策建议。     

FDI是打破西部地区制度瓶颈的突破口

制度瓶颈是阻碍西部经济发展的主要因素。FDI (外商直接投资 )的进入有助于促进体制改革、转变企业经营方式 ,带动民营经济发展 ,影响居民思想观念、促进技术进步、扩大市场规模 ,从而对地区制度变迁产生强大的推动力。西部地区应加快制度创新 ,改善投资环境 ,积极吸引FDI (外商直接投资 ) ,以此来促进西部制度变迁 ,使西部经济发展摆脱制度瓶颈的束缚。     

基于逐步回归的江苏外商直接投资影响分析

本文利用江苏省13个省辖市2004年的有关数据建立了逐步回归模型,分析了影响江苏外商直接投资分布的因素以及影响程度。研究结果表明,影响外商直接投资最主要的因素是对外开放程度、经济发展活力、市场规模和集聚效应,劳动力成本是吸引外商直接投资的不利因素。最后对江苏省进一步引进外商直接投资提出了相应的政策建议。     

外商直接投资与东道国生态环境效应研究及展望

目前有关外商直接投资(FDI)与东道国环境效应之间关系的研究主要以一个国家或地区总的外商直接投资或一个国家某个行业的外商直接投资作为研究对象,他们的研究成果主要分为两类:外商直接投资存在负的外部性,即外商直接投资恶化了东道国的生态环境;外商直接投资存在正的外部性,外商直接投资改善了东道国的生态环境.本文以国内学者的研究文献为基础综述了外商直接投资对东道国生态环境的影响,并展望了未来的研究方向.
