民营上市公司股权结构与经营绩效关系研究

本文选取了67家民营上市公司作为样本,对其股权结构、流通性结构、集中程度与公司经营绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,公司绩效与非国有法人持股比例和第一大股东持股比例呈正相关,且股权结构变量与公司绩效变量间存在三次方关系,分散持股或绝对控股对民营企业的成长和发展是有利的;公司绩效与流通股比例为负相关关系,呈现出由强至弱的变化;公司绩效与国有法人股持股比例不相关,在民营上市公司中,国有法人股持股比例已处于无足轻重的地位。     

不同成长机会下的上市公司股权结构、资本结构与公司绩效——以A股流通服务业上市公司为例

文章以我国流通服务业上市公司为研究样本,分析了上市公司资本结构和股权结构对公司绩效的影响,以及成长机会在其中的调节作用.研究结果表明流通服务业上市公司第一大股东持股比例、第二到第十大股东持股比例、长期负债资本比对公司绩效存在显著正向影响;国有股持股比例、高管持股比例、资产负债率对公司绩效存在显著负向影响.随着公司成长机会的增加,第二到第十大股东持股,非国有法人股持股对公司绩效正向影响作用增强;而第一大股东持股比例、国有股持股比例、高管持股比例、资产负债率与长期负债资本比对公司绩效的影响并不随着公司成长性的变化而变化.文章研究对于流通服务业上市公司股权结构和资本结构优化提供了有益的启示.     

我国城市商业银行股权结构与经营绩效关系研究

首先本文利用已有的理论分析了城市商业银行股权结构和经营绩效的理论基础和作用机制。同时选取我国43家城商行2009-2013年期间的股权结构集中度中的第一大股东持股比例、前十大股东持股比例之和和股权属性中的第一大股东的国有性质、国家股比例、法人股比例和个人股等更为全面的变量分别对经营绩效的影响进行实证研究得出股权结构与经营绩效的关系的结论。从而提出优化我国城市商业银行股权结构的政策建议。     

上市公司股权结构、资本结构与经营业绩的关系探讨

本文以泛长三角制地区A股制造业上市公司2002-2004年间的1126个样本数据为基础,分析了股权结构、资本结构与公司绩效之间的关系.研究结果表明:法人股比例、第2到第5大股东持股比例、公司的成长性与绩效正相关;流通股比例、公司规模、流动负债率和长期负债率与绩效负相关;股权集中度与公司绩效呈U型线性关系;第一大股东持股比例与公司经营绩效呈显著的倒U型关系.     

我国上市公司股权结构和公司绩效关系实证分析

以我国沪深两市A股市场2008年的数据为基础,考察了股权结构对公司绩效的影响。实证结果表明:国家股比例与公司绩效成U型关系,流通股比例与公司业绩负相关,法人股比例及第一大股东持股比例的平方H1指数与公司绩效正相关。根据实证分析的结果,提出了从优化上市公司股权结构和健全市场机制两方面来提高公司绩效的建议。     

信息技术行业上市公司股权结构与经营绩效的关系研究

本文以信息技术行业82家上市公司2007-2011年的财务数据进行实证分析,将净资产收益率作为被解释变量构建面板数据固定效应回归模型.研究发现,第一大股东持股比例与公司绩效显著正相关;前五大股东持股比例与公司绩效呈U型关系;股权制衡Z指数与公司经营绩效呈负相关关系;法人股比例与公司经营绩效显著正相关,国有股比例与公司经营绩效显著负相关,但流通股比例对公司经营绩效不具有显著影响.     

体育产业上市公司股权结构与绩效实证研究

以沪、深、港证券交易所上市的中国体育产业7家公司为样本,采用面板数据模型对体育产业上市公司股权结构与公司绩效的关联性进行了实证分析。结果表明,第一股东的持股比例与上市公司经营绩效正相关,法人股股东的持股比例与上市公司绩效正相关,流通股比例与上市公司绩效负相关。提出体育产业上市公司要有组织、有计划地扩大代表不同利益主体的股东群体,形成相对均衡的股权结构,建立有利于驱动公司长期可持续发展和股东价值增长的股权结构的建议。     

国有企业股权结构与审计质量相关性的实证分析

选择股权结构是否对审计质量造成重要影响进行研究,首先以2015年所有A股上市公司数据为研究对象,使用软件Eviews5.1、数据处理软件Excel、Logistic变量回归进行国有企业股权结构与审计质量相关性的检验.根据实证分析的结果表明,审计质量与第一大股东持股比例、国有股持股比例呈负相关,与流通股和法人股持股比例呈正相关.最后,从完善股权结构、提高审计质量的角度出发,根据实证分析结论提出相关建议.     

公司资本结构、股权结构与经营绩效关系的研究——基于中国创业板上市公司

本文主要研究中国创业板上市公司资本结构、股权结构对公司经营绩效的影响,并且分别以经济附加值(EVA)和净资产收益率(ROE)作为衡量公司经营绩效的变量,研究发现公司的资产负债率的系数为正数,流动比率的系数为正数,说明公司的负债越高越不利于提高公司经营绩效,公司应该确定合理的资本结构。而公司第一大股东持股比例的系数为正数,前十大股东持股比例系数为负数,说明第一大股东有利于提高公司经营绩效,而前十大股东不利于提高公司经营绩效,这与之前的研究(股权越分散越有利于提高公司经营绩效)存在一定的差异。总之,公司应该确定合理的资本结构和合理的公司治理结构,从而提高公司的经营绩效。     

中国上市公司大股东对公司绩效影响的实证研究

该文以2001～2003年835家非金融性A股公司为样本,从第一大股东持股比例、第一大股东性质、第一大股权持股主体以及是否存在其他大股东四个方面实证研究了大股东和公司绩效关系.研究结果发现(1)第一大股东持股比例与公司绩效呈现出显著的U型关系;(2)第一大股东是境内社会法人、境外社会法人和流通股股东时的公司绩效优于第一大股东是国家时的公司绩效;(3)当第一大股东性质不同时,大股东对公司绩效的影响具有不同的规律性,即当第一大股东是国家时,国有股持股主体的影响最为显著,当第一大股东是境内社会法人时,持股比例的影响最为显著.
