关注产业发展和资源配置效率,考察行业企业的债务融资。文献分析显示:特定行业的企业债务选择受行业竞争特征和金融中介特征的影响,且行业的要素特征会影响货币政策的非对称性行业产出。基于“金融加速器”理论,研究将政策冲击、行业特征和企业债务进行整合,形成“基于政策冲击的行业企业债务管理概念框架”。分析表明,该框架可以合理解释债务资金的供给和需求,也为金融加速效应的考察提供了新的指引,即今后研究需要重点关注行业要素、竞争和金融方面的加速因子的具体作用方式,以有效解释行业企业的债务选择。  相似文献

在国际学术界,有关FDI技术外溢研究的文献数量正在逐年增多,此已发展成为一个热点研究领域。本文通过文献发表数量和引用次数等量化指标分析总结了国外FDI技术外溢研究的现状,列出了被引用次数最多的20篇研究论文。分析发现,高引用率论文以实证研究为主,主要采用计量的和数理的方法,或者整合运用这两种方法。在研究内容上,重点关注FDI技术外溢的内部机制,在寻求技术外溢是否存在的经验证据的同时,更多地关注技术外溢的渠道和过程性质。上述研究取向和重要研究结果将直接影响未来研究的选题思路和技术路线。  相似文献

We perform a meta-analytic review of the effect of retail assortment size on consumer perceptions, choice, and retail sales/share using a database comprising of 177 studies obtained from 95 academic papers published during 1970–2021. We define assortment size broadly as the total number of distinct alternatives (options) available to the consumer when he/she makes a choice in a product category. This number of alternatives manifest in the form of a number of brands, number of stock-keeping-units (SKUs), or simply number of items such as different colors or packaging. An increase in assortment size can lead to beneficial effects such as assortment preference, perceived choice satisfaction, confidence, freedom, purchase incidence, sales, and profits, as well as negative consequences such as information overload, increased cognitive effort, choice uncertainty, choice difficulty, and hence choice avoidance. Numerous researchers have reported the effect of assortment size on one or more of these factors. We summarize these effects using a metric called assortment size (net) benefit elasticity by positively valuing the beneficial effects and negatively valuing the harmful effects. Assortment size benefit elasticity is defined as the percent change in net benefit for a 1% change in assortment size. Our meta-analysis reveals that the mean assortment size benefit elasticity across 1936 valid elasticity observations is .082, and this effect is moderated by many study design and environmental factors. We also explore nonlinearity in assortment size effect and whether the effect is different for online vs. offline purchasing. Based on these findings, we list 30 characteristics conducive for assortment addition/deletion and specify several directions for future research.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce the special issue on Financial and Institutional Reforms for an Entrepreneurial Society in Europe. There are many reasons for Europe to want to make the transition to a more Entrepreneurial Society. And for decades now, policy makers are trying to bring that transition about with variations on the “educate, deregulate and finance” approach to entrepreneurship. We argue that more fundamental reforms are required to improve the entrepreneurial ecosystem and bring about this transition. We then discuss the 12 contributions that pertain to five different facets of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The first two papers address the most fundamental institutional foundations of the ecosystem. The next three papers discuss the (lack of) access to knowledge and incentives to start innovative entrepreneurial ventures. That is followed by three papers that focus on the institutions that (fail to) channel financial resources to such ventures and two papers that analyze the relevance of labor market institutions. The special issue concludes with two papers investigating how the interplay of institutions and productive entrepreneurship results in economic growth.  相似文献

This short piece introduces the papers in the special issue on the California Energy Crisis of 2000/2001. The papers illustrate aspects of the crisis, such as the role of the gas market, future trends for investment, and the crisis’ impact on consumers. Three papers analyze policy-makers’ responses to the crisis, with case studies of over-lapping regulation, the trade-off between prices, reliability and the environment, and policies that helped achieve demand reductions in the summer of 2001. 中国零售学术研究现状分析——基于CSSCI(2000-2005)的研究   总被引:1,自引:3,他引:1  
在中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)数据库中,对我国6年来(2000—2005)零售学术论文进行了检索,对检索数据在零售学术期刊构成、论文内容和方法、学者队伍三个方面进行了分析。研究结果表明:刊载零售学术论文的期刊数量百余种,但是还没有专门的零售学术期刊;零售学术论文主题分布于零售战略、国际化、连锁经营、零售业态等15个方面,研究方法以实证定性研究为主;发表两篇以上论文的学者有41人,专业化的零售学者队伍有待形成。  相似文献

本文通过实证数据检验江苏省R&D投人与科技成果产出的关系。研究表明,研究与发展经费内部支出对于江苏专利和科技论文具有显著的正效应,科技活动人员对江苏科技论文没有显著的正效应:专利对于江苏高新技术产业产值没有显著的正效应,而科技论文对江苏高新技术产业产值具有较显著的正效应,还需要指出的是,专利产出、科技论文产出对高新技术产业的经济绩效贡献率存在地域差异,专利对于苏中、苏北高新技术产业产值具有较显著的正效应,对苏南高新技术产业产值没有显著正效应,科技论文对于苏南和苏中高新技术产业产值具有较显著的正效应,而对苏北高新技术产业产值没有显著正效应。  相似文献

最近十几年,智力资本越来越受到学术界和企业界的重视。文章通过文献回顾发现,尽管已经有从雇佣关系和职能角度对人力资源管理与智力资本关系的研究;但是从高绩效工作系统角度进行的研究还很缺乏。而且,深入分析高绩效工作系统与智力资本各维度关系的实证研究更为鲜见。文章通过以北京、上海、广东和山西等地204家企业为样本,进行实证检验后发现:高绩效工作系统能够促成智力资本的全面发展;并且高绩效工作系统的内部匹配会对人力资本和客户资本具有显著的正向影响。  相似文献

This paper is the Introduction to the Special Issue comprising a selection of papers submitted to the 19th IESE International Symposium on Ethics, Business and Society. The main topic of the Symposium was “Ethical Challenges in Strategic Management.” The paper presents the rationale and context of the Symposium. We begin with a brief historical overview of the evolution of the relationship between ethics and strategy. We propose four pillars that are at the core of a definition of strategy and elaborate on how ethics can contribute to strategy. We present the six papers that make up this selection within the framework of the four aspects introduced in the previous section. We conclude with some proposals for further research that consider the content of the papers.  相似文献

This paper examines the work of Michalek et al. (2011) and Tsafarakis, Marinakis and Matsatsinis (2011), published in this issue of the International Journal of Research in Marketing, within a strategic framework. This framework allows a consideration of how the powerful tools that the two papers propose can be harnessed within the overall direction and activity of the firm.On reviewing these two papers, one could concentrate on the algorithms and heuristics that make the complex problem of product line optimization tractable. Such an analysis would be valuable. Instead I concentrate on the strategic environment in which the optimization decision takes place to allow a consideration of applications and extensions within a managerial context. I do that by suggesting a framework for product line decisions after a brief overview of both articles. That enables me to examine managerial issues that arise in implementing such an approach in practice, many of which are addressed in the two papers. For those issues not addressed in the papers, I propose a set of research questions which would be valuable to managers.  相似文献

Very few papers have been written about plural forms in store networks. But today, many store chains have both franchise and company-owned arrangements. Actually, this has been the case for more than twenty years. After a review of the literature devoted to the choice between franchise and company-owned systems, Bradach's research and his model of plural forms are described. This model was based on a study of five American fast food companies. Research conducted in France in the hotel and catering, bakery, and cosmetics industries, is then described. The advantages and drawbacks of plural forms are defined as they appear in the results of a survey among managers of twenty-one companies managing thirty-five chains. A model of the evolution of store chain organization is then shown. This model takes into account various strategic and managerial considerations met by store chains during their life cycle. Finally, chains and networks are compared, and the results and research perspectives, discussed.  相似文献

This special issue gathers together twelve papers that revisit a range of core topics in the field of international economics. These papers were presented at the XIX Conference on International Economics (CIE) held in Vila-Real (Spain) on 28th–29th June 2018. The Conference was co-organized by researchers from the Spanish Association of International Economics and Finance (AEEFI) and the Institute of International Economics (IEI). The selected papers are stimulating pieces that shed new light on recent trends in globalization as well as some of the main challenges that need to be faced in the presence of the multiple yield curves that emerged after the credit crunch. This special issue of the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services on innovation management in retailing from a consumer and corporate perspective includes seven papers. The papers cover a variety of interesting topics focusing on consumers׳ viewpoints and corporate strategies towards new advanced systems introduced at the points of sale. The issue is organised into two sections: (i) impact of new technologies on consumer behaviour (which includes new approaches for managing shopping experience), and (ii) corporate strategies (which includes retailers׳ actions and strategies). This special issue contains papers first presented at a conference that was held 14–16 May 2008 at the Centre for Philosophy and Political Economy at the University of Leicester. Each of the papers takes up ideas from the works of Jacques Derrida and seeks to apply these to questions of business, ethics and business ethics. The papers take up quite different parts of Derrida's works, from his work on the animal, narrative and story, the violence of codification and the limits of responsibility to the aporias of decision. As a whole, the papers offer a dangerous gift to business ethics, of which the stakes are here laid bare – if business ethics is to shrug off its philosophical immaturity and take seriously the work of major European thinkers such as Derrida, then many of its assumed categories, concepts and practices will be shown to shudder and tremble, as it becomes possible to demonstrate how they, one by one, unhinge themselves.  相似文献

The papers in this issue continue with the tradition of adding puzzles pieces to the overall picture of the impact and importance of firm international activities. In "What makes a successful exporter?", we have collected twelve papers, the majority of which were presented at the 13th annual ISGEP workshop in Ljubljana, Slovenia on 20–21 September 2018. The common thread linking these papers is that they explore both what it means to be an exporter and the ramifications of exporting on firms and the economy as a whole. On the one hand, this special issue addresses the role of foreign sourcing, export experience in the board of directors and credit supply shocks on the propensity to export, as well as the factors that affect firms' overall readiness to export. On the other hand, it investigates various measures of performance in the export markets, such as export duration, markups, quality upgrading and product mix.  相似文献

This special joint issue of the Journal of Business Research with the Journal of the Korean Academy of Marketing Science contains nine articles that were originally presented at the Fall 2005 Korean Academy of Marketing Science (KAMS) International Conference and the Spring 2006 KAMS International Conference. After a blind review process, 120 papers were accepted for conference proceedings. Of these papers, the conference selection committee selected 20 papers as outstanding contributions to the marketing literature. A board of review members blind reviewed these 20 papers and accepted 9 of them for this special issue. Contributions to marketing literature are discussed.  相似文献
