现有的研究论述了创业网络对于创业活动的重要意义,但是对创业网络如何促进创业活动发展的过程却语焉不详。本文对于创业网络的经营行动和实施效果进行了探讨,同时指出基于不同的网络产出,创业者可以选择不同的战略模式以提升创业绩效,从而完整地构建了创业网络推进创业成长的作用机制链条。基于上述论证过程,本文指出创业网络的主要价值在于为新创企业的战略行动提供资源支持,因此创业过程的行动重点在于创业网络的开发和经营,创业者应当积极拓展创业网络,开发适宜的网络成长战略,以充分促进创业成长。  相似文献

本文基于2012~2014年创业板上市公司的非平衡面板数据,研究了高管薪酬激励与创业型企业成长性之间的关系,探讨了创业战略导向作为企业内部的增长战略倾向对上述关系的调节作用。研究结果表明:高管货币薪酬、权益薪酬、薪酬差距与创业型企业成长显著正相关;创业战略导向会负向调节高管货币薪酬与创业型企业成长性之间的关系、正向调节权益薪酬与创业型企业成长性之间的关系,而对薪酬差距与创业型企业成长之间关系的调节作用未得到验证。  相似文献

本文以143家企业为样本,运用结构方程模型研究了创业投资增值服务对创业企业成长绩效的影响.结果表明,创业投资增值服务是影响创业企业成长绩效的重要因素.其中,战略上的支持、人力资源管理上的支持、后续融资上的支持对创业企业成长绩效有显著的正向影响;关系网络资源上的支持对创业企业竞争绩效有显著的正向影响,但对潜力绩效没有显著影响;生产运作上的支持对创业企业成长绩效没有显著影响.研究结果对于正确认识增值服务对创业企业成长绩效的影响有重要的借鉴价值.  相似文献

Alternative paths to ownership are examined, including starting, purchasing or inheriting a firm, as well as being promoted or brought in by existing owners. It is hypothesized that these involve different ‘degrees of entrepreneurship’, which will be reflected in the profiles of owner-managers who have followed each path. Data on 1756 owner-managers are used to test hypotheses relating path to ownership to: the entrepreneurs' background characteristics; motivations and attitudes; and previous careers, incubator organizations and processes of starting.  相似文献

In recent years, the small technology-based enterprise ('spin-off') has had a significant impact on regional economic development. As a source of new technology and entrepreneurs, the university has made an important contribution to the formation of new enterprises. This article focuses on the role of the university as an incubator organization and the special problems of academic entrepreneurs and their firms. Guidelines are given to improve the academic entrepreneur's corporate performance and suggestions are offered to enable the university to facilitate the entrepreneurship process. International business activities have confronted entrepreneurs with host business environments that are fundamentally different from their home countries. Despite decades of entrepreneurship research, we know very little about these entrepreneurs and their strategic behaviour in establishing and managing transnational operations. This paper develops an institutional perspective on transnational entrepreneurship. This perspective argues that significant variations in institutional structures of home countries explain variations in the entrepreneurial endowments of prospective transnational entrepreneurs. Transnational entrepreneurship is embedded in transnational actor networks that facilitate successful cross-border business operations. This paper goes beyond the theoretical impasse in entrepreneurship and international business studies.  相似文献

In his study of 112 corporate innovations, Russell Knight describes how 100 large Canadian corporations identified innovative ideas, evaluated them, and allocated resources to support their development. These innovations ranged from new product introductions to new processes or systems within these firms. He conducted a series of interviews with managers to explore both the role of corporate entrepreneurs and top management in creating a favorable environment for innovation within the firms, examining the roles of marketing research, research and development, production planning and finance in the process. The article reports several general conclusions regarding the practices of the more successful firms and presents several recommendations concerning how firms should organize to explore, develop and produce new innovative ventures within the corporation. These results are also contrasted with those of an earlier article Knight published in this Journal.  相似文献

Does Foreign Direct Investment Crowd Out Domestic Entrepreneurship?   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In analyzing firm entry and exit across Belgian manufacturing industries, this paper presents evidence that import competition and foreign direct investment discourage entry and stimulate exit of domestic entrepreneurs. These results are in line with theoretical occupational choice models that predict foreign direct investment would crowd out domestic entrepreneurs through their selections in product and labor markets. However, the empirical results also suggest that this crowding out effect may be moderated or even reversed in the long-run due to the long term positive effects of FDI on domestic entrepreneurship as a result of learning, demonstration, networking and linkage effects between foreign and domestic firms.  相似文献

Research has shown that the manifestation of corporate entrepreneurship is an important strategy for the success of private‐ and public‐sector organizations. The Corporate Entrepreneurship Assessment Instrument (CEAI) is an instrument that was developed to measure the key internal organizational factors that influence a firm's entrepreneurial activities and outcomes. The present research employs three studies to assess the content, construct, and convergent validity of the CEAI using a well‐established framework for scale development and refinement. The CEAI was found to be a relatively stable instrument, although the factor structure that emerged varied slightly from the original instrument. In sum, as a result of our analyses, a more parsimonious and psychometrically sound set of items for each factor was derived yielding an 18‐item instrument based upon the original 48‐item measure. Our studies of the CEAI present a timely contribution toward advancing research in the area of organizational preparedness for corporate entrepreneurship.  相似文献
