发电竞价上网模式的研究

本文在总结国内外专家不同的研究基础上,结合自身从事电力技术经济研究的经验,提出了“效率优先与差价合同”相结合的模式,介绍了不同竞价模式的竞价原理、过程和操作方法,对发电竞价市场具有较好的理论价值和现实指导意义。     

A Human Development Index for U.S. Cities: Methodological Issues and Preliminary Findings

This paper builds upon the work of the United Nations Development Program in expanding the use of the Human Development Index (HDI). This index, originally created to compare human development among countries, has been modified to allow comparisons among cities in the United States. This paper discusses the methodology used to develop the cross-city HDI, as well as the results for the twenty-five cities chosen for this study. The results offer an intriguing "snapshot" of human development in each city, as well as an encouraging, although limited, benchmark for policy making in cities.     

赴美进行水利技术标准考察的收获与体会

介绍了美国实验与材料学会（ASTM）、商务部国家技术标准研究院（NITS）等标准化组织的性质与运作方式；介绍了内务部垦农局、迈阿密移水局等水利机构的概况。就WTO条件下，技术标准的作用、编制方式、以及技术法规与推荐性技术标准如何结合等问题阐述了看法。     

科索沃和阿富汗:美国争夺石油利益的战略通道

在新旧世纪之交的短短3年内，美国以避免“人道主义危机”和“反恐”为由先后发动了科索沃战争和阿富汗战争。今天看来，尽管这两场战争有着不同的理由和不尽一致的战略意图，但都隐藏着一个共同的战略目标：依靠军事力量在世界“石油供应心脏地带”及其油气连接通道地带进行油气地缘政治(oil-gas geopolitics)扩张，维护和控制美国主导的中亚通往西欧的石油运输通道和通向印度洋的石油供应通道，阻隔通向中国和俄罗斯实施的石油连接战略要道，以实现美国新的“大中东”石油霸权战略。

包装机械根据包装物与包装材料的供给方式,可分为全自动包装机械及半自动包装机械;若按包装物的使用范围划分,可分为通用包装机、兼用包装机及专用包装机;按包装种类可分为单个包装机、内包装机及外包装机等。随着包装机械竞争加剧,种种信息表明,中、美包装业将配合产业自动化趋势,朝着重视研发技术、人才及更高速包装机等方向发展。     

Advantages of assembly lines in Sheltered Work Centres for Disabled. A case study

Current practices for the treatment of the physically and/or mentally handicapped prescribe meaningful job activity as a means towards both a more fulfilling life and societal integration. In many countries, these practices have facilitated the development of many Sheltered Work Centres for Disabled.In the case study presented, a reengineering process is done starting from individual workplaces where only certain workers were capable of assembling the entire product, and finishing with an assembly line implementation. It is revealed how the traditional division of work in single tasks, typical in assembly lines, becomes a perfect tool for making certain worker disabilities invisible, providing new jobs for disabled people; always taking into account certain special constraints that are analysed.
