一种修正的矢量奇异值分解DOA估计算法

在均匀线性阵列模型下,特征矢量奇异值分解算法能够对相干信号进行DOA估计, 但相干和不相关信号同时存在时,算法的估计会出现错误。针对这一问题,提出了一种修正 算法（MESVD）,该算法选取经过加权处理的特征向量来构造矩阵,并利用该矩阵进行子空 间估计。理论分析和数值仿真证明：修正后的算法能够正确估计相干、相关和不相 关信号, 估计性能与空间平滑算法（FBSS）相当。     

准正交空时分组码系统的一种盲信道估计方法

空时分组码(STBC)系统的经典信道盲估计方法,如子空间法(SS)等,都是基于接收端样本自相关矩阵的特征值分解(EVD)或奇异值分解(SVD)来实现信道估计的,而基于QR分解的信道盲估计方法是一种性能优良的新算法.文中将该算法应用到准正交空时分组码系统的信道估计中,结合准正交空时分组码的特性提出了一种新的信道盲估计算法.与以上经典的信道盲估计算法相比,文中提出的算法的计算量大为降低.同时Monte-Carlo仿真表明,当信噪比较低时,该算法比子空间法有更好的性能.     

采用降秩多级维纳滤波器的二维DOA估计快速算法

针对双平行线阵的二维波达方向（DOA）估计问题,为有效降低计算复杂度,提出了一种基于降秩多级维纳滤波器（MSWF）的快速算法。首先利用MSWF的前向递推实现信号子空间的快速估计,无需估计协方差矩阵和特征分解;然后,通过MUSIC算法对方位角和俯仰角的估计进行分维估计,使二维DOA估计退化为两个一维DOA估计问题,且方位角和俯仰角自动配对,进一步降低了运算量。仿真结果表明,该方法的估计精度优于同样基于双平行线阵提出的波达方向矩阵法（DOAM）,俯仰角兼并时同样适用,计算复杂度低,适用于实时性要求高的应用背景。     

基于相干对消的噪声子空间自适应估计

MUSIC算法的运算量主要集中在特征值分解和空间谱的搜索两部分,为避免进行特征 值分解,将相干信号自适应对消的思想用于噪声子空间的估计。由于阵元输出信号完全相干 ,视一个阵元输出为参考信号,其它阵元输出能够完全对其进行对消,得到的系数矩阵作为 噪声子空间的估计。基于LMS算法,给出了算法的矩阵形式,得到的噪声子空间估计算法的 运算量大大降低,且以迭代的方式进行,适合应用于运动信号源的跟踪,在阵元数较大时能 很好地逼近MUSIC算法性能。为减少空间谱搜索过程的计算量,对搜索过程先用系数矩阵的 一列进行搜索,然后采用其它列对搜索峰值进行验证。仿真结果显示算法具有很好的空间谱 估计性能和DOA跟踪性能。     

一种对称α稳定分布噪声环境下DOA估计新算法

脉冲噪声环境下波达方向（DOA）估计是阵列信号处理领域一个新兴研究方向。针对α稳定分布噪声环境下经典MUSIC算法性能退化的问题,提出了一种新的基于非线性压缩核函数（NCCF）的DOA估计算法。该算法利用基于NCCF的有界矩阵代替了MUSIC的协方差矩阵,通过对有界矩阵进行特征分解确定信号子空间和噪声子空间,借用MUSIC谱估计公式进行谱峰搜索,得到DOA的估计值。仿真结果表明,NCCF-MUSIC算法运算复杂度较低,相比于基于分数低阶统计量（FLOS）的MUSIC方法和基于广义类相关熵（GCAS）的MUSIC算法,该方法具有更好的准确度和稳定性。     

一种改进的基于传播算子的二维DOA估计算法

针对面阵中的波达方向估计算法复杂度过大的问题，提出了一种改进的基于传播算子的二维面阵波达方向（Direction of Arrival,DOA）估计算法。该改进算法基于面阵平移不变性质，将原始子面阵在X和Y轴上分别平移得到两个子面阵，将两个子面阵相加得到虚拟子面阵，利用原始子阵和虚拟子面阵构造新的信号矢量，基于传播算子算法求出其特征值，特征值中的模值和相位值包含信源的二维角度信息，由此可求出自动配对的二维角度。与基于传播算子的二维DOA估计算法相比，该算法有效降低了运算复杂度，且保持性能相近。仿真实验验证了算法的有效性。     

一种估计多信号频率的快速子空间方法

多重信号分类（Multiple Signal Classification,MUSIC）法在估计多信号频率时需要对采样数据序列的自相关矩阵进行特征值分解，并准确划分出信号和噪声子空间，使得其计算量比较大。利用自相关矩阵的Toeplitz特性快速计算其逆矩阵，通过计算逆矩阵的多次幂来逼近噪声子空间，避免了MUSIC法的特征值分解和估计信号个数的过程。在谱峰搜索环节，采用先粗估计频率值再在小区间进行精细搜索的策略，能够避免搜索无用的频率范围。计算量比较分析以及与理论克拉美罗界（Cramer-Rao Bound,CRB）的对比验证结果表明，快速方法性能与MUSIC法相当，能够较好地逼近CRB，且计算量更小，适合实时性要求高的应用场合。     

基于虚拟阵列的非圆信号DOA估计

针对传统的子空间类波达方向（Direction of Arrival,DOA）估计算法只适用于入射信号个数少于天线数的局限性，利用现代通信系统中常用的非圆信号实值特性，提出了一种虚拟阵列多重信号分类法（Virtual Array Based Multiple Signal Classification,VA-MUSIC）。该方法通过对阵列输出信号进行共轭重构和合并，获得虚拟阵列来增加阵列的有效孔径。更进一步，结合空间平滑技术有效地解决了相干信号的DOA估计问题。与传统的MUSIC算法相比，新算法不仅可以增加最大可估计信源数，而且在DOA估计精度、信号源角分辨能力等方面均有明显的优势。计算机仿真验证了该算法的有效性和优越性。     

短码、周期长码直扩信号伪码序列盲估计

针对短码、周期长码直扩信号在不同的时延下伪码序列估计问题，提出了一种基于奇异值分解的盲解扩算法。在已知信息码元速率和伪码周期条件的前提下，算法首先把接收到的直扩信号按照一定长度进行分段构成相关矩阵并对此矩阵进行奇异值分解得出信号子空间，然后根据信号子空间和伪码序列的模糊关系，利用求解的模糊酉矩阵和特定约束条件（如m序列）去其模糊性，最终估计出伪码序列。仿真结果表明，该算法不仅解决了在不同的时延下估计伪码序列带来的问题，而且具有稳定性高、在低信噪比条件下有良好的估计性能等优点。     

干扰条件下的“北斗”信号解扩重构DOA估计

在干扰条件下,卫星导航抗干扰波束形成算法往往需要卫星信号波达方向（Direction-of-Arrival,DOA）的先验信息。但当存在低信噪比信号或主动干扰源时,常规的DOA估计算法性能急剧下降甚至失效。针对此问题,提出了一种被干扰信号压制的低信噪比“北斗”信号的DOA估计算法。该算法首先通过对接收信号进行子空间投影抑制干扰信号,然后对抑制干扰后的信号进行解扩重构处理,最后通过多重信号分类算法完成对“北斗”信号的DOA估计。仿真结果表明,在干扰信号干信比80 dB条件下,“北斗”信号DOA估计误差在5°以内,为下一步进行波束形成计算提供了高精度的入射角信息。
