当地成分要求是外商直接投资东道国为发展国内产业而普遍采用的一种措施,发展中国家对其应用最为广泛。世贸组织《与贸易有关的投资措施协议》禁止使用当地成分要求。当地成分要求直接影响中间产品市场,间接影响外商直接投资和贸易自由流动,国外有许多文献专门研究当地成分要求对东道国经济效应的影响。通过文献梳理发现,当地成分要求应是一种有益于东道国发展的政策,但其对经济发展的作用因不同国家和不同市场条件而异。  相似文献

The growing amount of mobile data traffic increases the demand for local area network deployments, and therefore is likely to have an effect on the mobile communications ecosystem. Several alternative value network configurations exist giving new business opportunities to different actors, but the attractiveness and success of local area access provisioning remains uncertain. This article analyzes the business of public local area access from the point of view of two potential providers: service application providers, i.e. companies whose core business is to provide information and content services in the Internet, and mobile operators. A quantitative techno-economic model is constructed to quantify the costs and required revenues of operating viable public local area access networks. The results show that the revenue requirements vary between public venue types and value network configurations.  相似文献

The aim of this article is to discuss quantitative content analysis as established in communication sciences as a method for research in business ethics. We argue that communication sciences and business ethics are neighboring disciplines, which allow the transfer of quantitative content analysis from communication sciences to business ethics. Technically, quantitative content analysis can be applied through human as well as software coding. Examples for both applications are provided and discussed. We make reference to the software solutions ‘Leximancer’, ‘Crawdad’, and ‘Wordle’, and examine their suitability and limitations with regard to ethical questions for researching business ethics. We recommend a mixed-method approach, combining human and software coding. Furthermore, we propose a three-step process that discusses quantitative content analysis as a method for business ethics, including an ethical research objective, and most importantly, concluding with ethical reasoning and interpretation of the quantitative results.  相似文献

针对目前全球卫星导航系统(Global Navigation Satellite System,GNSS)普遍存在的抗干扰能力弱的突出问题,研制了一款七通道抗干扰GNSS接收机,通过利用多模组合导航抗干扰技术及级联/组合空域、时域与频域等多重抗干扰技术来应对复杂电磁环境应用的需求。重点介绍了抗干扰GNSS接收机射频前端的设计方法,通过数理推导给出了产品设计需求与整个射频前端及各级电路的设计指标之间的定量关系,从而提供了在已知设计需求的条件下进行产品正向设计的设计准则与方法。通过产品投产和测试,测试结果与设计需求吻合,从而验证了该套设计方法有效可行,同时该套准则与方法具有很强的普适性。与同类产品比较以及整机试验表明,该产品的抗干扰能力(主要体现为最大可承受干信比)较同类产品提升20 dB以上,证明产品具有一定的先进性。  相似文献

为实现医药仓库的合理布局和智能管理,针对药品仓储的独特性提出了SLP方法下的智能医药仓库布局方法。首先采用系统化布置设计方法 SLP,从定性与定量相结合的角度对医药仓库进行了作业区域划分及平面布局设计;其次结合物联网技术,在上述布局的基础上进行了物联网设备布局分析,最后得出了基于SLP方法和物联网思想的智能医药仓库布局设计图。  相似文献

This study provides a longitudinal content analysis of advertising research articles in 17 top-tier advertising, marketing, and communication journals published over the past 30 years (1980–2010, n = 926). The study's purpose is to shed light on the direction and progression of advertising as an academic field by updating and extending Yale and Gilly's (1988) study of advertising research trends. Nine content characteristics of the journal articles were examined: (1) theory presence (theory driven versus not theory driven), (2) names, types (theory versus theoretical framework/model versus construct), and originating disciplines of theory, (3) topic areas, (4) media of interest, (5) research approaches (empirical versus nonempirical and quantitative versus qualitative versus mixed), (6) methods, (7) types of effects, (8) units of analysis, and (9) research implications. Changes in the content characteristics of journal articles were found across the 30 years analyzed in five-year intervals. Implications for the field, scholars, and advertising practitioners are discussed.  相似文献

One might assume with a certain degree of confidence that organisations and institutions involved in consumer policies would accord particular significance to the problem area “environment and consumer behaviour,” both in their public activities and in policy making. It might also be expected that they would formulate information policies to exert a positive influence upon the attitudes and behaviour of consumers towards the environment. However, a quantitative content analysis of publications seems to indicate the contrary. Consumer organisations in the Federal Republic of Germany rarely and unevenly inform their public about the interrelated aspects of problems in the area of “environment and consumer behaviour.” New and proposed laws and political events still determine the narrow scope of environmental reports. Information about basic interrelationships between “the environment and consumer behaviour” or about the possible negative environmental effects of increasingly questionable consumer behaviour is rare.  相似文献

This article examines the effects of government policies and institutions on foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows in sub‐Saharan African context using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. On the quantitative approach, we analyzed the effects of institutions on FDI using two statistical techniques—canonical cointegration regression (CCR) and fully modified ordinary least square (FMOLS)—over the period of 1984–2012. We find that political instability, democratic accountability, and investment risk have significant impact on inward FDI in Nigeria. Using a trend analysis, our results provide evidence to suggest that liberal government investment policies have positive influence on FDI inflows. Our qualitative analysis over the 1962–2012 period supports the results of the quantitative analysis.  相似文献

Organizations are increasingly using the business team concept to gain competitive advantage. Collaboration support software is gaining acceptance as a viable tool among both researchers and practitioners, and an opportunity exists to investigate the specific needs of teams: users working in longitudinal time frames on a variety of tasks. In this article, team software requirements are first derived from a theoretical perspective: office automation and task literature are used to identify a set of domain-independent individual tasks. Group process literature is then used to develop a set of collaborative tasks composed of these individual task components. These individual and collaborative tasks are aggregated with team task and communication support requirements to develop requirements for an integrated software environment that effectively supports business teams. Design considerations for a comprehensive team support system are outlined, a prototype implementation is described, and project contributions and key future research considerations are summarized.  相似文献

Brands are constantly competing for user attention on Facebook and are trying to encourage fans to share, click ‘like’, and comment their posts. Yet, it remains unclear what content strategies are successful at encouraging those behaviors. Noting that the effectiveness of brand content strategies still remains an uncharted research area, this study adopts a discovery-oriented approach and employs workshops, quantitative content analysis, and episodic interviews, to link desired user responses (namely clicks share, ‘like’, and comment) to brand content strategies. This study reveals that customer-centric content strategies are the most effective at encouraging user responses. Managers can use provided recommendations to engage their customers by adopting content strategies that result in desired behavioral reactions.  相似文献

Virtual music festivals (VMFs) are a great opportunity for the music industry to improve high quality digital events; as an alternative consumption phenomenon, VMFs can reach hybrid audiences and help in the challenge of digitalization. This study aims to investigate the multidimensional structure of consumer value in VMFs (intra-variable perspective), as well as the effects of value on cognitive versus affective satisfaction and loyalty (inter-variable perspective). Using a qualitative–quantitative approach—focus group and survey with festival attendees (n = 246)—, a value structure of VMF is tested with partial least square–SEM as a reflective-formative-formative third-order model. Benefits and sacrifices are second-order constructs, while five positives (escape, novelty, enjoyment, musical content, and socialization) and two negatives (monetary and nonmonetary costs) are first-order ones. Results show VMFs value as a multidimensional trade-off, where socialization is not contributing to value, but a balance between cognitive (musical content) and affective (enjoyment, and less escape and novelty) exists. Furthermore, consumer value intensifies both cognitive and affective satisfaction, but just the former affects loyalty. These findings provide new insights to better understand the decision-making processes of virtual festival attendees.  相似文献

This article investigates the role of Facebook in the establishment of relationships between brands and their fans, extending the link between relationship marketing and online consumer behavior. We explore what drives a user to connect with a brand profile on Facebook, to participate and interact with the community, and to share content published by brands on their own personal walls. To understand this relationship, we employed both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. The qualitative study was based on in-depth interviews of online marketing specialists and on a focus group comprised of Facebook users who were brand followers. The quantitative study was based on a structured questionnaire, which gathered responses from 650 Facebook brand followers. Results show that while Facebook users are willing to connect to brands on Facebook, they do not seem to interact or to frequently share brand content themselves. As a consequence, brands must strategize to establish a relationship with their brand profile fans.  相似文献

20世纪90年代以来,我国对外贸易不断加速发展,在规模扩大的同时,出口商品结构也呈现明显的变化,其中技术含量较高的产品所占比重不断增加。本文采用了从不同角度反映比较优势的有关指标,在产业层面对我国不同技术含量的制造业比较优势的变化情况进行了全面深入的考察。分析表明,就技术含量而言,我国出口产品比较优势结构呈优化发展趋势,高技术含量产业较之中、低技术含量产业的比较优势而言,其变化情况呈现出更快的提升速度,但我国的总体比较优势结构与达到质变水平尚有差距。  相似文献

Regulatory responses to the business failures of 1998–2001 framed them as a general failure of governance and ethics rather than as firm-specific problems. Among the regulatory responses are Section 406 of Sarbanes–Oxley Act, SEC, and exchange requirements to provide a Code of Ethics. However, institutional pressures surrounding this regulation suggest the potential for symbolic responses and decoupling of response from organizational action. In this article, we examine Codes of Ethics for a stratified sample of 75 U.S. firms across five distinct industries and find that content and language converge across organizations in ways undesired by the regulators, and that language is used to minimize the effects of the Code on constraining organizational behavior. There is, however, a noteworthy exception in the sections of the Codes dedicated the ethics of financial reporting. Although this material still contains legalistic boilerplate information, it does offer concrete guidance and emphatic language pertaining to the need to maintain the integrity of reporting practices. This suggests that the corporate understanding of the source of the failures is one of fraudulent financial reporting. Aside from the matter of financial reporting, the vague and stylized content of the Codes was a predicted response and constitutes a rational response to the regulation. The regulation, however, clearly states the belief that Codes should vary from firm to firm and that individual firms should determine the specific content of a Code. Aside from financial reporting matters, the observed result suggests that regulatory efforts may have failed to instigate corporate change in attitudes toward and enforcement of higher ethical standards by corporate actors.  相似文献
