基于CFLP模型的物流配送中心选址问题研究──以石河子XX纯净水公司为例

如何建立一个有效的纯净水商业流通系统,是众多中小型饮用纯净水公司未来发展的关键,而配送中心的选址及网点建设又是其重点之一。新疆的桶装饮用纯净水市场在近几年已得到快速发展,但产品同质化严重、行业整体利润较低。纯净水公司应运用科学合理的方法构建选址模型,建立合适有效的配送网点,完善公司配送网点的建设工作,提高配送效率,促进纯净水公司自身发展,从而增加企业的经济收益。     

基于遗传算法的农产品物流车辆路径问题决策研究

我国农产品物流成本较高的主要原因之一是缺乏科学的管理技术,尤其是基于定量分析的决策技术。对物流车辆路径问题的优化可以有效降低农产品的物流成本。针对农产品的时效性,对带有时间窗的农产品物流车辆路径问题,引入客户满意度函数,建立实例决策模型,运用遗传算法工具箱进行优化求解。通过对优化前后的数据进行比较,验证决策模型的可行性和合理性。     

Public, Private and Nonprofit Regulation for Environmental Quality

This paper studies the welfare implications of different institutions certifying environmental quality supplied by a monopoly. The monopolist can voluntarily certify the quality of the product through an eco-label provided either by an NGO or a for-profit private certifier (PC). The NGO and the PC may use advertisement to promote the label. We compare the NGO and PC regimes with the regime where the regulator imposes a minimum quality standard. The presence of a private certifier in the market decreases the scope for public intervention. The availability of green advertisement reinforces the above result.

Reexamining professional certification in human resource management

This article explores certification issues in human resource management based on a survey of four well-known associations. First, it distinguishes certification from accreditation and licensure. Second, it presents information on certification practices, policies, and standards for four major certifying organizations. Third, it discusses the benefits and drawbacks of certification at the individual, company, and professional levels. Lastly, it points up the importance of continued research on certification in the human resource management field. © 1995 by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

Certifying compensation and benefits management competencies

The American Compensation Association (ACA) has been certifying HR professionals since 1976. Its certification programs are based on a contemporary, evolving body of knowledge that reflects leading‐edge human resource competencies. Many people choose seminars to prepare for ACA exams. Taught by a cadre of nearly 400 practitioners, ACA's seminars are offered through hotel and conference centers, corporate in‐house programs, and, most recently, through the Academic Partnership Network (APN). The APN, established in 1997, serves as ACA's link to college and university teaching and research communities. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

The valuation effects of bank loan ratings in the presence of multiple monitors

Studies have shown that when two information providers or outside auditors exist, the value provided by the second one will be decreased by the actions of the first. Credit rating agencies have been rating bank loans since 1996. Capitalizing on the highly similar functions performed by banks and these agencies, the informational value of bank loan ratings is examined. Further, evidence is provided on whether rating agencies duplicate the certifying and monitoring roles played by banks. The significant market reaction to negative bank loan rating announcements suggests these rating actions convey information beyond that provided via bank loan approvals and renewals. 文章通过试验研究了水性醋叔丙、纯丙、苯丙、硅丙和聚氨酯乳液作为基料对涂料耐火性能和耐水性能的影响,以不同比例对醋叔丙和苯丙乳液进行互混,得到最佳的涂料用乳液,最后通过改变乳液用量,分析了乳液用量对涂料性能的影响。
