基于ADS的微带线不连续性分析与应用

射频电路印制电路板（PCB）中出现的微带线拐角是微带线不连续结构之一,而微带线的不连续性会影响信号传输质量。为降低微带线不连续性对信号传输质量的影响,利用ADS（Advanced Design System）软件对不同拐角进行仿真,从两个角度分析了它们对电路性能的影响。在此基础上,将研究结果应用于5.8 GHz RFID（Radio Frequency Identification）阅读器射频电路中,取得了较为理想的效果。结果表明：45°外斜切直角拐角和圆弧拐角均能对传输线的不连续性进行补偿,其中,45°外斜切直角拐角存在最佳斜切率M,使拐角处信号的传输特性（即回波损耗和插入损耗）最优。该研究对降低微带线不连续性对信号传输质量的影响具有一定的指导意义。     

1 kW微波源机箱电磁耦合的并行FDTD模拟

微波源机箱的不同面板上开有不同数量和大小的矩形孔缝和散热通风孔,电磁脉冲可以通过机箱上的孔缝耦合进入微波源内部,对内部电路和设备造成干扰。通过自动网格剖分技术实现了1 kW微波源的快速建模,采用并行时域有限差分（FDTD）算法模拟了不同极化方向下高斯脉冲正入射1 kW微波源机箱的耦合问题,分析了微波源机箱的电磁脉冲耦合规律。研究结果表明,数值计算结果与电磁软件仿真结果吻合得比较好,电磁脉冲的极化方向对耦合进入微波源箱体内的电场强度影响不大,微波源机箱中心点的谐振特性明显。     

圆柱腔内多导体传输线的瞬态电磁响应

为提高系统抗强电磁脉冲毁伤能力,采用时域有限差分法(Finite Difference Tim e Domain,FDTD)和通用电路仿真器(SPICE)相结合的协同仿真方法,以圆柱腔内由单导线、 双绞线、普通双线和同轴线组成的线束为研究对象,重点研究了导线类型、导线间距、捆扎 和RC滤波电路对耦合特性的影响。结果表明：耦合系数受腔体和传输线的双重影响,同轴线 耦合系数较其他两类线缆降低约40 dB;线间相互屏蔽是捆扎降低耦合系数的主要原因 ;随着导线间距增大,耦合系数幅值增大;RC滤波电路是降低电磁耦合的有效手段。所得结 论对电子系统进行抗电磁脉冲加固具有重要意义。

本文根据耦合微带线的某些特性,提出了耦合微带线设计的一种实用方法.     

平行耦合微带线的一种简易算法

本文介绍一种计算精度足够高的平行耦合微带线的简易算法。此算法是借助于保角变换,把平行耦合微带线变换成“单一”微带线,从而利用单线公式作中间计算步骤而推演出来的一种算法。按此法,采用具有通用函数功能的袖珍计算器,即可对任意介电常数的介质基片材料进行电路特性分析或综合设计。文中给出了主要计算公式、分析算法和综合设计步骤,并提供了氧化铝陶瓷基片的一些强耦合特性曲线和放大尺度单线阻抗(?)线宽特性。对耦合度为3～30db的四分之一波长定向耦合器的综合设计,给出了计算结果。     

新型Koch岛分形耦合微带线带通滤波器

为抑制平面带通滤波器的二次谐波,实现高选择性和低插入损耗,提出了一种新型 Koch岛分形结构,并将其应用到平面耦合微带线带通滤波器的设计中。仿真及测试结果表明 ：所设计的新型Koch岛分形耦合微带线带通滤波器的中心频率为3 GHz,3 dB通带 宽度为10%;与传统的耦合微带线带通滤波器相比,该新型滤波器的二次谐波降低了1 1.5 dB,选择特性提高了5 dB/GHz,通带内最大回波损耗降低了4.7 dB,尺寸缩 小了近5%。该新型滤波器具有尺寸小、重量轻、成本低且性能好等优点。     

微带线和槽结构对多层滤波器性能影响的对比研究

微带线和槽结构是多层结构微波滤波器实现小型化、高性能的关键，因此需研究不同形状的微带线和槽结构对微波滤波器性能的影响。通过使用全波电磁仿真软件对各种结构微波滤波器S参数进行仿真，发现改变顶层、底层拓扑结构对微波滤波器整体性能影响不明显，表明不同形状的拓扑结构在面积相等时可近似等效；而改变中间层耦合槽的结构则对滤波器整体性能影响较大，表明改变耦合槽形状是一种比较理想的能调谐滤波器性能的方法。     

材料电磁脉冲屏蔽效能研究进展

首先总结了国外电磁脉冲的研究现状及屏蔽效能的测试方法,并分析了国内电 磁脉冲屏蔽效能的测试方法及根据频域测量结果估计时域响应研究进展,然后介绍了屏蔽效 能频域和时域表征方法,特别是近几年来电磁脉冲屏蔽效能的表征方法,最后 指出了当前电磁脉冲屏蔽效能研究中需解决的问题及今后研究方向,对电磁脉冲作用下材料 屏蔽效能的研究具有指导意义。     

实用平行藕合微帶线电路尺寸综合设计法

本文介绍由平行耦合微带线奇、偶模阻抗设计出厚度不为零的微带线的几何尺寸的一种算法。给出由厚度引起的附加场阻抗近似计算公式,以及用计算机进行综合设计程序流程图。并结合实际应用,绐出了氧化铝陶瓷基片微带线的一些计算结果。附带提及与设计强耦合器件有关的电路制作工艺中的尺寸误差问题。     

一种SIR结构的超宽带带通滤波器

提出了一种基于阶梯阻抗谐振器（Step Impedance Resonator,SIR）结构的具有平行耦合微带线的超宽带（Ultra-wideband,UWB）带通滤波器。滤波器采用孔径补偿技术设计,在地面上蚀刻两个矩形槽,以增强顶层微带线之间的耦合。为了优化S参数并改善带外的抑制,在谐振器中采用了缺陷微带结构（Defective Microstrip Structure,DMS）。仿真结果表明,滤波器的通带范围为2.3~6.1 GHz,中心频率为4.2 GHz,分数带宽（Fractional Bandwidth,FBW）大于90.4%;插入和回波损耗分别优于-1 dB和-10 dB;通带中群延迟的变化范围为0.4~0.6 ns,滤波器的线性度良好。该滤波器可用于5G通信系统。
