小型化宽频带宽阻带微带滤波器的设计

目前研究宽频带微带滤波器的文献很多,但普遍不能同时具有宽频带和宽阻带的性能,且带内回波损耗大,带外抑制差。为此,提出了一种新型的宽频带微带滤波器。该滤波器采用在E型阶跃阻抗谐振器（SIR）中引入U型结构的方法,实现其宽频带宽阻带的性能。对滤波器进行仿真、加工与实测,仿真结果与实测结果吻合良好。加工得到的滤波器3 dB带宽为7.1 GHz,低于-20 dB的高频阻带为9.3 GHz,带内回波损耗低于-23.2 dB,实物尺寸为15 mm×8.5 mm,具有小型化的特点。实测数据表明,提出的滤波器具有良好的性能,在工程领域具有实际的应用价值。     

L频段机载腔体双频滤波器协同仿真设计

提出了一种利用HFSS和Designer协同仿真快速设计双频滤波器的方法。两路滤波器都由同轴腔体带通滤波器组成,采用T型抽头的馈电方式,通过灵活的布局来减小滤波器的体积,最终加工了实物,给出了仿真和实测结果。该滤波器的工作频带覆盖1.421~1.858 GHz,并使得1.576~1.604 GHz频段的抑制在30 dB以上,整体尺寸仅为140 mm×86 mm×45 mm,满足了机载环境的使用。目前,该滤波器已应用于多个工程。     

新型Koch岛分形耦合微带线带通滤波器

为抑制平面带通滤波器的二次谐波,实现高选择性和低插入损耗,提出了一种新型 Koch岛分形结构,并将其应用到平面耦合微带线带通滤波器的设计中。仿真及测试结果表明 ：所设计的新型Koch岛分形耦合微带线带通滤波器的中心频率为3 GHz,3 dB通带 宽度为10%;与传统的耦合微带线带通滤波器相比,该新型滤波器的二次谐波降低了1 1.5 dB,选择特性提高了5 dB/GHz,通带内最大回波损耗降低了4.7 dB,尺寸缩 小了近5%。该新型滤波器具有尺寸小、重量轻、成本低且性能好等优点。     

一种改进的小型化超宽带平面倒锥缝隙天线

提出了一种改进的超宽带平面倒锥缝隙贴片天线,通过调整倒锥缝隙和倒锥贴片的形 状,在更小尺寸条件下,实现了超宽带性能。天线总体尺寸为40 mm×40 mm× 1.5 mm。采用仿真软件分析了该天线的阻抗带宽、辐射方向图及增益特性。结果显示,该 天线的回波损耗小于-10 dB的带宽为2.2 GHz到大于16 GHz,在低频段具有全 向性,在3～14 GHz频段增益随频率的变化在4～7 dB之间。     

应用于无线USB的小型超宽带阻带天线

设计了一种用于超宽带无线通信系统的小型化天线。该天线贴片尺寸为20 mm×15 mm ×3 mm,采用U形折叠结构和渐变结构相结合,可使天线具有超宽带特性。为 了减小对无线局域网（WLAN）系统5 GHz频带的干扰,天线采取了叉形谐振结构来实现对相应频带的抑制。采用仿真软件分析了该天线阻抗带宽和不同频点处的辐射方向图。仿真和实测结果显示,该天线在25～4.67 GHz和628～12 GHz内S11<-10 dB,在47～6.2 GHz内S11>-10 dB,因而有效产生带阻特性。     

一种小型半U型缝折叠超宽带微带天线

提出了一种四分之一波长半U型缝隙折叠超宽带微带天线。该天线采用短路面加载半 U型缝隙以及折叠辐射贴片的方法,实现了小型超宽带特性;天线的尺寸为18 mm×7. 5 mm×7 mm,相对波长尺寸为0231λg×0096λg×009λg （λg是天线 带宽最低频率对应的介质中波长）。仿真显示,天线的阻抗带宽为393%,仿真辐射方向图 稳定,平均增益4.3 dB。由矢量网络适量分析仪E5071C实测天线模型,天线的带宽为3 86～6.47 GHz,相对带宽为5053%,并且从3.53 GHz到大于8.5 GHz频段上 电压驻波比小于3,相对带宽超过826%。     

采用次谐波混频技术的毫米波超宽带混频器研制

提出了一种次谐波混频技术结合宽带匹配滤波电路的设计方法,能有效降低本振源的制作难度,并可扩展中频带宽。应用高频场仿真软件以及谐波平衡仿真软件,研制了两个频段的超宽带次谐波混频器。测试结果：K频段混频器,固定本振频率15 GHz,射频频率在18～26.5 GHz的频带内变化时,变频损耗小于10.7 dB,最小变频损耗为7.5 dB;Ka频段混频器,固定本振频率22 GHz,射频频率在26.5～40 GHz的频带内变化时,变频损耗小于11.5 dB,最小变频损耗为8 dB。测试结果指标与传统的双平衡混频器指标相当,证明了电路设计方案的正确性。     

一种SIR结构的超宽带带通滤波器

提出了一种基于阶梯阻抗谐振器（Step Impedance Resonator,SIR）结构的具有平行耦合微带线的超宽带（Ultra-wideband,UWB）带通滤波器。滤波器采用孔径补偿技术设计,在地面上蚀刻两个矩形槽,以增强顶层微带线之间的耦合。为了优化S参数并改善带外的抑制,在谐振器中采用了缺陷微带结构（Defective Microstrip Structure,DMS）。仿真结果表明,滤波器的通带范围为2.3~6.1 GHz,中心频率为4.2 GHz,分数带宽（Fractional Bandwidth,FBW）大于90.4%;插入和回波损耗分别优于-1 dB和-10 dB;通带中群延迟的变化范围为0.4~0.6 ns,滤波器的线性度良好。该滤波器可用于5G通信系统。     

新型Koch型缺陷地面结构低通滤波器设计

提出了一种新型Koch型缺陷地面结构（KDGS）,设计了两款基于分形缺陷地 面结构的低通滤波器。仿真结果表明：所设计的两种新型低通滤波器3 dB截止频率分别 为3.10 GHz和3.20 GHz,10 dB阻带带宽分别为8.75 GHz和12.25 GHz ,通带插入损耗均小于0.10 dB。该滤波器设计方法简单,性能好且成本低,在无线通 信中很有应用前景。     

基于E型双模谐振器的源负载耦合带通滤波器设计

为实现滤波器的小型化和高性能,提出了两款中心加载的E型双模谐振器,并对其进行了奇偶模分析。在此基础上通过引入源负载耦合,采用ADS与HFSS软件进行了仿真与优化。开路支节加载与短路支节加载的E型双模谐振器分别比方环谐振器减少42.8%与52.6%。实测结果表明,设计的滤波器中心频率分别为4.22 GHz和3.75 GHz, 相对带宽分别为33.6%和9.1%,带内插损分别为-0.9 dB和-1.9 dB,带外零点位置与计算仿真结果吻合良好。这两款滤波器不仅尺寸小、插损低,并且具有宽阻带、传输零点可调的优点,短路支节加载的双模滤波器在选择性与带外抑制方面性能更好,可以广泛应用于各种微波电路中。
