在服务主导逻辑下,在线品牌社群顾客参与对品牌忠诚具有重要影响.本文从顾客视角出发,将顾客参与、顾客契合、感知不确定性与品牌忠诚纳入同一研究框架,探讨在线品牌社群中顾客参与对品牌忠诚的具体作用机制.采用偏最小二乘法对收集到的537份有效样本进行多元线性回归分析,结果表明:在线品牌社群中顾客参与能够直接促进常规品牌忠诚和敌对品牌忠诚;顾客参与能够通过顾客契合间接促进常规品牌忠诚和敌对品牌忠诚,顾客契合在顾客参与和品牌忠诚间起到中介作用;感知不确定性负向调节顾客参与对顾客契合的影响. 相似文献

采用问卷调查法,以珠三角地区光电制造企业中452名知识型员工为研究对象,探讨了组织政治知觉影响离职倾向的内在心理机制。结构方程建模分析结果表明:组织政治知觉能通过工作满意度、情感承诺和工作倦怠的并行多重中介作用对离职倾向产生影响,在个别中介效应大小方面,工作倦怠最大,工作满意度次之,情感承诺最小。 相似文献

本文采用我国中小企业员工样本,运用相关分析和回归分析方法研究组织支持感与公平感对组织公民行为影响的作用机制,即组织支持与公平感是否会通过员工工作态度的中介作用对组织公民行为产生影响。结果表明:员工的组织支持感和公平感均对情感承诺、工作满意度和组织公民行为有显著影响;情感承诺对组织支持感、组织公平分别与组织公民行为间的关系起到部分中介作用;但工作满意度仅对互动公平与组织公民行为间的关系起到部分中介作用;而其余的中介效应检验中,工作满意度仅对组织支持感、分配公平、程序公平分别与指向个体的组织公民行为起到部分中介作用。 相似文献

利用积极组织行为学的有关理论,对心理资本、工作满意度、组织公民行为的关系进行了理论分析,并构建了工作满意度中介作用下的心理资本与组织公民行为关系模型。通过对251名员工的样本分析,对工作满意度中介作用下的心理资本与组织公民行为关系模型进行了检验,结果证实:心理资本正向影响员工的工作满意度;心理资本与员工组织公民行为之间存在正向作用,这一作用通过工作满意度的部分中介作用加以实现。 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to assess the relationships among ethical context, organizational commitment, and person-organization fit using a sample of 304 young working adults. Results indicated that corporate ethical values signifying different cultural aspects of an ethical context were positively related to both organizational commitment and person-organization fit. Organizational commitment was also positively related to person-organization fit. The findings suggest that the development and promotion of an ethical context might enhance employees' workplace experiences, and companies should consider adopting ethical policies that support principled conduct, punish unethical actions, and increase individual perceptions of an ethical company environment. 相似文献

This research investigates the role of fit between campaign ads in generating cross-media effects. Using an ecologically valid design, this article enhances our understanding of cross-media effects in real life. By combining a content analysis of Dutch cross-media campaigns with a secondary data analysis of tracking studies on the same campaigns (n = 900), this research revealed that fit contributed positively to campaign evaluations yet contributed negatively to brand and campaign memory. In conclusion, this research shows that fit is an important factor in understanding cross-media synergy but might have both positive and negative effects. 相似文献

Voluntary management standards for social and environmental performance ideally help to define and improve firms?? related capabilities. These standards, however, have largely failed to improve such performance as intended. Over-emphasis on institutional factors leading to adoption of these standards has neglected the role of firms?? existing capabilities. External pressures can drive firms to adopt standards more than their technical capacity to employ them. This can lead to problems of ??fit?? between institutional requirements and a firm??s existing capabilities. We describe a conceptual model that considers the impact of an interaction between a firm??s institutional requirements and its existing capabilities on standards failure. We suggest solutions that align institutional requirements to appropriate governance forms as a means to improve standards success. We contribute to theory by describing the role of firms?? internal capabilities to the success of voluntary management standards and the reliability of self-regulation generally. 相似文献

This article is a contribution to the growing body of research on the privatisation process in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). It reports on a study of enterprises in Rumania which sought to establish whether privatisation there improves performance and, if so, whether ownership by managers and employees is beneficial and whether smaller enterprises perform better than larger ones. Broadly, the authors conclude that the answer to all three of these questions is "yes". The article then outlines the implications for CEE policy-makers, in particular that they should speed up the process of privatisation, (even if foreign investors are not available) and split up large enterprises, whether state-owned or privatised. 相似文献
