新媒体的发展为企业家的前台化行为提供了广阔的平台,尤其是微博、论坛等自媒体的产生,成为企业家接触消费者的直接纽带,呈现出曝光前台化行为的新形式。基于新媒体环境,以微博为例,探究了影响企业家前台化行为效果的主要因素。企业家的前台化行为要求与消费者的需求以及新媒体的特点进行高度结合。发挥前台化行为的最大效益等同于积极的前台化行为加上对风险的规避。新媒体环境下,前台化行为本身需要充分体现社会责任感,在此基础上不断迎合消费者的偏好,与其进行良好的互动,充分掌握前台化行为所要求的各种技能,成为集"演讲家"、"慈善家"与"网红"于一体的企业家,并尽可能规避风险,降低消极舆论导向以及企业相关负面事件的影响程度。  相似文献

扎根于本土文化,笔者对企业家前台化行为动机进行研究分析。在对所收集数据分析整理的基础上,发现企业家前台化行为的动机主要分为两类:名(社会声誉)和利(经济利益)。基于此,本文对企业家追名逐利的原因,企业家的精神是什么,企业家该如何树立正确的名利观等问题进行了深入的研究分析。这样的分析不仅对本土营销的发展有着启示作用,而且对企业家前台化行为也有着重要的指导意义。  相似文献

企业家的创新行为对于现代经济的增长具有非常重要的作用,而民营企业家由于所处的主客观环境的差异,其创新行为既具有一般企业家创新行为的共性,同时又呈现出自己显著的特点.本文采用从一般到特殊的分析方法,在剖析了创新的经济学含义后,仔细评介了有关企业家创新行为本质的一般理论,在此基础上,进一步探讨我国民营企业家创新行为的本质,即在内涵上是对原有思维结构和思维定势的突破,在动机上是源于民营企业家的物质需要,在原因上是出于环境所迫,在资源上要以人力资源为核心,在特征上是有创新的思维成果出现.  相似文献

Doing Unto Others: The Reciprocity of Helping Behavior in Organizations   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Reciprocity is a fundamental aspect of social life, and a phenomenon studied from a wide variety of philosophical, theological, and social scientific perspectives. In this study, we use social exchange theory to investigate why employees help other employees. We hypothesize, based on the norm of reciprocity (Gouldner, 1960), that a significant cause of an employee's helping behavior is how much organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) the employee has received from coworkers. To provide evidence of the discriminant validity of OCB received as an antecedent of helping behavior, we also assess its effects on another form of extra-role behavior, voice, as well as in-role performance. We found, in a sample of 157 employee-supervisor dyads, that OCB received was related to helping behavior after controlling for several antecedents of helping behavior identified in past research, and was less related to voice and in-role behavior, as hypothesized. Implications for theory and practice are presented.  相似文献

企业家的社会网络是企业的战略资源之一,其对企业家战略执行能力的改善起着重要作用。对中小民营企业的实证研究表明,企业家的社会网络对其战略执行能力有显著的正向影响,而且不同类型社会网络的影响有所不同。其中,市场网络和专家网络对企业家战略执行能力都有显著的影响,而且市场网络的影响大于专家网络的影响,公共网络则没有对企业家战略执行能力产生显著的正向影响。因此,为了改善其战略执行能力,企业家在全面重视其社会网络的作用基础上,首先需要加强其市场网络的建设,然后需要改善与其专家网络的关系。  相似文献

Abstract

Social facilitation, the theory, originated out of the field of experimental social psychology as a means of explaining individual's behavior in social situations. Social facilitation is described as enhancing one's dominant response simply by being in the presence of others. Social facilitation, while not widely applied to consumer behavior, holds hope of becoming an interesting and useful tool in attempting to predict consumer behavior, specifically, behavior in particular buying situations. This paper examines social facilitation theory, where the presence of others is central, as a good predictor of consumer behavior in shopping situations, like: store crowding and waiting in line. Thus, the following critical areas of social facilitation are explored: mere presence of others, distraction-conflict, evaluation apprehension, and crowding. Before these areas can be applied, it is necessary to investigate the origin of social facilitation, the theory.  相似文献

An entrepreneur's network can provide a significant source of social capital, which, in turn, may increase a new venture's likelihood of success. Entrepreneurship research has frequently examined how such networks develop, and reviewing extant studies suggests that trust plays a significant role in this process. Despite its recognized importance, limited research exists examining how trust evolves during and interacts with the entrepreneur's venture network development. Accordingly, we propose that an entrepreneur's reliance on exchange relationships based on affective and cognitive trust will vary as the entrepreneur moves through the network development process. We conclude by discussing both the model's implications and future research avenues.  相似文献

Based on social exchange theory, this research aims to develop and test a model in which supervisor affiliation mediates the impact of servant leadership on employees’ pro-group unethical behavior a highly competitive intergroup environment. Using a sample of 239 employees from 39 groups in four foreign-owned engineering enterprises, we found that supervisor affiliation mediated the positive relationship between servant leadership and employees’ pro-group unethical behavior. Our results also revealed that employees’ moral attentiveness weakened the positive impact of supervisor affiliation on pro-group unethical behavior. The current study contributes to business ethics research by advancing our understanding of antecedents of pro-group unethical behavior as well as how servant leadership leads to employees’ unethical behaviors. Implications for theory, practice, and directions for future research are discussed.  相似文献

网络群体行为的影响因素和作用机理是以虚拟社区及其情境为载体的,可以从社会资本不同维度进行研究,这个问题的研究对象、基本架构及相应的理论分析,可通过虚拟社区平台为参照来建构分析模型。文章采用SEM技术对所建构的理论模型进行了分析讨论和实证检验,得出的重要结论是,在网络群体成员的关系网络中,社会资本对网络群体行为具有正向影响作用。文章讨论了西方学者所讨论的社会资本的结构维度、关系维度和认知维度的相关论述,认为社会资本不同维度对网络群体行为的作用是不同的;关系维度对网络群体行为的正向影响最为显著,结构维度对网络群体行为的促进作用要大于认知维度对网络群体行为的促进作用;通过对社会资本三维度影响网络群体行为的研究,文章在理论上对虚拟社区的网络群体行为有了一个从理论逼近现实的认识。  相似文献

基于悖论理论和社会学习理论,探讨了悖论式领导如何影响员工创新行为。通过对279份领导—员工配对数据进行分析发现:悖论式领导对员工创新行为有显著的积极影响;个体双元性在悖论式领导与员工创新行为之间起中介作用;员工悖论思维不仅调节了悖论式领导与个体双元性之间的关系,还进一步调节了悖论式领导通过个体双元性影响其创新行为的间接效应,即相对于悖论思维低的员工,悖论思维高的员工更有可能从悖论式领导行为获得有益影响,同时表现出高水平的探索活动和利用活动,进而创新行为也有所提升。结论丰富了有关悖论式领导的实证研究,同时,为将悖论理论引入组织实践奠定理论基础。  相似文献

Social enterprises, promising organizations for solving societal problems with innovative approaches, rely upon their members’ active roles for workplace innovation. However, we still have a limited understanding about how social enterprises can foster employees’ endeavors for innovation. By focusing on employee learning and innovative behavior, we investigate the influences of perceived social mission, value congruence, and human resource management (HRM) practices in social enterprises. We conducted two complementary studies to answer our research questions. In Study 1, with a survey of 369 employees from 68 social enterprises, we examined a multilevel moderated mediation model with firm-level and individual-level data. We found that perceived social mission promoted learning and innovative behavior by increasing value congruence, and that commitment-based HRM practices enhanced the overall process from mission to employee efforts for innovation. In Study 2, with 300 daily surveys from 60 employees participating in an experience sampling study, we found that those with high-value congruence showed a significantly more stable pattern with less variance in innovative behavior than in learning behavior. Our study adds novel implications to the underdeveloped literature on employee innovation and HRM in social enterprises by uncovering the positive effects of social mission and value facets for boosting learning and innovative behaviors. Our research also suggests that social enterprises should benefit from pursuing and emphasizing the social mission and commitment-based HRM bundle together, which will promote the prosperity and well-being of business and society.  相似文献

The argument for civic engagement is that it enables individuals to feel empowered and shapes their political and social attitudes which are attributes that promote individuals to be better citizens. This study focuses on senior citizens, and we use the place-attachment theory to better understand the good citizenship behavior of seniors within clubs, and we further explore how this behavior affects their civic engagement. The findings provide insights into seniors' civic engagement within the confines of clubs. As a result of these findings, we go on to suggest a framework for understanding the behavior of civic engagement. Our model of seniors' civic engagement in clubs provides greater insights for academics and policy makers on the sources and physical places that can foster communities to come together for shared interaction and cohesion.  相似文献
