采用水热法合成诺氟沙星配合物[Ni(NF)2]2H4[SiW12O40]·8H2O(1),利用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱等手段对配合物1进行基础表征。采用纸片药敏测试法和二倍稀释抑菌实验法测试了配合物1和配体对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌活性。利用紫外光谱法研究配合物1与CT-DNA之间的相互作用。结果表明,配合物1对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌活性,配合物1通过嵌插方式与CT-DNA相互作用,结合常数(Kb)为2.0×104 L/mol。配合物1以嵌插方式与CT-DNA相互作用,配合物1对枯草杆菌具有显著的抑菌效果。  相似文献

以氮杂环化合物2-(1H-咪唑-1-甲基)-1H-苯并咪唑(imb)为配体,在邻苯二甲酸的存在下,采用常温挥发法制备了一个结构新颖的配合物{[Co(imb)_2(H_2O)_4]_2·2SO_4·CH_3OH·H_2O}n.单晶X射线衍射结果表明,该配合物是双核结构,两种Co(Ⅱ)均为六配位,邻苯二甲酸不参与该配合物的构筑但却是生成该配合物的必要条件。此外,还对该配合物的红外光谱进行了研究。  相似文献

本文构建了新型和传统基础设施建设评价指标体系,分别对中国各省(区、市)的新型和传统基础设施建设水平进行评价,并基于耦合协调模型测度新老基建耦合协调程度,最后采用空间杜宾模型探究两者耦合协调度的驱动机制及空间溢出效应。结果表明:(1)2011~2019年全国各省(区、市)耦合协调度平均水平呈现稳步上升趋势;耦合协调度的区域差异呈现波动上升的趋势,其中东部地区的区域内差异是造成全国整体差异的主要原因;(2)我国省域新旧基建的耦合协调等级呈现东强西弱的空间格局,且耦合协调等级的省际差异有逐年缩小的趋势;高值集聚区域全部分布在福建、浙江、江苏等东部沿海区域,低值集聚区主要分布在新疆、西藏、青海及宁夏一些西部相对落后地区,且低值集聚区的数量呈现先降低后上升的“V型”变化;(3)全国各省(区、市)新老基建耦合协调存在显著的空间相关性,财政支出水平、市场化、城市化、产业结构及利用外资等因素均对新旧基建的耦合协调水平产生了明显的驱动作用。  相似文献

This paper focuses on the decision-making mechanism of coordination protocol for a multi-agent system in collaborative, distributed environment requiring resource allocation solutions. The model of distributed collaboration network (DCN) for distributed resource allocation is developed. The use of monitored viability of each agent as a feedback for the agent's reflexivity and goal adjustment mechanisms during the coordination process is introduced. Question: Will (can) a multi-agent system, as a whole, achieve efficient resource allocations, when each agent makes independent decisions, adjusted by feedback of its own viability measure to maximize its own goal based on limited information about the entire system? To investigate this question, experiments were conducted by using the parallel simulator TIE/Protocol to model the DCN and multi-agent system behavior.  相似文献

The paper presents a fuzzy approach to building up a model of spatial hierarchy based on spatial games. It is derived from the analytical model by Bogataj and Bogataj (Int. J. Prod. Econ. 71 (1–3) (2001) 277). The main strategic problems of a supply chain are connected with the question of location and capacity of individual activity cells to achieve the best supply chain coordination. The results of supply chain coordination between two activity cells on the plain originate from Girlich's research paper (Inventory Modelling, Lecture Notes of the International Postgraduate Summer School, Vol. 2, ISIR, Budapest-Protoroz, 1995, pp. 13–24) and have been later transformed in frequency space, using the methodology of input–output analysis, Laplace transforms and MRP developed at Linköping Institute of Technology by Grubbström and his research group. The analytical results developed by Bogataj and Bogataj (2001) are compared with the results achieved by fuzzy set approach. In our paper the problem is formulated as a non-constant sum game. In this case the total market area is constant and the conditions for lower central places are described for different positions of these central places in an urban hierarchy in the case of two-level production. The results of fuzzy approach in logistic games are compared with analytical results.  相似文献

Nine depressurization experiments for vessels containing water, freon-114 and high viscosity fluids have been analyzed. These experiments were carried out at different plants and provide information about the dependence of the depressurization process on the size of the vessel, the type of vent installed, and the initial conditions. The differences of venting into the atmosphere or venting into a catch tank have been also examined. The accuracy of the two-phase flow model used for the analysis of these experiments has been demonstrated by comparisons with steady state data referring to co-current liquid/vapor flow as well as to batch type of flows, where the liquid phase is stagnant.  相似文献

随着工业控制的发展,对随动系统的动态响应能力及稳态精度的要求越来越高.针对目前的发展趋势,以斜波信号和恒值信号作为信号源,介绍了模糊PID的控制原理,提出了运用非对称隶属度函数方法解决该系统中存在的参数时变的问题,缩小了误差,提高了系统的响应能力.实验结果表明系统的随动灵敏度和稳态误差得到了明显改善.  相似文献

This study is about the influence of integration and coordination of organisational mechanisms on the effectiveness of the process of product development by cross-functional teams. The sample consists of 50 cross-national Concurrent Engineering (CE) project teams, from companies in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, UK, and USA, in the technology intensive industries of aerospace, automobile, chemical, computer, electronics, shipbuilding, and telecommunications. The study offers a diagnostic tool which measures the effectiveness of the Concurrent Engineering team's process in terms of the behaviours and attitudes of the engineering/R&D and manufacturing representatives on the product development team: (a) two-way communication, (b) overlapping problems-solving, (c) readiness to use uncertain and ambiguous information released by team counterparts for decision-making, and (d) readiness to release uncertain and ambiguous information to team counterparts. The findings of the study are that integration mechanisms, such as team-based rewards and job rotation, and coordination mechanisms, such as project structure and information technology, and project leader's management style, support an effective team process, and overcome the negative effect of geographic distance and time-difference in cross-national teams. In addition, there are interesting implications for organisational learning in the practice of Concurrent Engineering for product development, and of the implications of these findings for practice and future research.  相似文献

R esearch summary: We investigate how organizational adaptation to interdependence shifts is influenced by “integrators.” These are formally mandated managerial roles meant to promote coordination across specialized but interdependent organizational subunits, yet they do so without relying on formal authority. While much has been learned about how integrators promote steady‐state coordination within a known pattern of interdependence, less is known about their impact on organizational adaptation when the pattern of interdependence itself is unknown. We discuss mechanisms by which integrators may nonetheless aid organizational adaptation and learning processes in such situations, and test our hypotheses in the context of a regulatory change that affected the in vitro fertilization (IVF) clinics sector in the United Kingdom using a differences‐in‐differences design. M anagerial summary: Organizational structure can influence how an organization adapts to change. We investigate how a regulatory change in the provision of fertility treatments in the United Kingdom forced clinics to change their workflows, and whether the presence of integrator roles enabled clinics to adapt to these changes. It is well known that integrator roles in general are valuable in coordinating across specialized organizational units, but this research points to the surprising implication that their value may persist even when the workflow being coordinated changes suddenly, in ways that nobody necessarily comprehends. Our research highlights the fact that even in an intensively science‐based work context, the “technology of organizing” can have a significant role in shaping organizational performance. Synchronizing sales efforts with project operations, such that (1) there is a steady flow of work that can be completed in a non-chaotic project environment, (2) resources maintain high utilization, and (3) desired deliverables reach customers within the promised lead-time, is extremely difficult. This paper proposes a normative approach to uniting the sales process with project operations capacity by coordinating movement of potential customers through the sales funnel with the company's internal project capacity. It also addresses contingencies with respect to company throughput as a result of changes in managing the market, the sales funnel, and project operations, while taking into consideration variation in scheduling as well as in managing project task and duration uncertainty.  相似文献
