This paper analyzes the development status of Chinese iron ＆ steel industry, points out the problems that exist, and describes the development prospect of Chinese iron ＆ steel industry. It lists the reasons that we must choose the means of continuous development on the way to realize the change from an iron ＆ steel big country to an iron ＆ steel powerful country. Finally, some suggestions for the stable and healthy development of Chinese iron ＆ steel industry are put forward in the paper.

An empirical analysis of the growth of it enterprises in China

The paper makes an empirical analysis to the main factors effecting IT corporate growth-human resource and R＆D. By using data of China＇s listed IT companies, we focus on the relationship among corporate value （net return of equity, ROE） or development of corporate value （Tobin＇s Q） and manager＇s salary, R＆D fee, R＆D employee, etc. The conclusion shows that development of corporate value （Tobin＇s Q） has positive correlativity with the plurality of board chairman and general manager, independent directors＇ proportion, R＆D fee, and R＆D employees while it is non-obvious positive with salary of superior managers, holding stocks of general manager, capital investment, and negative with corporate scale. The conclusion is accordant with the development status of Chinese IT corporation.     

山东省能源经济环境系统预测与动态分析

文章分别选取GDP、能源生产总量与消费总量、CO2排放量作为经济、能源和环境子系统指标,利用1995-2012年的数据构建了山东省能源经济环境系统向量自回归(VAR)模型,对1997-2015年系统状况进行动态预测,并运用Granger检验、脉冲响应函数和方差分解对其进行动态分析。结果表明:到2015年,山东省GDP、能源生产总量与消费总量、CO2排放量仍将保持较快的增长;长期来看,经济增长与碳排放存在双向Granger因果关系,从经济增长到能源消费、能源生产和能源消费到碳排放均具有单向Granger因果关系;短期内,能源生产、能源消费与经济增长之间相互促进,经济增长促进碳排放,而能源生产、能源消费和碳排放之间具有一定的相互影响。山东省应适当放缓GDP增速,并优化经济结构;发展低碳能源,优化能源消费结构;继续强化实施碳减排政策。     

More effective utilization of FDI by China

Emerged from 1950＇s, with the huge emergences of multinational enterprises, foreign direct investment is developing along with international trade, and both of them present two main motivations of the world economy. Used to be one of the most closed countries, China has now been an indispensable part of the international economy since its economic reform in 1978. Normally big countries receive large amount of foreign direct investment, and as a huge country, China receives the top amount of FDI recently. For China, how to attract more FDI is less important than how to utilize FDI efficiently. If China uses FDI more efficiently, FDI could contribute more to its economic reform and developments. However, the efficient use of FDI is not an easy task for China with such large volume. This paper discusses the current situation of international capital flow and FDI to China, and then analyzes the issues concerning FDI in China from several different perspectives like terms of trade,, technology spillover, dual economy, domestic investment, MNEs in China, and spatial distribution of FDI in China, etc.. Finally, the paper gives conclusion of the situation of FDI in China and suggestion for the policies of efficient usage of FDI in China.     

Several ponders on current real estate macroeconomic regulation and control

In view of the housing price continually rising and real estate market＇s confusion, the real estate market＇s macroeconomic regulation and control of government have become the social economy＇s hot topic. In order to enable the macroeconomic regulation and control policy to achieve the expectation effect, this paper proposes that real estate macroeconomic regulation and control should be paid attention to, and gives the countermeasure suggestion.     

Research on the expenditure of Yunnan fiscal on agriculture and its performance

This paper applies stepwise regression to analyze the contribution of Yunnan fiscal expenditure of agriculture to agricultural economy growth and per capita annual income on agriculture of rural inhabitants over the period from 1978 to 2006, and uses Granger causality test to examine the relation of fiscal expenditure and per capita annual income of rural inhabitants and the income differential between urban and rural residents. The results suggest that it is the structure of fiscal expenditure on agriculture rather than the scale that has effect on the income of peasants. Because of the deviation of objectives of fiscal expenditure, the expenditure of agriculture could not narrow the income differential between urban and rural inhabitants.

Enlightened by Susan Bassnett＇s notion of ＂collusion＂ , the writer makes a contemplative study about the social address terms in Chinese classic novel Shui Hu Zhuan. The research studies the translation of modest social address terms in Outlaws of the Marsh and All Men are Brothers from the perspective of collusion and culture construction. Through the study of the source text and target text, the thesis makes analysis as well as comparison of the two English versions, in order to investigate the possible criteria for the translators to evaluate their choices of words in translating the Chinese specific terms. During the research, the writer discovers that collusion plays an im nortant role in the nroeess of translation. with a notential result of culture construction in the target readers＇ mind.     

Research on the safety evaluation and optimization of enterprise information

According to the situation, in view of such four factors as hardware, software, stuff, and system, Information Safety-appraising ＆ Optimizing Model of Enterprises Based on Informatization Environments （ISOMEBIE） is presented in this article. The model is solved by the means of Genetic Algorithms （GA）, so its result has much more objectivity. This model can be used to direct enterprises to appraise its information safety, or to compare information safety with its rival. When the safety valve value of enterprises is below the normal level through application in this model, they should immediately take measure to find out and eliminate it, which enterprises can securely and reliably make full use of the results produced by informatization.     

Analysis of international construction brand for Chinese construction enterprises

Grey Critical Chain project scheduling technique and its application

Based on the idea of Grey System and interval number coefficient notation, a Grey Critical Chain scheduling approach is studied. According to Grey system Theory, the time of project or task completion can be considered as the object that extension is definite but intension is uncertain, which is coincident with the character of the project management. The Grey Critical Chain Scheduling Technique mainly aims at the single project time management, but the management idea can also be applied to the other knowledge areas of the project management. In this technique, we improve the selection method of the buffer time in the Critical Chain, in order to obtain reasonable Feeding Buffer time and Project Buffer time. In this paper, we will use an example to discuss the Grey Critical Chain Scheduling Technique, compare Grey Critical Chain with Program Evaluation and Review Technique, Critical Chain and Fuzzy Critical Chain, and analyze the advantages, disadvantages and applicable scope of their own.

The loyalty based on Nash equilibrium theory between knowledge workers and enterprises

The competitiveness of the enterprises is the talent competition. ＂Talent＂ more often refers to ＂knowledge workers＂, the pillars of the enterprises is composed of knowledge workers. Loyal knowledge employees can enhance the core competitiveness and cohesion of the enterprise. From the Nash equilibrium theory perspective, this paper constructs the mutual loyalty model of knowledge workers and enterprises, analyzes the strategy of choice of knowledge workers and enterprises, gets a balanced strategy of pure and mixed strategy of the Nash equilibrium, and gives some proposals in increasing the mutual loyalty between knowledge workers and enterprises.     

Study on Real Estate Investment Trusts and application in China

The Real Estate Investment Trusts （REITs） is a mature investment and financing tool in the real estate market abroad. RE1Ts is able to deploy resource, circulate necessary funds and disperse risk effectively. It is the feasible effective way and necessary choice during the real estate finance innovation. But there is a big gap between RE1Ts in China and the mature RE1Ts abroad. Because RE1Ts in China puts more attention on the financing function of the real estate. Besides, because the relevance law and the market environment are not perfect, REITs couldn＇t exploit its advantages very well in China. It needs to be developed in the practice. This paper starts with introducing the concept of REITs. Then the paper goes on to tell the types and characteristics of REITs aboard. It continues to study the experience of mature RE1Ts in the market and finds out disadvantages which China＇s RE1Ts have. Based on above research, the paper considers about the situation in China and states the mode of RE1Ts we should choose in China. At the same time, the paper points out the important problems we should deal with when we develop REITs in China.     

Scaling risk and the square-root-of-time rule in the emerging markets： Evidence from the Chinese stock market

This paper examines the square-root-of-time rule that frequently used in volatility estimation to the Chinese stock market that comprises Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market. The Jarque-Bera test conclusively rejects normal distribution of both stock market returns, while the Hurst analysis indicates both stock market returns does not follow a random walk. Furthermore, the tests for volatility scaling indicate volatility of both stock market returns do not scale according to the square-root-of-time rule and lead to bias in risk estimation. Henceforth, the study urges more alternative methods in risk management that suitable for the emerging Chinese stock market.     

The relationship between human capital and the economic growth in China

Human capital is one of the most important factors to promote economic growth. It is critical both on theory and practice to study how human capital investment and accumulation promote the economic growth in China. The thesis takes Lucas＇s Human Capital Spillover Model as the analysis tool. Through SPSS 14.0 software, it uses the serial data from 1992 to 2006 to analyze the human capital＇s correlation and contribution to the economic growth, so as to find out why the human capital contribution to economic growth is low. And then, in order to increase the human capital accumulation, it puts forward the relative strategies which include paying more attention to the importance of human capital, greatly developing education, improving the quality of human capital and investing more on the human capital of enterprises.     

Regionalism and East Asian economic integration

The wave of economic globalization moves to all the countries in the world to be integrated with multilateralism and by promotion of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade/World Trade Organization （GATT/WTO）. Meanwhile, the growth of regional economic integration has been one of the major developments in international economic relations, and undoubtedly regionalism is a part of the global economic environment. The objective of the paper is to review the trends and highlight the prospects for enhancing economic integration in East Asia. This paper has argued that the emerging East Asian economies have achieved sustained economic development and poverty reduction through domestic structural, institutional and governance reforms as well as through market-driven integration with the global and regional markets. Though this process was temporarily interrupted by the Asian financial crisis in 1997-1998, the economies have pursued further liberalization and reforms, deepened economic integration through trade, FDI and finance, and regained dynamic growth. The author argues that the reasonable choice for Eastern Asian countries is to deepen their economic integration and the optimal strategy is fostering economic integration with institutional cooperation.
