协作通信是无线传感器网络(Wireless Sensor Network,WSN)实现数据可靠传输的关键技术,而协作通信技术的关键在于中继方案的选择。为此,提出了一种基于深度强化学习的协作通信中继选择算法(Deep Q-Learning Based Relay Selection Scheme,DQ-RSS)。首先,将WSN中具有中继选择的协作通信过程建模为马尔科夫决策过程,并采用Q学习在未知网络模型的情况下获取最佳中继选择策略;其次,针对高维状态空间下Q学习收敛时间长的问题,采用DQN(Deep-Q-Net)算法来加速Q学习的收敛。对比仿真实验结果表明,DQ-RSS在中断概率、系统容量和能耗方面均优于现有的中继选择方案,且能够有效节省收敛时间。  相似文献

为了降低分布式协同估计算法的计算量并改善其收敛性能,提出了基于压缩感知(CS)和递归最小二乘(RLS)的分布式协同估计算法。该算法在传统RLS分布式协同估计算法的基础上引入压缩感知技术,首先在压缩域中进行递归最小二乘运算,然后利用压缩感知重构算法得到未知参数向量的估计值。提出的算法能够在增量式策略和两种模式的扩散式策略下实现对未知向量的有效估计。理论分析和仿真结果表明,该算法一方面降低了RLS分布式协同估计算法的计算量,另一方面保持较快的收敛速度与良好的均方误差性能。  相似文献

多输入多输出正交频分复用(MIMO-OFDM)可以提高系统在频率选择性衰落信道的传输性能.与OFDM系统一样,MIMO-OFDM系统也存在高峰值平均功率比(PAPR)的问题.为此,提出了一种降低空时分组编码MIMO-OFDM系统PAPR的正交部分传输序列算法,运用这种算法,利用傅里叶变换的性质,通过调整空时编码与基带正交调制的顺序,对两天线发射端,可以降低算法近一半的复杂度,且可以减少一半的边信息.利用高功率放大器的非线性模型,得到了瑞利衰落信道下PAPR降低后系统的误码率性能.仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性.  相似文献

在相关检测的OFDM系统中,信道估计具有十分重要的意义。研究了一种在单音干扰 环境下的OFDM系统中基于预编码的盲信道估计方案。利用接收的干扰信号的频域信息对单音 干扰信号进行准确估计与重构,有效地消除了干扰信号的影响,提高了单音干扰下盲信道估 计的准确性。与其他盲信道估计算法相比, 基于预编码的盲信道估计算法具有较低的运算复杂度以及较快的收敛速度。仿真结果表明 了该算法在干扰估计以及信道估计两方面都取得了较好的性能。  相似文献

定时同步是单载波频域均衡(SC-FDE)系统的一项关键技术,其中的粗定时同步算法决定着同步收敛速度,由Schmidl和Cox提出的传统算法中出现的测度峰值平台影响着粗同步的精度与速度。通过训练符号格式的重新设计,利用其中4个相同部分良好的相关特性,提出了一种基于特殊训练符号的粗同步算法。仿真结果表明,在高斯白噪声信道和多径衰落信道条件下,新算法定时偏差估计的方差和均值接近于理论值,粗定时同步能够精确地完成,较好解决了测度峰值平台问题。  相似文献

针对已有动态信道分配策略在阴影衰落环境中性能损失较大的问题,对卫星移动通信系统的阴影衰落信道模型进行分析,提出了一种动态信道分配策略。该策略结合用户的运动状态,通过在用户的预测运动轨迹上选取抽样点,将这些抽样点的平均干扰作为信道分配的指标,并采用链路质量约束避免了流量较大时的性能恶化。仿真结果表明提出的动态信道策略可在不增大阻塞率的前提下,在中低流量时将用户平均信噪比提高约0.5 dB。该策略可以应用于阴影衰落信道下的地面移动卫星通信系统,以提高用户的平均链路性能。  相似文献

低轨(LEO)卫星到地面之间的无线保真(Wi-Fi)通信系统当前已经获得了广泛关注。针对LEO卫星信道的高误码、长时延等特点,采用导频插入、选择重传、帧聚合等方法对IEEE802.11g进行改进,并在开放式无线接入研究平台(WARP)v3上完成了改进方案的设计。对改进后方案的多普勒频偏性能、远距离传输速率以及高速移动条件下的传输速率等系统性能进行测试的结果表明,改进后方案在复杂信道环境下可以获得比商业Wi-Fi更好的系统性能。通过模拟验证改进方案的系统性能,证明了基于LEO卫星的Wi-Fi卫星通信系统的可实现性。  相似文献

为了解决实际OFDM通信系统中信道稀疏度未知的不足,提出将弱选择正则化正交匹配追踪算法用于估计稀疏信道。算法在不知晓信道稀疏度的情况下,对不同迭代残差与测量矩阵中原子的相关系数进行判定后,根据原子的弱选择准则灵活地确定出表示信道冲激响应的原子候选集,进而利用正则化原则从候选集中挑选出表示信道冲激响应的最优原子组,逐步实现精确重建。仿真结果和理论分析表明:与正则化正交匹配追踪算法相比,相同条件下改进算法可以获得更低的均方误差和误比特率;另外,算法无需将信道稀疏度作为先验信息,实用性更强。  相似文献

空时分组码(STBC)系统的经典信道盲估计方法,如子空间法(SS)等,都是基于接收端样本自相关矩阵的特征值分解(EVD)或奇异值分解(SVD)来实现信道估计的,而基于QR分解的信道盲估计方法是一种性能优良的新算法.文中将该算法应用到准正交空时分组码系统的信道估计中,结合准正交空时分组码的特性提出了一种新的信道盲估计算法.与以上经典的信道盲估计算法相比,文中提出的算法的计算量大为降低.同时Monte-Carlo仿真表明,当信噪比较低时,该算法比子空间法有更好的性能.  相似文献

对基于数字匹配滤波器(DMF)捕获系统在非频率选择性衰落信道下的捕获性能进行了深入讨论,利用状态转移图推导出单次驻留判决方式时平均捕获时间的表达式。对平坦慢衰落信道和快衰落信道下的平均捕获时间进行了数字分析,得出的主要结论是:无论信道是否存在衰落,基于DMF的捕获系统都具有很快的捕获速度;基于DMF的捕获系统在衰落信道下的捕获性能明显要比非衰落信道差;衰落速度越快,平均捕获时间就越长,系统的捕获性能就越差。因此当信道存在非频率选择性衰落时,可以在接收端采用分集接收(比如空间分集)来改善系统的捕获性能。  相似文献
