现行的因素分析法是依据经济现象中浅显的数量依存关系进行粗略的定量分析,有时忽略一些实质性因素对综合指标的影响,而且由于指标间的相关性某一因素对综合指标的直接影响与间接影难以精确地被反映出来。在对现行因素分析法评价的基础上,改变传统的依据简单统计关系式、定义式、构成关系式来构建指标体系的思路,结合社会现象的运行机制,以多元函数的形式将影响综合性指标的实质性因素引入数量关系式,并借助中间变量利用微积分来分析各因素的直接影响与间接影响。  相似文献

抗裂性能好的碾压混凝土一般应具有较高的抗拉强度、较低的弹性模量.本文对碾压混凝土静力弹性模量进行分析,提出碾压混凝土抗压及抗拉弹性模量增长率、抗压弹性模量与龄期以及抗压强度与抗压弹性模量的关系式.文中方程的拟合是基于国内大量工程试验数据基础上的,可以为其他未涉及到的工程提供参考,其偏差应该不大.  相似文献

It is not unusual that decision makers define and solve a wrong problem. Here we develop an operational procedure for defining a right or correct problem. A problem may be represented as—a problem representation defining a problem consists of—two evolving hierarchies of relations, as discussed in the article. Rightness in a problem representation requires rightness in these relations which are beliefs held by a decision maker. Operational definition and validation of rightness in these relations, that is, retaining them as correct, is by feeling and by specified evolutionary generating procedures for examining, changing (evolving), and retaining these relations. Based on rightness in these relations, we discuss right group problem definition and solution in the general case where information is not fully shared (nonshared) among individuals in the group. Thus, our work contributes to procedural rationality—how decisions should be or are made—in individual and group decision-making and associated group decision and negotiation support systems (GDNSS).  相似文献

The public interest statement contained in the PRSA Code of Professional Standards is unduly vague and provides neither a working definition of public interest nor any guidance for the performance of what most professions consider to be a primary value. This paper addresses the question of what might constitute public relations service in the public interest, and calls for more stringent guidelines to be developed whereby the profession may advance its service goals more clearly.Thomas H. Bivins, is an Associate Professor in the School of Journalism at the University of Oregon where he teaches public relations and mass media ethics. He received his Ph.D. in 1982 in telecommunication and taught for three years at the University of Delaware before returning to the U of O. Bivins received a B.A. in English and an M.F.A. in creative writing and has nearly twenty years of professional media experience, including work in radio, television, advertising, public relations and editorial cartooning.  相似文献

In twentieth century Europe and the USA, industrial relations, labour, and workers’ rights issues have been handled through collective bargaining and industrial agreements between firms and unions, with varying degrees of government intervention from country to country. This industrial relations landscape is currently undergoing fundamental change with the emergence of transnational industrial relations systems that complement existing national industrial relations systems. Despite the significance of this ongoing change, existing research has only started to explore the implications of this change for how workers’ rights are governed around the globe. This paper addresses this gap by outlining an agenda for future research into the transnational governance of workers’ rights. Fulfilling such a research agenda would be both challenging, as it requires combining the so far divergent industrial relations and business ethics research streams, and rewarding, as it provides ample scope for promising future research.

The method of apportionment proposed in this paper reverses the approach of classical methods, where techniques for the assignment of electoral seats are developed, and then the fairness criteria which are met by this technique are established. In this paper, however, an order of priority of the criteria is first established and then a "customized" solution is developed for each individual case following the approaches of Balinski and Young. By using suitable relations of dominance between seat distributions and Cooperative Game Theory, it is possible to obtain a "minimax apportionment", i.e. a distribution which minimizes the gravest possible distorsions. This method can also be easily applied to multiordered apportionments.  相似文献

This paper examines what, if anything, "Eastern philosophy" can teach us about business ethics. The whole idea of "Eastern ethics" or so-called "Asian values" is suspect on a number of scores. The paper argues that It is better to refer to specific ideas of particular thinkers influential within one country or tradition. The paper concentrates on the philosophy of two such thinkers – Watsuji Tetsuro of Japan and Confucius. When this more "micro" approach is adopted, we can learn some important lessons with respect to the meaning of trust, the longterm nature of relations, and ethics that extend far beyond the limited idea of rights. Public relations literature laments the lack of a theoretical base for the practice and ethics of public relations. Drawing primarily upon Koehn (The Ground of Professional Ethics, 1994) and Hutton (Public Relations Review, 1999), this paper proposes such a theoretical ground.The paper adopts Hutton's assertion that "the central organizing theme of public relations theory and practice" is relationships(Hutton, 1999, p. 209). It also relies upon Koehn (1994) to provide a theoretical discussion of the nature of professions, and the ground upon which professional ethics and public trust in the professions are based. It concludes, from a Koehnian perspective, that for public relations to move from the expertise and contractual models of practice into a covenantal model as a profession worthy of public trust, the field must devote itself to a defined human good (relationships), and must be grounded in a public pledge to serve this good.  相似文献

The author introduces constructs based on neo-classical and socio-economic assumptions, and argues that board-management relations should be characterized by both independence and interdependence. Interdependence is especially important in small firms. The article presents a model of directorates from research about directorates based on agency theory assumptions. This model is supplemented with constructs from the theory of contractual relations. Whilst traditional literature tends to focus upon independence from an agency theory perspective, this article argues that it is necessary to use more than one dimension of attributes regarding the board-management relations in order to understand the board's contribution to company performance, and that trust and solidarity is especially important in small firms. Board-management relations described by simultaneous independence and interdependence are proposed to give the highest contribution to company performance. The theoretical propositions are exemplified and supported by results of a field survey of directorates in small firms.  相似文献

价值的本质是生产关系,价值尺度必须反映社会的本质特征,因此价值尺度与价值量都是随着生产关系变化而改变的相对量,不同生产关系下的价值量没有直接的可比性。对斯密的误解所产生的追求逻辑一致性的价值理论,致使人们将仅仅适应于非货币性简单商品交换的劳动价值论应用于性质完全不同的资本主义,忽视了绝对性的价值量与相对性的"生产价格"量之间在逻辑上的不可统一性,因此产生了古典学派体系中的严重逻辑矛盾。理论和事实证明,以"实体"为基础的绝对性劳动价值论,与马克思所要揭示的资本主义经济本质是格格不入的。只有以"生产关系"为基础的相对性价值理论,才能够真正成为其理论基础,从而是马克思价值理论的精髓。  相似文献
