近年来,我国通信设备企业在拓展海外市场时受了各国不同程度的技术性贸易壁垒制约,阻碍了我国通信设备企业发展的步伐,进而对我国国家利益构成威胁。查阅文献发现,在涉及到技术性贸易壁垒研究时,多以我国传统农业为研究对象,其它领域涉及相对较少。有鉴于此,本文综合运用国际贸易与技术性贸易壁垒专业知识,广泛结合通信设备贸易领域复杂形式,以我国华为公司为例,重点审视我国通信设备企业突破技术性贸易壁垒的可行性,并针对性地提出了适合我国通信企业突破技术性贸易壁垒的对策与建议。

我国作为农业大国,农产品出口贸易是国家对外贸易的重要组成部分。随着技术性贸易壁垒在国际贸易中日渐增多,我国农产品出口频频遭遇技术性贸易壁垒。以大米、玉米、小麦、蔬菜的出口为例,分析技术性贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口的制约和影响,从政府、企业和农业协会三个层面提出企业规避技术性贸易壁垒促进我国农产品出口的应对措施。

This increasing demand poses many challenges for organizations to motivate their employees to successfully complete international assignments. This study addresses this issue by offering a new perspective on how effective leader communication may serve as a tool to increase expatriates’ cross-cultural motivation and boost their chances of success.
