国外会展旅游研究综述

本文通过对在、和世界三大权威旅游期刊上发表的有关会展旅游的文献进行梳理,认为会展经济影响、会展地点选择、会展旅游者决策行为和会展目的地营销组织--会议旅游局是国外会展旅游研究的四犬主题,对每一个主题进行回顾与总结,探讨了会展旅游未来的研究重点和方向.     

近10年文化旅游研究进展--《Tourism Management》、 《Annals of Tourism Research》和《旅游学刊》研究评述

论文通过对国外《Tourism Management》、《Annals of Tourism Research》及国内《旅游学刊》3大期刊近10年来发表的有关文化旅游的82篇文献进行研究方法的分类和分析讨论，从概念与综述、文化旅游地景观厦其形象研究、文化旅游者厦市场研究、文化旅游赍源厦开发研究、文化旅游环境与保护研究、文化旅游管理研究、文化旅游理论与方法研究7个方面对文化旅游研究内容进行了综述，井对近年朱国内外文化旅游研究的重点问题和未来研究方向进行了分析。     

从《旅游学刊》和《Annals of Tourism Research》的比较看中外旅游研究的异同和趋向

为深入理解中外旅游研究的异同，文章对2000年以来《Annals of Tourism Research》和《旅游学刊》发表的论文进行了比较分析。研究表明中外旅游研究在研究内容、研究方法以及研究思路等方面存在着明显差异。前者侧重于旅游影响、旅游人类学、旅游社会学与生态旅游等方面的研究，而后者涉猎面更广泛，如对旅游经济与管理、旅游资源开发与规划等偏实用领域的关注；此外，前者研究方法以数理统计为多，后者多以描述性的论述为主。研究通过对近期两大中外权威杂志的对比分析，以期对国内旅游研究，以及对《旅游学刊》的未来发展有所裨益。     

近期国外旅游学研究进展--《Annals of Tourism Research》文献分析

本文以近十年来发表在《Annals of Tourism Research》上的研究文献为样本，分析了近年来国外旅游学研究的主要研究脉络和研究进展情况。同时，重点分析了其研究热点和新的研究视角，并且指出了其研究的薄弱环节。文章最后指出了国外旅游学研究进展对于国内旅游学研究的启示。     

香港旅游研究回顾与展望——基于Tourism Management等英语学术期刊的述评

香港作为世界著名的旅游目的地和旅游客源地,虽然已经回归中国大陆,但大陆旅游学者对它的关注却严重不足.文章以发表在Tourism Management等英语学术期刊上的60篇香港旅游研究文献为基础,按境外民众赴港旅游等6个主题进行梳理和回顾,并提出了未来研究的方向.希望能为大陆的旅游研究和实践提供借鉴和参考.     

回顾与展望:2000-2004年的《旅游学刊》

本文对2000-2004年《旅游学刊》刊登的481篇论文进行了分类统计,并着重介绍了旅游业产业地位和作用、可持续发展和生态旅游、景区保护与管理、饭店和旅行社、旅游规划、旅游经济分析、区域旅游业发展、旅游市场与旅游者行为、研究综述等9个主题的重要文献,以此追踪近年中国旅游研究的动态,并反映《旅游学刊》为促进我国旅游业发展和旅游研究进步而做的努力。     

“Tourism”对应概念的多元变化及其与“旅游”的对应关系

该研究回顾准术语"tourism"词源、在学术研究中的概念变迁及其中文翻译现状,发现"tourism"各种概念都大多被翻译为中文词汇"旅游",但二者概念体系并不是完全对应关系。"旅游"一词对应的三个概念"游客行为维度的概念""经济维度概念"和"多元系统整合现象"在"tourism"对应的概念体系中都有对应项,"tourism"表达的概念之一(tourism as a study of…)与中文的"旅游研究/旅游学"这一名词对应,但在"旅游"一词诸多学术定义及其表达的概念中还找不到对应项。二者所表达概念的非对应项为解决"tourism"或"旅游"概念含混提供了一个跨语言的解决思路——使用同义替代性的单义词语对"tourism"或"旅游"所表达的不同概念进行差异化命名,以形成一词一义的旅游研究术语。     

近20年中国旅游地理学文献分析——《地理学报》、《地理研究》、《地理科学》和《自然资源学报》发表的旅游地理类论文研究

《地理学报》、《地理研究》、《地理科学》和《自然资源学报》是我国地理学研究 4大权威性核心期刊。本文全面回顾了 2 0世纪 80年代以来 4种期刊关于旅游地理学的研究进展 ,从综述、旅游地、旅游资源与开发、旅游景观、旅游者行为与旅游市场、旅游环境与生态旅游以及理论与方法研究等7大方面进行了阐述 ,对 4种期刊进行了载文数量的时间分布、载文作者的地域分布、论文作者单位、研究内容和研究方法的统计分析 ,并总结了 4种期刊关于旅游地理学研究的成功经验。     

基于Web of Science的旅游管理研究信息可视化分析

旅游业的快速发展促进了旅游管理学科的研究进程。文章尝试将CiteSpace信息可视化方法引入旅游管理研究领域,以2001~2012年被Web of Science收录的旅游管理文献为基础,分别绘制出了能体现旅游管理研究发展历程的时间分布图谱、能体现旅游管理主要研究机构及其合作情况的文献共引图谱、能体现各国旅游管理研究水平和国际合作情况的发文国家图谱、能体现旅游管理研究热点的关键词图谱,以及能体现旅游管理研究前沿和趋势的膨胀词图谱。在对这些图谱进行定性分析和得出结论的同时,还对经济危机背景下的旅游管理研究、世界范围内的旅游管理研究高产作者和旅游管理研究的高频关键词进行了深入细致的定量分析和总结。该研究的方法和结论也验证了使用CiteSpace进行旅游管理文献可视化分析的可行性。

《地理学报》、《地理研究》、《地理科学》和《自然资源学报》是我国地理学研究4大权威性核心期刊。本文全面回顾了20世纪80年代以来5种期刊关于旅游地理学的研究进展，从综述、旅游地、旅游资源与开发、旅游景观、旅游者行为与旅游市场、旅游环境与生态旅游以及理论与方法研究等7大方面进行了阐述，对4种期刊进行了载文数量的时间分布、载文作者的地域分布、论文作者单位、研究内容和研究方法的统计分析，并总结了4种期刊关于旅游地理学研究的成功经验。     

A review of research into discrete choice experiments in tourism: Launching the Annals of Tourism Research Curated Collection on Discrete Choice Experiments in Tourism

This article presents a systematic review of all 49 papers published in the top five tourism journals between 2010 and 2020 on discrete choice experiments in tourism research. Discrete choice experiments are used for measuring and predicting individuals' preferences and choices of alternatives and provide quantitative measures of the relative importance of attributes of tourism destinations, products, or services and might include tourists' willingness to pay for various services. Results of the review are presented, and research gaps and challenges are identified and discussed. Future research and methodological approaches to help progress discrete choice experiments in the field of tourism research are proposed. This article launches the Annals of Tourism Research Curated Collection on Discrete Choice Experiments in Tourism.     

旅游学学科树构建及旅游学研究的时空特征分析--《旅游研究纪事》30年

本文对国际旅游学界权威学术刊物《旅游研究纪事））（Annals of Tourism Research）在1973-2003年间的《主题词索引》（Subject Index）进行了统计研究，以此为依据绘制了旅游学学科树，并在此基础上分析了旅游学及其分支学科从1973年至今30多年来研究的时空特征。     

Tourism demand forecasting: A deep learning approach

Traditional tourism demand forecasting models may face challenges when massive amounts of search intensity indices are adopted as tourism demand indicators. Using a deep learning approach, this research studied the framework in forecasting monthly Macau tourist arrival volumes. The empirical results demonstrated that the deep learning approach significantly outperforms support vector regression and artificial neural network models. Moreover, the construction and identification of highly relevant features from the proposed deep network architecture provide practitioners with a means of understanding the relationships between various tourist demand forecasting factors and tourist arrival volumes.This article also launches the Annals of Tourism Research Curated Collection on Tourism Demand Forecasting, a special selection of research in this field     

国外旅游地居民旅游感知和态度研究综述

自20世纪70年代以来,研究旅游地居民对旅游发展的感知和态度逐渐成为国外旅游影响研究的重要课题。本文通过对国外《Annals of Tourism Research》和《Tourism Management》两种SSCI引用的旅游期刊所发表的相关文献的梳理,较为系统地对国外相关研究进行了归纳和评述,其研究焦点集中在居民对旅游影响的感知、居民对某些特殊旅游产品的感知和态度、居民旅游感知和态度的影响因素、相关理论以及基于居民旅游感知和态度差异的群体聚类等五个方面。在此基础上,对我国的旅游地居民旅游感知和态度研究进行了展望。     

Recent Tourism and Hospitality Research in China

ABSTRACT

Although China's tourism has become a vital part in the world tourism market, little is known internationally about tourism and hospitality research in China. This study reviewed 500 articles published from 2000 to 2005 in China's leading tourism research journal, Tourism Tribune, and provided an overview of China's recent tourism and hospitality research. Content analysis results showed that tourism research themes in China primarily focused on tourism attraction/resources development and management, tourism planning, and tourism industry development issues. Most research under review used a qualitative approach, while 15% of the articles employed some quantitative methods. Articles using advanced statistical techniques were scarce.     

A review of research into automation in tourism: Launching the Annals of Tourism Research Curated Collection on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in Tourism

Driven by the advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and its related technologies, the application of intelligent automation in travel and tourism is expected to increase in the future. This paper unpacks the need to shape an automated future of tourism as a social phenomenon and an economic activity, hence contributes to theory and practice by providing directions for future research in this area. Four research priorities are suggested: designing beneficial AI, facilitating adoption, assessing the impacts of intelligent automation, and creating a sustainable future with artificial intelligence. Research in these areas will allow for a systematic knowledge production that reflects a concerted effort from the scientific community to ensuring the beneficial applications of intelligent automation in tourism. The article also launches the Annals of Tourism Research Curated Collection on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. The Collection contains all past articles published in Annals of Tourism Research on the topic, and continues to grow as new articles are added.     

Research Associations as Network Facilitators: A Snapshot of the Travel and Tourism Research Association

This article presents a discussion on research associations as facilitators of knowledge networks in a community of tourism research and marketing professionals. The Travel and Tourism Research Association was selected for a case study to examine factors, attitudes, and behaviors in relation to professional networking of its members. Perceptions of knowledge networks, and of the association as a network facilitator, are discussed in the contexts of social networks and capacity-building of a scientific community. While the observations are made of a small sample from a single association, results of the study have potential implications for understanding and nurturing professional networks in an applied research community.
