企业家道德视角下的企业社会责任建设研究

道德约束是社会存在的最低底线,对能否良好履行企业社会责任有着重要的影响力。在社会的发展中,企业社会责任是一把双刃剑。在正确的企业社会责任导向下,会给经济社会的发展提供社会所需要的正能量。相反,错误的企业社会责任认知则会影响社会的和谐发展,甚至会引起社会的混乱和经济的倒退。在新时期市场经济的作用下,应以当前的时代特征为本,强化企业家道德的重要性,规范企业社会责任的建设。

本文整合社会企业家的相关研究,试图全面地介绍社会企业家的内涵。通过回顾社会企业家的相关研究,本文分析了社会企业的突出特点。为了便于对社会企业家的识别和判断,我们将其与商业企业家进行了比较,得出了社会企业家不同于商业企业家的特点。最后,本文分析了社会企业家存在的合法性机制,并提出了社会企业家未来研究的方向。

Stereotypical Notions of the Entrepreneur: An Analysis from a Perspective of Gender

The principal objective of this paper is an analysis of the stereotypical figure of the entrepreneur in the Spanish context, from a perspective of gender. We provide evidence that the characteristics largely associated with an entrepreneurial individual are stereotypically male or androgynous, with a notable absence of female typologies. Our findings suggest that this relationship has an influence on the continued predominance of male entrepreneurial activity. This study contributes to the growing empirical literature on female entrepreneurship from an understudied perspective; gender stereotyping, demonstrating that socially constructed gender stereotyping persists in contemporary Spanish culture.     

企业社会责任价值创造的机理模型研究

本文提出一种新的企业社会责任价值创造机理模型。该模型分为内生机制和外生机制两个部分,内生机制在外生机制的影响下,通过责任意识-责任心理-责任能量-责任力量-责任行为-责任绩效-责任智慧形成闭环,在责任主体与利益相关方的动态博弈过程中,依靠责任管理,最终实现了责任价值创造。该机理模型构建了一种新的理论框架,有助于进一步厘清企业社会责任对企业价值的影响,提高企业履行社会责任的积极性,取得经济效益和社会效益的全面提升。     

Corporate Social Responsibility in the International Banking Industry

This article aims at providing a framework to assess corporate social responsibility with international banks. Currently, it is mainly rating institutions like EIRIS and KLD that provide information about firms’ social conduct and performance. However, this is costly information and it is not clear how the rating institutions arrive at their conclusion. We develop a framework to assess the social responsibility of internationally operating banks. We apply this framework to more than 30 institutions and find significant differences among individual banks, countries, and regions. Furthermore, it appears that social responsibility of these banks has significantly improved between 2000 and 2005.      

Accountability and the public benefit corporation

Can benefit corporations be held accountable for delivering requisite public goods? An oft-cited criticism is that they cannot, but little empirical research exists to support that claim. Based on an in-depth case study of the oldest corporation to amend its governing documents as a public benefit corporation (PBC) under Delaware law, this article suggests that a company can be held accountable for delivering requisite public goods when external mechanisms are accompanied by an organization’s internal commitment to self-awareness, learning, and measurement. In the case in question, the company established a three-pillar structure focused on professional engagement, community support, and charitable giving built on a 6-year-old sustainability initiative, accompanied by an adaptive learning culture, and driven by top-down and bottom-up efforts. Current challenges include measuring impact and branding the PBC to grow the company’s business.     

Corporate Social Responsibility in the Supply Chain: An Application in the Food Industry

The food industry faces many significant risks from public criticism of corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues in the supply chain. This paper draws upon previous research and emerging industry trends to develop a comprehensive framework of supply chain CSR in the industry. The framework details unique CSR applications in the food supply chain including animal welfare, biotechnology, environment, fair trade, health and safety, and labor and human rights. General supply chain CSR issues such as community and procurement are also considered. Ultimately, the framework serves as a comprehensive tool to support food industry practitioners and researchers in the assessment of strategic and operational supply chain CSR practices.

物流企业服务的道德目标是卓越服务,即使企业服务主体拥有企业服务可持续发展的道德情怀;拥有超越自身经济利益的道德使命和目的。本文以此为出发点,提出通过企业服务行为来展现其道德目标,从而达到卓越服务。     

Moral Reflection Differences among Norwegian Business Students. A Presentation and Discussion of Findings

This article presents findings from aqualitative study among Norwegian businessstudents carried out in 1997. In this study thestudents were asked to write ¹/₃ to ³/₄ page essaysabout six moral dilemma scenarios inbusiness-life and in private-life contexts.After a summary of main results the responsesto two scenarios are examined more thoroughly,for identification of consequence vs. ruleorientation, personal vs. impersonal andnormative vs. non-normative orientation. In anext step, such response tendencies arecompared by gender and age (using comparableessays of managers as a point of reference).The conclusions focus on the potential use ofthe study for business ethics teaching.     

社会保障基金运行中的道德风险及防范

随着我国社会保障基金规模的扩大,在其运行中存在着的道德风险问题也日益凸显,主要表现为政府挤占挪用,保障机构违规操作,冒领、骗领社会保障基金等行为增多。为有效防范社保基金运行中的道德风险,应加速构建以自治为核心,监治为约束,法制为保障的高效风险的抗衡体系,以此遏止社会保障基金运行中道德风险的滋生与蔓延。
