由于服务业在整个经济社会中所占比重不断上升,员工和客户之间的人际交流也越来越多,情绪型劳动已经成为一种有价值的商品,越来越受到组织管理者的重视。柜员要在短时内快速办理业务,在准确无误的前提下,还要保持良好的精神面貌,以达到组织要求的文明服务标准。在业务中出现差错或在服务中受到客户投诉都要受到处罚。近年来随着银行业竞争的加剧,银行业务不断推陈出新,除了银行业务,加之银行"全员营销"的战略理念,使柜员的工作量非常大,压力也很大。在这种满负荷工作状态下,柜员不得不从事情绪劳动。  相似文献

股票流动性关乎资产定价与市场效率,提升股票流动性是确保我国证券市场稳健运行的关键要素。以2009—2022年沪深A股上市公司为样本,验证企业ESG表现对股票流动性的影响及作用机制。研究发现,企业良好的ESG表现能显著提升个股流动性;机制检验发现,ESG表现可以通过影响投资者关注度和投资者情绪,进而作用于股票流动性。进一步异质性检验发现,在融资约束较低、内部控制较好的企业中,ESG表现对股票流动性的提升作用更为明显。研究结论为ESG表现提升股票流动性提供了经验证据,拓展了股票流动性的影响因素和ESG表现的经济后果研究,对完善我国ESG相关政策具有一定的启示。  相似文献

基于中国文化情境,使用跨层次分析方法考量领导情绪劳动对变革型领导和员工组织认同的影响。结果表明:浅层行为与组织认同负相关,深层行为、真实情绪表现分别与组织认同正相关;变革型领导在领导情绪劳动与员工组织认同关系中起部分中介作用;领导成员交换关系在变革型领导与员工组织认同之间起调节作用。因此,企业领导宜调节自己的情绪和塑造自己变革型领导风格,增强员工组织认同感,提升管理效率。  相似文献

本文基于我国上市企业数据,通过面板门限回归模型实证分析投资者情绪对我国股票收益率的非对称影响。实证结果表明,相比积极的投资者情绪,消极的投资者情绪对于股票收益率作用更大。此外,市场状态和企业规模等与投资者情绪的非对称性存在相关关系。  相似文献

利用中国14家上市银行2007—2013年的季度面板数据,运用广义距方法(GMM)研究媒体报道对银行风险承担的影响以及投资者情绪在这一影响机制中所发挥的作用。结果发现,媒体报道对银行风险承担有正向影响,而对投资者情绪有负向影响,投资者情绪对银行风险承担呈现显著负相关。进一步研究发现,媒体报道对银行风险承担的影响至少有一部分是以投资者情绪为中介的。结论表明政府及银行相关部门有必要对媒体报道加强监督与管理,并且采取措施合理监控投资者情绪,以有效降低银行风险。  相似文献

本文基于消费情绪理论,构建了消费者情绪与移动互联网环境下移动银行使用意愿关系的模型,并以常州市商业银行移动支付使用客户为研究对象进行实证研究。研究发现,性别对移动银行使用意愿没有显著影响,而愉悦、唤起以及正面支配对消费者使用意愿具有显著影响。同时,不可观察异质性能显著影响消费者情绪进而对移动银行使用意愿产生影响,对于移动银行使用意愿低的消费者,消费者情绪各维度都会显著影响移动银行使用意愿;而对于使用意愿高的消费者而言,负面情感(包括负面愉悦、负面唤起)则不会显著影响移动银行使用意愿。  相似文献

I use one nationally representative sample from CBS News/New York Times Poll on Environment (2007), supplemented with monthly temperature and precipitation data from the United States Historical Climatology Network and extreme weather events data from National Climatic Data Center, to examine how different weather measures and individuals’ socio-demographic background, political predisposition, and beliefs about global warming affect the perception of local weather. Beliefs about global warming are found to play a dominant role in determining the perception of local weather. Specifically, people who view that global warming is causing an immediate impact, is serious, and needs to be a priority are much more likely to perceive a strange pattern of weather in the recent past. This finding conforms to motivated reasoning which refers to the tendency to interpret evidence to confirm the preexisting beliefs and predisposition. Among all the weather measures, the total number of extreme weather events in the past three years appears to be the only significant indicator of perceived weather. Specifically, individuals who have experienced more extreme weather events in their home counties are more likely than those elsewhere to perceive the weather is stranger than usual. I further examine how actual weather and perceived weather together affect perceptions of global warming. The results illustrate that the perception of local weather has stronger explanatory power than actual weather. People who perceive the strange weather patterns are much more likely than others to see the immediate impacts and priority of global warming. Future studies are needed to investigate the dynamic relationship between perceptions of global warming and perceptions of weather and climate. In addition, more studies are needed to further examine how the public forms their opinions toward various specific types of the local weather and climate.  相似文献

Using data collected through survey questionnaire across 15 universities, we examine the effect of emotional intelligence on academic work performance (in research, teaching and service) in Australian business faculties. We find academics’ ability to use emotion enhances performance across research, teaching and service, while ability to regulate emotion enhances performance for teaching and service only. We also find support for a process‐based model of emotional intelligence in which appraisal of emotion is a necessary antecedent to emotion’s use and regulation. The results have implications for management in appointment decisions and professional development programmes in business/accounting faculties.  相似文献

The first part of this paper is devoted to describe a New Keynesian model, which, after calibration, shows a great fit on Euro area macroeconomic data. Then, the stabilizing properties of alternative monetary policy rules are evaluated for consideration of the European Central Bank (ECB). Our main finding is that a simple rule that provides the reaction of the nominal interest rate to price inflation, wage inflation, and its previous observation can fairly well approximate the optimal monetary policy. This result is robust to including an ECB preference on interest-rate smoothing.  相似文献

We use a mix of new and existing data to develop the Aggregate Hours Gap (AHG), a novel measure of labor market underutilization. Our measure differentiates individuals by detailed categories of labor market participation and uses data on their desired work hours as a measure of their potential labor supply. We show that desired hours vary widely by demographics and detailed labor force status, and that the gap between desired and actual work hours is strongly positively correlated with reported search effort. The AHG suggests a more sluggish labor market recovery since the Great Recession than either the official unemployment rate or alternative measures of labor market underutilization. Modest amounts of underutilization among the part-time employed and a substantial degree of underutilization among those out of the labor force account for the disparity. The AHG also does well in accounting for wage movements over our sample period.  相似文献

Rapid acceptance of, and changes in, information technology are revolutionizing the way educators teach and students learn. This study reports on the use of Blackboard as a tool for creating a virtual learning environment (VLE). Responses from undergraduate accounting students in New Zealand provide data on the use of the VLE as a learning aid. Findings suggest that the students have openly embraced the VLE and support its adoption by faculty members in other courses. However, students appear unwilling to actively participate in two-way online activities. This has implications for faculty contemplating the adoption of a VLE in their courses.  相似文献

This study focuses on accounting education in the Syrian transition context and in the international context of globalization. It offers insights into accounting education and into the interrelationship in this respect between the accountancy profession and academia in this context. We elaborate an historical and contextual analysis of the Syrian context in relation to accounting education. We report on a series of interviews (conducted in 2002 and 2005) of professional accountants and accounting academics in Syria that elaborates the views of these key parties on a number of interrelated matters: the current limitations of tertiary accounting education in Syria; the role of the accountancy profession in providing education and training; and the developing interrelationship between the profession and academia. In concluding, we summarize some key insights and elaborate on the relevance of the study and the future research it suggests.  相似文献
