农产品渠道终端选择的影响因素及选择群体的特征分析--以武汉市居民生鲜农产品消费调查为例

不同地区、不同群体农产品渠道终端的选择行为具有多样性和动态性,尤其是近些年受到生鲜型超市的影响,居民的购买行为特征已经发生了很大的变化。本文利用Spss应用统计软件对武汉市居民生鲜农产品(蔬菜、水果、淡水产品和畜禽产品)消费的调查数据进行了实证研究,对生鲜农产品渠道终端选择的影响因素以及各自选择群体的属性和特征重新作了评估和分析,并结合项目组以往调查数据对其变化和发展趋势作了概述。     

基于大数据的我国居民跨境消费特征分析

<正>随着我国经济发展水平不断提高,对外开放程度进一步深化,近年来我国居民接触、购买海外商品的频次逐步增加,海外消费体量逐步上升,其中,跨境电商平台及海外代购是我国居民购买海外商品的主要渠道。为了解我国居民海外商品消费情况,本文基于2014年3月—2019年3月互联网媒体关于"代购""跨境电商"等相关舆情数据1264.43万条,联通智慧足迹提供的跨境电商APP相关数据2431万条,以及浪潮集团提供的跨境电商销售数据约4000多万条,对当前我国居民的跨境电商和代购境外消费特征进行分析。     

居民储蓄并未流入“体外”

中国居民收入大部分用于消费，购买住宅、汽车和金融投资，而非“体外循环”。“体外循环”资金主要来自机构．而非居民储蓄。居民储蓄对地下信贷市场的作用可能被高估了。

本文首先提出常州市居民可支配收入与房产消费关系实证分析的背景及意义,然后分析常州市人口数、地区生产总值、居民可支配收入、房地产投资额、房产价格等数据,接着建立相关计量分析模型并对模型结果进行分析,最后提出四点政策建议。     

居民文化消费意向影响因素的实证分析——基于江苏镇江市的调研数据

本文以镇江居民文化消费调研数据为基础,采用最优尺度回归模型对影响居民文化消费意向的因素进行了实证分析。实证结果表明:个人兴趣、学历、年龄、文化产品(服务)的种类、文化消费设施及场所的远近等因素是影响居民文化消费意向的主要因素,并基于这些影响因素提出了关于增强居民文化消费意向的几点建议。     

武汉居民文化消费及文化市场管理问题实证分析

近年来,武汉文化消费和文化市场管理问题进一步突显,居民文化消费体系还不完善,文化市场管理体制还不健全等。目前学术界缺乏关于武汉市居民文化消费以及文化市场管理问题及原因方面的实证分析。基于问卷调研在具体分析武汉市居民文化消费、文化市场管理现状及其供给存在缺口、消费价格参差不齐、文化市场管理不规范等主要问题以及万达电影乐园这个成功案例的基础上,深入分析了这些相关问题的原因,最后提出了相应对策。

臧旭恒博士等著的<居民资产与消费选择行为分析>(上海三联书店、上海人民出版社2001年11月出版)深入研究我国从传统的计划经济体制向现代市场经济体制的转轨时期,居民的资产与消费选择行为的特点和影响因素,这对于理解我国目前的需求不足与启动内需政策的实施,无疑具有重要的理论价值和实践意义.该书对于推进理论分析、实证研究和政策选择做出了重要贡献.     

我国居民预期意识对其消费水平影响的实证分析

作为拉动经济增长的"三驾马车"之一的消费对我国经济的发展具有至关重要的作用,它是经济发展的主要动力。要刺激消费、扩大内需,必须全方位分析影响居民消费行为的各种因素,譬如居民的可支配收入、居民偏好等相关因素。在现存文献的研究影响消费行为的关键因素基础上,增加居民的预期行为来探讨微观因素对消费增长的影响,用计量分析的方法,实证研究了预期对影响居民消费水平的程度,从而为消费理论及政策制定提供参考。     

新疆乌鲁木齐市居民奢侈品消费倾向调查研究

如今距离市场经济的成形,也不过数十年的时间,国际上诸多的奢侈品牌店也进驻乌市不久,因此大部分乌市居民实际上并未形成成熟的消费观念。此次研究以乌市居民为研究对象,通过研究,了解乌市居民购买奢侈品的真正动机、意愿、方式等,从而使之寻求某种理性的、适合于当下现实的消费观念,提高乌市居民消费,尤其是奢侈品消费的理性程度。通过调查研究,分析乌市居民奢侈品消费的现状及其消费心理,为乌市居民进行理性消费提出有价值的参考。     

居民政策感知与家庭能源消费低碳化

在“双碳”目标的驱动下,我国居民高碳低效的能源消费现状已受到广泛的政策关注。尽管学术界对能源政策是否会影响个体的家庭行为或意图进行了较为深入的分析,但以往研究较少关注到能源政策是如何实施的,并假设个体在做出行为选择时已充分了解政策信息。研究将政策感知的概念纳入能源政策有效性的相关研究中,利用2018年中国综合社会调查的数据,采用Ordered Probit模型分析居民政策感知对家庭能源消费低碳化的影响。结果表明,居民政策感知对家庭能源消费低碳化转型具有显著正向影响,研究结果通过了更换被解释变量和改变样本容量的稳健性检验。异质性分析发现,居民政策感知对家庭能源消费低碳化的影响存在显著的性别、城乡和教育水平差异,其促进作用在男性、农村地区居住的居民和受教育程度较高的三类人群中尤为明显。研究强调了政策感知在家庭能源消费低碳化转型过程中的特殊作用,并进一步思考能源政策是否以及如何影响不同群体。
