备件是设备进行正常维护检修和应急处理的保障性物资,有效的备件管理是连续、安全生产和提高生产力水平的重要保证。文章总结了备件的特性和其目前在管理中存在的问题;围绕备件的采购管理和库存管理展开研究,建立了企业备件协同管理模型;提出了基于电子市场的企业备件协同管理运作模式——第三方电子交易市场,并给出了电子交易市场的功能设置和具体运作。通过第三方电子交易市场的枢纽和核心作用,将纵向上备件供应商和采购方,横向上企业联盟内成员联系起来,实现采购和库存两个方面的协同管理。  相似文献

在原本已经存在一个采购联盟的情况下,如果一个相对较小的企业想要加进这个采购联盟以享受一个较它自己单独采购时的相对低廉的采购价格,作为原采购联盟应当收取一定的加盟费。合理的加盟费用不仅可以促进联盟巩固,也可以使联盟体成员享受到更加节约的采购价格。主要解决的问题就是如何确定此加盟费用。采用基于Shapley值的方法可以确定一个相对公平的加盟费用,收取这样的一个费用,不仅可以使双方均获得相应的利益,而且有利于采购联盟体的发展。  相似文献

The focus on external relationships in purchasing has been primarily on strong vertical relationships with major suppliers. Until now, horizontal cooperation with other buyers seems not to have been a major area of interest for industry. In this paper, “consortium sourcing” is introduced as a supply management concept combining symbiotic horizontal relationships and strategic understanding to gain competitive advantage. Therefore, we examine the state of the art in consortium research both in the Anglo-Saxon countries and in Germany.  相似文献

This study addresses critical questions regarding the extent of business-to-business electronic marketplace usage for purchasing, and the degree and impact of buyers' e-readiness on the range of electronic marketplace usage. The data from a Web-based survey of 359 purchasing professionals in the United States suggests that buyers with more experience in using information technology, the Internet to facilitate purchasing, and information systems for enhancing supply chain management would more likely use electronic marketplaces for purchasing. This study has significant theoretical implications because it confirms the important role of e-readiness in the electronic marketplace usage model. 采购是影响一个企业赢利的关键环节。电子市场作为一种完全不同于传统市场的、新兴的、虚拟的、依赖于互联网发展的新型市场,是电子商务的一种重要模式。本文认为,电子市场所具有的聚集功能、撮合交易功能和支持交易功能,能够支持企业除内部需求识别之外所有的采购任务,电子市场与企业采购之间有较高的协合程度。文章指出,电子市场将促进企业采购模式向电子化采购模式转化,大大降低企业的采购成本,提高企业的采购效率。它代表了电子商务未来发展的主流模式,并将成为企业采购的重要渠道。  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to present the recognized facts about JIT purchasing benefits, buyers' expectations concerning JIT purchasing, and JIT purchasing success factors. The identification of these facts is based on the convergence of results found in reviewed publications between 1988 and 1993. After identification of the JIT purchasing related facts, partnership strategy is discussed and its suitability for JIT purchasing is demonstrated. The similarities between the favourable situations for partnership and the facts about JIT purchasing are also pointed out.  相似文献

To develop an empirically based operational definition of strategic purchasing, a definition was first developed from the current literature. The definition was tested by first developing a model based on the current literature in the strategic management and strategic purchasing literature. The model resulted in four hypotheses. To test the hypotheses, survey responses from 739 firms were analyzed. Each of the following factors were positively related to the level of strategic purchasing as defined from the literature: status of the purchasing function; purchasing knowledge and skills; purchasing's willingness to take risks, and; purchasing resources. Therefore, it was concluded that the definition was valid and could include the four underlying characteristics.  相似文献

How and why do risk mitigation strategies evolve? And which resources are needed for engaging in such changes? This paper contributes to the understanding of risk management in supply chains by developing theory about the interplay between supply risk mitigation strategies and the purchasing team's relationship dominant logic (RDL), which we define as the purchasing team's orientation toward and shared cognitive map of the management of its supply chain relationships. Specifically, we propose that RDL and supply risk mitigation strategies are fundamentally intertwined. Following a Straussian approach to grounded theory, this study analyzes data generated from the purchasing teams of Western green‐tech firms trying to mitigate supply risk for technically indispensable rare earth metals from China. Our findings from this context that is heavily shaped by state‐influenced supply chain members show that the firms chose their mitigation strategies in line with their RDL. Human capital, social capital, and financial capital seem to moderate the link between RDL and mitigation strategies. We link our findings with the strategic management literature in deriving theoretical propositions concerning these relationships.  相似文献

The resource based perspective (RBP) is an area within strategy theory dealing with the effects of resources and their management on company financial performance. One sub-set of the RBP literature deals with the effects of resources on strategic performance through the generation of competitive advantage. This paper explores the implications of the RBP for purchasing and its potential contribution to sustainable competitive advantage. It is concluded that purchasing typically has no significant strategic role to play, and that the function's activities are operational in nature.  相似文献

近年来,新兴的网络海外代购行业迅猛发展,缺乏监管和规范的海外代购逐渐引起政府相关部门的重视。网络海外代购促进国际间资源的优化配置、丰富了国内百姓的消费选择、带给国内企业积极的竞争环境,但会造成国家税收损失,关税保护能力削弱,网上跨境支付可能引发多种金融风险,对国内相关企业尤其零售企业造成冲击,国内消费者和代购商也面临多种风险。解决对策是:规范行业操作标准及相关规范;构建合理完善的电子商务税收法规体系,构建网络信息时代的外汇监管体系;增强消费者风险防范及维权意识,鼓励行业转型及创新。  相似文献

The concept of power in commercial exchange relationships is defined in terms of changes in purchasing and product specifications. A distinction is drawn between actual and potential purchasing power. The relationship between the interdependent nature of buyer-supplier relations, the attractiveness and availability of the resources offered by both suppliers and buyers, and the factors affecting the ability of buyers to convert potential into actual power, are explored.  相似文献
