Techtextil and TensiNet Invite Entries for the 13th ＂Textile Structures for New Building 2015＂ Student Competition

Techtextil, Leading International Trade Fair for Technical Textiles and Nonwovens （4 to 7 May 2015）. is once again organising the ＂Textile Structures for New Building 2015＂ student competition. In cooperation with the international TensiNet association as sponsor, the 13th edition of the competition will spotlight innovative and realistic approaches and solutions to building with textiles or textile-reinforced materials. The competition is open to all students and young professionals （born on or after 1 March 1986） from the fields of architecture, civil engineering, product design and related sectors.

The ＂20th China International Man- made Conference （Xiaoshan 2014）＂, which is organized by China National Textile ＆ Apparel Council （CNTAC）, China Chemical Fiber Association （CCFA）, China Textile international Exchange Center （CTIEC） and the local government of Xiaoshan, was held in Xiaoshan （in Zhejiang Province） from September 3rd to 4th, 2014.     

＂Textile Fiber Market 2020＂——12th China International Polyamide ＆ Intermediates Forum

From December 4 to 5, 2014, the 12th China International Polyamide ＆ Intermediates Forum was held in Shanghai. The Fiber Year GmbH has been invited to the conference to deliver a presentation with the title ＂Textile Fiber Market 2020＂. Making an estimation of the future textile demand, in particular nylon consumption, appears to be alluring in the light of robust nylon growth rates and considerable investments in the raw material, chip and spinning sectors.

The Ministry of Aariculture Will Carry Out Price Monitoring on Cotton Market
Recently,the Ministry of Agriculture issued the＂Notice of Price Monitoring on Cotton and Soybeans＂.It is pointed out in the Notice that 2014 is the first year for experimental work of the agricultural price target reform. According to requirement of 2014 Central Document No. 1 and deployment of the State Council, the state will cancel the temporary storage of cotton and soybean policy from 2014 and start the experimental work of target price reform on cotton of Xinjiang （including Corps） and soybean of Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia.
