<正>3月24日,国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)"智能电网关键技术研发(一期)"项目"灵活互动的智能用电关键技术研究"课题在南宁通过国家科技部技术验收。该课题是广西电网公司承担的首个国家863重点科技课题,同时也是目前国内参与互动试验用户最多,规模最大的智能电网示范应用项目。课题于2012年1月正式启动,旨在探索供电企业与用电客户之间建立智能用电双向互动的全新的用电模式。通过全面实施智能用电,推动节能减排战略的实施,同时依托互联网+智能用电,支撑智慧城市发展,此外还可以提高电网的安全稳定运行水平和供电可靠性。  相似文献

随着城市和电网建设的发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,城区用电负荷迅速增长,对用电可靠性的要求越来越高,同时电力系统的转轨和电力营销战略的确立,使面向用户的配电网供电可靠性日益显出其地位的重要。配电网虽经多年的建设和改造,由于城区发展迅速,电力的迅速增长以及供电走廊等成为制约城市供电可靠性提高的重要问题。鉴于肇庆城区配网存在的问题,肇庆供电局按照南方电网公司和广东省电网公司的部署,制定了肇庆城市配网“十一五”规划,积极投入城网的建设和改造,在规划实施中,注重资金投入的运作,依靠科技进步,采用先进成熟的技术,科学规划,合理布局,为城市居民和国民生产用电提供了可靠保障,为电力市场营销带来可观的经济效益。  相似文献

The implementation of smart meters in German households by 2032 is a major step in the transition towards an intelligent and connected energy system. Despite of federal legislation providing a structured plan for the nationwide smart meter rollout including basic product requirements, actors within the energy market have the opportunity to take an active part in shaping the market through appealing product offers and hence to create competitive advantage. This study identifies relevant features of smart meters from literature und business practice, and measures customer’s preferences for these features. Results indicate predominantly positive customer evaluations of smart meter features, amongst which the availability of consumption data, the installation price and rental charges as well as time variable tariffs contribute most to overall utility of smart meters. Finally, findings suggest targeting customers by defining strategies to address privacy concerns, to educate about saving potentials as well as to create differentiated pricing schemes.  相似文献

In recent years, the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of things (IoT) has attracted a lot of attention. One IoT device is the smart speaker that is equipped with an integrated assistant controlled by spoken commands. In the global smart speaker market, Chinese brands account for a significant share. Since smart speakers have a natural advantage when collecting user data in diverse scenarios, privacy and personal information protection have become crucial issues for both smart speaker manufacturers and users in China. This paper applies the socio-technical system (STS) framework to portray the technology subsystem, the industry/market subsystem and the regulators, law/regulation subsystem that are related to smart speakers in China, and how they interact with each other. It also uses focus group discussions to understand the smart speaker users' privacy concerns and the smart speaker industry's implementation of personal information protection. By employing the document analysis method, this study analyzes the laws and regulations related to privacy and personal information protection in the context of AI and the IoT. In particular, the potential impacts of the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) on smart speakers are discussed in detail. With its goal of balancing personal information protection and technological development, this paper provides recommendations for the regulatory bodies and the smart speaker industry players in China that can shed light on other countries and regions.  相似文献

Electricity storage is a possible flexibility option to increase the share of fluctuating electricity sources from renewable energies in the electricity system. In the past, most attention was paid to household and large storage facilities. Community storage solutions at the meso level have so far been largely neglected. It is only in the context of the change in legislation for the electricity supply of tenants that neighborhood solutions have recently been increasingly discussed.In essence, this article examines the challenges currently arising in the context of the implementation of electricity storage facilities at community level in Germany. To this end, the term “community storage” is first being discussed and outlined. Subsequently, economic-legal and socio-cultural challenges are presented and discussed as central challenges in the implementation of neighborhood storage solutions in Germany. Based on the discussion of current challenges, possible business models for the implementation and operation of district storage facilities in Germany will then be derived.  相似文献

The present study investigates impacts of attitudinal and perceptual characteristics of residential electricity consumers on their intention to use a green power tariff/supplier in the future. The work rests on a standardized telephone survey of 267 household electricity consumers of a German power supplier. Multivariate Partial Least Squares analysis indicates that, regardless of a person’s level of actual power consumption in the recent past, the intention to use green electricity is significantly higher among customers who have a positive general attitude towards environmental protection measures and who report an endorsing valuation of green power by their close social contacts. In a subsample of participants with a low actual electricity consumption in the year preceding the survey the intention to use green energy is significantly positively affected by the weight an individual attaches to electricity prices in one’s own supplier selection decisions and the person’s belief that one’s present power company takes over social responsibility. In contrast, in the subgroup of respondents with a high actual electricity consumption customers’ intention to use green energy is significantly enhanced by the degree of perceived dissimilarity among power company offerings. The findings are used to derive suggestions for green energy marketing measures of power companies and future energy consumer research.  相似文献

This paper assesses possible market designs for cross border electricity trading. The methodical approach is to split up and evaluate cross border trading into a long term and a short term perspective in a first step and afterwards reunite the two perspectives to find an optimal market design. Two possible congestion management systems are considered for each timeframe. After establishing test criteria, efficient long and short term congestion management systems are identified. As a next step the optimal solution out of the four integrated market designs is identified. These findings are followed by an analysis of the prerequisites for the implementation of the optimal market design. The paper arrives at the conclusion that the optimal market design for cross border electricity trade depends on the development of the electricity market and needs to be adapted in accordance with the actual maturity of the electricity market.  相似文献
