针对利用MATCOM工具辅助程序设计时必须面对的界面问题,分析了在VC环境里调用MATCOM矩阵函数的2种主要显示途径——控制台(console)界面和图形窗口(GUI)界面的特点,并据此比较了两者各自不同的适用场合。详细介绍了MAT-COM的输出句柄函数以及在VC中的设置方法,最后给出2个详细的调用例程来说明在GUI界面下使用MATCOM函数的方法,改变了以往只能在控制台显示信息的模式。  相似文献

针对复杂的供暖系统中存在的大时滞、大惯性和不确定性,引入预测模糊控制算法对该系统进行调节。预测模糊控制算法是将预测控制和模糊控制两种控制算法优点充分结合的一种控制算法。通过Matlab仿真实验表明,在调节供暖系统中使用预测模糊控制比单纯使用预测控制能够产生更好的调节效果。  相似文献

棉酚是从锦葵科植物种子中提取的一种天然产物,研究发现,棉酚,特别是左旋(-)-棉酚能够抑制肿瘤细胞增长,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制细胞端粒酶的活性。对其衍生物醋酸棉酚、Apogossypol、Apogossypolone的研究表明,该类化合物能够靶向Bcl-2家族抗凋亡蛋白,发挥其抗癌活性,是一类潜在的新型抗肿瘤药物。本文将介绍近年来棉酚及其衍生物抗癌活性的研究现状。  相似文献

设计的城市污水处理控制系统以ARM920T处理器S3C2410X为核心,并根据污水实时处理的性能要求,设计硬件电路模块,完成了模数转换电路,串行接口、用户接口,存储系统设计和基本的外围电路硬件电路系统的设计。并对实时嵌入式操作系统μCOS-Ⅱ进行移植,使系统具备了执行多任务的能力。利用嵌入式实时系统的优势,实现了多任务间通信,解决了系统的不断开发、维护困难这一弊病。同时,还在μCOS-Ⅱ系统的基础上,移植了嵌入式图形界面μC/GUI并设计用户界面。  相似文献

Statistical process control (SPC) is widely used in process industries to monitor variations in process attributes. Typically, automatic devices capture a multitude of measurements on process and product characteristics every few seconds. Operators and engineers commonly monitor only a small subset of these. Multivariate SPC has been proposed to fully utilize the available data, however, interpretation of multivariate information is often too complex for most line operators. This paper describes the design and implementation of a real-time multivariate process control system that features a graphical user interface (GUI) and provides useful information for both line operators and engineers. The information system described in this paper should provide large-scale manufacturers with better access to information for identifying opportunities in continuing to improve processes performance and business competitiveness.  相似文献

Research Summary: While recent literature has depicted status as an intangible asset that is firm‐specific and mobile, we have a limited understanding of whether status confers advantage in a way similar to other intangible assets. This study examines the macro‐structural contingencies that influence the marginal value of firm status as firms expand to new markets. Building on the literatures on status and social approval assets, as well as globalization and international management, we hypothesize that two conditions influence how valuable home‐country status will be in a given host country: the interconnectedness of the home and host countries, and their relative position in the global network. We test our hypotheses in a study of 187 venture capital (VC)‐backed biotechnology ventures in 19 countries between 1990 and 2006. Managerial Summary: Startups typically prefer high‐status VC investors for endorsements, network connections, and resources. One might expect the benefits of high‐status VCs to be even higher when they invest across borders. Yet, we show that status is ingrained in context, and that the performance advantage of partnering with high‐status cross‐border VC firms depends on the relationship between the country of the VC firm and that of the startup. We find that, when the VC industries in the two countries are more connected, the positive effect of cross‐border VC firm status on successful exit is amplified. However, when the VC firm comes from a more central country than the startup, the benefits of VC firm status are less pronounced and vice versa.  相似文献

A distribution routing problem with time constraint is one of the important problems in distribution and supply center management. This research is concerned with an integrated distribution routing problem for multi-supply centers based on improved genetic algorithm and graphical user interface (GUI)-type programming. In this research, we proposed a method based on a three-step approach: in step 1 a sector clustering model is developed to transfer the multi-supply center problem to single supply center problems which are easier to be solved; in step 2 we developed a vehicle routing model with time constraints and in step 3 we developed a GA-TSP model which can improve the vehicle routing schedules. The objective of the problem is to minimize the logistic cost for a set of customers without being tardy or exceeding the capacity or travel time of the vehicles. For computational purpose, we developed a GUI-type computer program according to the proposed methods and the sample outputs show that the proposed method is very effective on a set of standard test problems, and it could be potentially useful in solving the distribution routing problems.  相似文献

Successful commercialization of new technologies is the riskiest and most rewarding form of new product development activity. New technologies are often commercialized using innovative interfaces that determine how consumers interact with a new product to obtain its functionality. Consumers' perception of uncertainty about the performance of a novel interface is a key issue in the acceptance of new products involving new interfaces. Specifically, when firms commercialize a new interface, they face two major challenges: First to identify the optimal functionality for the new interface, and second, to effectively communicate with consumers in order to reduce uncertainty about the performance of the new interface and increase adoption intentions. Despite the theoretical and managerial importance of research on consumers' response to a novel interface, very little empirical research has been conducted in this area. Building on prior research on new product development, human‐computer interaction, and consumer decision‐making, this article examines the factors that influence consumers' judgments of uncertainty about the performance of a new interface and consumers' adoption intentions. Specifically, we conducted an experiment to investigate the effect of the newness of the functionality of a new product and the effect of imagery on consumers' uncertainty about the performance of a novel interface and consumers' adoption intentions. Our results show that consumers perceive lower uncertainty about the performance of a new interface and higher intentions to adopt a new product when the new interface is introduced with a new (vs. pre‐existing) functionality. Furthermore, our results suggest that when a new interface is introduced with a new functionality, imagining the product in use increases consumers' uncertainty about the performance of the new interface and decreases their intention to adopt the new product. In contrast, when a new interface is introduced with a pre‐existing functionality, imagining the product in use decreases consumers' uncertainty about the performance of the new interface and increases their intention to adopt the new product. Our findings provide valuable guidelines for marketers in formulating new product development and communication strategies for new products involving a new interface. © 2002 Elsevier Science Inc. Adding to the corporate effect literature, we study the effect of owners on firm performance in a new context, that of venture capital firms (VCs) and the start‐up firms in which they invest. After discussing the effect that VC ownership can have on start‐ups, we estimate that start‐up‐specific, owner (VC), and year effects account for significant variance in performance (26.3 percent, 11.2 percent and 3.7 percent, respectively). The effects of industry and investment stage are not statistically different from zero. We also provide an analysis that separates the owner effect into two components: a selection component—which impacts investment—and a management component—which explains significant variance in performance. By examining the owner effect in a different institutionalized form of governance—that of the start‐up and its relationship to VC owners—our study also contributes to an understanding of the ‘ownership’ effect in the strategy literature more generally. We explore a well‐known instance of fast decision making under high uncertainty, venture capital (VC) opportunity screening. We analyze a sample of 722 funding requests submitted to an American VC firm and evaluate the influence of the form of the submission and content of business planning documents on VC funding decisions. We improve on prior literature by a) using a large sample of known representativeness, b) relating request characteristics to actual VC decisions, and c) developing an inferential logic that takes account of the multiple sources of information to which VCs have access. We find that the presence of planning documents and some information contained therein are weakly associated with VC funding decisions. Based on our inferential strategy, we find that this information is learned independently of its inclusion in the business planning documents. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
