为了研究包容型领导对部属追随行为的影响机制,在梳理国内外文献的基础上构建了理论模型,基于社会身份理论和中国的组织情境,提出了关系认同的中介作用和权力距离的调节作用假设。通过3个时间点的纵向调查获得419份有效问卷,采用逐步回归方法进行实证检验。结果表明,包容型领导显著正向影响部属的关系认同和追随行为,关系认同在包容型领导和追随行为之间具有部分中介作用,其间接效应占总效应的68.8%;权力距离正向调节了包容型领导与追随行为的关系,与权力距离较低的部属相比,包容型领导对权力距离较高部属的追随行为的影响更大。研究结果为中国文化价值观背景下的包容型领导与部属追随行为的关系提供了一些证据,对企业管理者改进领导方式以提高领导有效性具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

在委托代理框架下分析管理者代理行为,忽视了管理者在既定的激励安排下还会表现出一些不以侵害股东利益为代价的消极的机会主义动机,如“不求有功,但求无过”的动机。本文侧重于其中一种行为,即管理者从众行为的分析。主要结论是,管理者从众行为实际上是信息追随,目的是建立自身的信誉。管理者支付结构变化是改变管理者从众行为的重要因素。避免管理者从众行为的报酬合约,应采取由一笔固定报酬、根据企业绩效分享较多的剩余收益和根据决策质量(创新决策还是信息追随)确定较高的惩罚金三种支付组成的报酬形式。  相似文献

本文基于社会学习理论, 研究伦理型领导与知识型员工情感承诺的关系, 以及组织认同的中介作用和伦理氛围的调节作用。 研究发现, 伦理型领导与知识型员工的情感承诺显著正相关; 组织认同对伦理型领导与知识型员工情感承诺之间的关系起部分中介作用; 伦理氛围对伦理型领导与组织认同有调节作用, 其中关怀导向、 法律与规则导向的伦理氛围可以强化伦理型领导与组织认同之间的正向关系, 自利导向的伦理氛围则会减弱伦理型领导与组织认同之间的正向关系。 为提高知识型员工的情感承诺水平, 组织应发挥伦理型领导的道德榜样作用, 并重视知识型员工对组织认同感的培育以及组织伦理氛围的塑造。  相似文献

为提升新生代矿工的安全管理水平,结合积极心理学和行为动机理论,建立安全变革型领导、心理资本、工作满意度和新生代矿工安全行为的理论假设模型。基于304位新生代矿工的有效数据,运用结构方程模型(SEM)和Bootstrap方法,分析作用路径及相应的研究假设。结果表明:安全变革型领导能够正向影响新生代矿工安全行为,也是影响矿工心理资本和工作满意度的关键因素;除发挥独立中介作用外,心理资本和工作满意度在安全变革型领导与新生代矿工安全行为中也发挥链式中介作用,工作满意度能够显著正向调节新生代矿工心理资本和安全行为之间的关系,即工作满意度越高,心理资本对新生代矿工安全行为的影响越强。  相似文献

随着当今环境不确定性因素的增加,企业将可能面对愈来愈多的挑战;而领导者在危机事件中的行业风格往往对危机的处理起到了举足轻重的作用,因此,探究危机情境下的领导风格愈发成为理论界与实务界关注的中心。在准确界定危机状态、总括描述危机特征的基础上,从领导风格维度,危机发生的前、中、后期,领导作用机制等视角,着重分析了变革型领导、魅力型领导与交易型领导的危机处理风格,进而分析了变革型领导和魅力型领导之间、变革型领导和交易型领导之间领导行为及作用效果的异同;最后,对当下企业领导者如何应对危机事件提供了建议。  相似文献

在当今时代, 团队创业逐渐取代个人创业, 创业效果得到不断提升。为促进团队创业的有效运作, 本文针对创业型领导对团队有效性的影响, 分析团队双元学习和团队创业激情在两者之间的作用机制, 在构建理论模型的基础上, 通过对107个创业团队领导者的调查和实证分析, 发现创业型领导对团队有效性有显著的正向影响, 团队双元学习和团队创业激情在两者间发挥重要的中介作用。研究不仅揭示了创业型领导在创业团队中的重要作用, 并且从行为和情感双重视角诠释了两者之间的作用机制。  相似文献

为研究授权型领导与创新绩效的关系,提高煤炭企业技术创新中的创新绩效,利用链式中介效应,研究企业创新绩效的影响机制,引入差错管理氛围和知识共享作为中介变量,以煤炭企业领导及其下属为调研对象展开研究,使用SPSS26.0和AMOS24.0软件进行实证分析。研究表明:授权型领导与煤炭企业创新绩效呈正相关,差错管理氛围与知识共享在授权型领导与企业创新绩效影响关系中具有链式中介作用,通过授权型领导风格的培养可以提高煤炭企业创新绩效。  相似文献

We examine how leadership transition affects firm performance in emerging economies. Building upon the social embeddedness and neo‐institutional perspectives, we argue for the importance of alignment between successor origin and social context for firm performance. We suggest that as a baseline outside successors enhance firm profitability because of the large‐scale and rapid changes in emerging markets. However, this outsider premium is reduced in firms embedded in family and business group relationships, where family and inside successors can better access network resources. But the outsider premium is amplified in firms embedded in a mature market‐based logic, such as high tech or foreign invested firms, because the perceived legitimacy of outsiders facilitates resource acquisition. Four billion people at the base of the economic pyramid live on incomes below $3000 a year in local purchasing power, and more often than not, lack consistent access to services, such as water, healthcare, banking or agricultural know-how. Rapid advances in mobile technology offer the potential to mediate access to essential services. Through this research, the answers to the following question were explored: will mobile service platforms bridge the gap between service providers and people living at the base of the pyramid in developing countries? Anchored in interviews with 31 experts in the field of mobile and ICT, qualitative analysis starting from platform leadership to explain the role of mobile service platforms is presented: how operator, device and service provider centric platforms compete, collaborate and open up (or not) for delivering scalable services to the poor. Based on the analysis in this paper, it is portended that although operator centric platforms are in pole position, device centric platform providers, being astute innovators, are positioned to close the lead by presenting alternatives to bridge the gap in developing countries. This paper frames the current debate on M4D through the lens of platform theory, and aims to provide guidance to policy makers to improve access to services for the poor.  相似文献

We investigated whether participative leadership behavior can produce psychological empowerment, which in turn, leads to organizational commitment for employees of Chinese state-owned enterprises. Based on the data collected from 173 employees in two state-owned enterprises, we found that participative leadership behavior was associated with organizational commitment, but not with all four dimensions of psychological empowerment, namely, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. Our findings also showed that while participative leadership behavior tended to make short-tenure employees feel competent and thus, more committed to an organization, such leadership behavior did not have a significant impact on competence as well as organizational commitment for long-tenure employees.  相似文献

This paper considers the ownership debate with regard to state-owned enterprises (SOEs) performance, that is, whether superior performance of SOEs can be achieved under state ownership. While the traditional belief has been, supported by empirical work, that private ownership is generally associated with superior performance, the experience of Singapore is a clear example to the contrary. We outline global privatization trends and discuss the impact of privatization programs. We then discuss Singapore Telecom as a case where state ownership combined with several contextual and firm-related factors, especially firm strategy, has led to sustained world-class performance. We develop a theoretical framework for this analysis based on the strategic management field. We lastly outline some theoretical and practical implications of the analysis.  相似文献

This study explores a model to compare the benefits of RFID technology on supply chain management by focusing on retail industry. A path model was estimated to examine structural relationships among technological infrastructure, RFID benefits, and business strategic performance in the U.S. (n = 70) and Korean samples (n = 87). Result showed that technological infrastructure was required to more improve inventory management, store operation and demand management, leading to business strategic performance. Especially, data system automation was perceived as a prerequisite for improving inventory management for both countries. Hardware/software application was significantly related to the RFID benefit of inventory management for U.S. retailers, whereas, it was related to the benefits of efficient store operation and demand management for Korean retailers. Business strategic performance was significantly determined by RFID benefit factors (e.g., inventory management and demand management) for U.S. retailers and Korean retailers. The managerial implication for business to business strategic performance in the U.S. and Korean retail industries was discussed from a retailer's perspective.  相似文献

Suspicion in the interorganizational relationship literature has been associated with relationship decay but this literature fails to capture the value of suspicion in maintaining relationships. The authors offer an inventory of propositions, suggesting that the level of suspicion determines whether it has beneficial or harmful effects on channel relationships. Support for many of these propositions is based on a unique attribute of suspicion: Suspicion serves as an antidote to the fundamental attribution error, or the tendency to take behavior at face value without allowing for situational influences. Such an attribute suggests suspicion should have an important influence on interorganizational relationships. Specifically, the authors propose that suspicion can be beneficial at moderate levels, but harmful at very low or high levels. Of particular interest to practitioners, we propose some methods for controlling suspicion.  相似文献
