基础设施投资效率是有效实施供给侧改革以及顺利进行“一带一路”战略工作的根基,是经济增长方式转型升级中重点关注和解决的问题。本文基于2003~2014年的面板数据,借助DEA方法和空间杜宾模型,对比分析全国与“一带一路”国内段沿线地区硬软性基础设施投资效率及其对转变经济增长方式的本地效应与空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:“一带”的硬性基础设施投资,“一路”的软性基础设施投资呈现较高的技术效率水平;区域经济增长方式转变呈鲜明的空间依赖性;与全国比较,硬软性基础设施投资效率对“一带一路”的经济增长方式转变具有显著的促进作用。硬性基础设施投资效率对“一带”沿线的效应较大,尤其是对西北地区产生的本地和溢出效应最大;软性基础设施投资效率最明显促进“一路”沿线的集约化水平及带来显著的积极外溢效应。  相似文献

为了提高“中国制造” 在全球市场的竞争力和国际标准制定中的话语权, 中国政府积极顺应全球产业变革趋势, 提出了“中国制造2025” 发展战略。本文采用文献研究法对近年来该领域的主要研究成果进行了系统的梳理, 发现学术界主要从战略提出背景、战略的体系架构、战略实施进展、战略实践中面临的问题和困境以及对策建议等方面对“中国制造2025” 展开了研究和探讨。文章归纳了“中国制造2025” 战略当前的研究热点, 并对未来可能的研究方向进行了展望, 以期为“中国制造2025” 的理论研究和战略实践提供可资借鉴的参考。  相似文献

“一带一路”战略给我国航空业带来更大的发展机遇,作为基础设施重要组成部分的航空相关项目建设将坐实“稳增长”重要支柱的地位。本文运用基于数据包络(DEA)的曼奎斯特(Malmquist)生产率指数方法对我国31个省的航空产业全要素生产率进行实证研究,并分区域比较了航空产业的技术进步与技术效率变动趋势。文章认为在“一带一路”战略的背景下,我国航空产业将加速融入国际社会,航空产品研发能力、系统综合集成能力和数字化生产能力可以得到大幅提升,进而为“一带一路”战略中的国际合作奠定坚实基础。这一良性循环有利于提高自主创新能力,提升航空业的技术进步水平。  相似文献

本文借助随机前沿引力模型分析我国向 “一带一路” 国家出口工程机械的影响因素、 出口潜力与出口效率。 研究表明, 贸易双方的人均 GDP、 “一带一路” 国家的固定资本形成总额和我国对“一带一路” 国家承包工程完成营业额和共同边界与我国工程机械产品出口显著正相关, 两国之间的地理距离与我国工程机械产品出口显著负相关。 以可拓展出口额为划分依据, “一带一路” 国家分别归属潜力再造型、 潜力开拓型和潜力巨大型。 “一带一路” 国家的铁路总公里数、 港口基础设施质量、 贸易自由度、 海关清关效率和政府支出水平与我国工程机械产品出口效率正相关, 而 “一带一路” 倡议以及 “一带一路” 国家的关税水平对出口效率影响尚不显著。  相似文献

随着大数据信息化时代的到来, “互联网+” 计划指明了互联网与传统产业进行深度融合的产业调整发展方向, 故探索 “互联网+” 对我国金融结构变迁的作用有着重要的意义。 本文利用中国 31 个省 (市、 自治区) 2005~2016 年的面板数据, 采用 SYS-GMM 计量分析方法, 研究 “互联网+” 对我国金融结构变迁的作用。 得出结论如下: 从全国层面来看, “互联网+” 对金融结构的变迁具有显著的促进作用; 从区域层面来看, 东部地区和西部地区的 “互联网+” 对金融结构的变迁具有显著的促进作用, 而中部地区的 “互联网+” 对金融结构的变迁具有显著的抑制作用。 最后, 依据实证结论提出政策建议。  相似文献

在经济增长理论、运输经济理论和经济地理理论的基础上,探究了交通基础设施对物流产业效率时空演变与空间溢出效应的影响机理。基于2005~2015年“丝绸之路经济带”西北5省区的面板数据,采用SFA模型测算物流产业效率,并运用空间面板计量方法实证检验了交通基础设施对物流产业效率的空间溢出效应。实证研究的结果表明:“丝绸之路经济带”西北5省区的物流产业效率存在一定的差异但是整体效率在不断提升,邻省交通基础设施水平和本省交通基础设施水平都对本省的物流产业效率具有显著的正向溢出效应,以期为物流产业效率问题研究提供一定的理论评价参考。  相似文献

“十二五”是我国经济社会发展的关键时期。随着我国对外开放程度进一步提高,国有企业“走出去”进程加快,国有企业以及作为“精锐部队”的中央企业与国际社会的互动增加,对全球市场的影响力已不可同日而语。深化国企改革,既是中国国有企业自身的战略需要,更是国家发展大战略的客观要求。本文基于中央企业在2011~2015年间的财务数据,构建了中央企业国际竞争力的四维评价体系,并用主成分分析法对我国33家中央企业进行实证分析,在此基础上探析“十二五”期间国企改革的进展和成效。  相似文献

2016 年底,中国发布了《能源发展“十三五”规划》,提出 2020 年中国能源消费总量要控制在50亿吨标准煤以内。“十三五”时期是中国经济发展的重要拐点,在“十三五”的经济背景下,检测这一能源消费目标的可行性具有必要性和现实意义。本文从能源消费总量、人均能源消费量、产业结构、城乡人口结构4个维度预测了 2020 年中国能源消费量,其中基于产业结构维度预测了 2020 年中国生产能源消费量,基于城乡人口结构预测了 2020 年中国生活能源消费量,最终得到 2020 年中国能源消费总量的3个预测值依次为46.3亿吨标准煤、50.1亿吨标准煤、50.4亿吨标准煤。最后本文认为能源消费“十三五”规划目标具有可行性。  相似文献

为了在降低冷链物流配送成本的同时,保证顾客满意度和碳排放成本达到企业的要求。充分考虑客户软时间窗约束、行驶距离、生鲜变质等多重影响因素,构建考虑顾客满意度的低碳冷链物流路径优化模型,结合固定成本、碳排放成本、损坏成本、冷藏成本、运输成本以及时间窗成本,采用遗传算法进行求解,并应用实例加以验证。结果表明,相对于不考虑满意度的路径优化,以总成本为目标的冷链物流路径优化,能够平均减少23 km的运输距离和降低2.72%的配送总成本;同时结果也更优于以低碳为目标的求解。模型在提高顾客满意度的同时,实现了降低配送总成本以及减少物流活动中碳排放的目标。因此,研究为物流运输企业提高服务质量和经济效益提供了有效的技术路线,结果可为冷链物流行业的服务能力提升以及低碳转型发展提供启示,为物流行业的可持续发展研究提供理论参考。  相似文献

在我国大力倡导“一带一路”,推动全球对外经贸合作深入发展的今天,建立“中蒙俄经济走廊”,充分发挥中俄蒙三国的经济互补性,挖掘三国之间的贸易潜力和合作空间,对三国的经济发展均有重要的战略意义。基于此研究背景,本文利用2002~2015年中俄对外贸易面板数据,通过引力模型分析了中蒙俄三国的贸易潜力。结果表明,近几年中俄两国之间的实际贸易额呈下降趋势,贸易增长潜力较大;中蒙两国之间的贸易虽呈现“贸易过度”的状态,但贸易额波动较大,且贸易总量较小。最后,从加强基础设施建设,增强政治、经济和文化交流以及完善边贸管理体制等3个方面对建立“中蒙俄经济走廊”提出了政策建议。  相似文献

The design and management of a multi-stage production–distribution system is one of the most critical problems in logistics and in facility management. Companies need to be able to evaluate and design different configurations for their logistic networks as quickly as possible. This means coordinating the entire supply chain effectively in order to minimize costs and simultaneously optimize facilities location, the allocation of customer demand to production/distribution centers, the inbound and outbound transportation activities, the product flows between production and/or warehousing facilities, the reverse logistics activities, etc.Full optimization of supply chain is achieved by integrating strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making in terms of the design, management, and control of activities. The cost-based and mixed-integer programming model presented in this study has been developed to support management in making the following decisions: the number of facilities (e.g. warehousing systems, distribution centers), the choice of their locations and the assignment of customer demand to them, and also incorporate tactical decisions regarding inventory control, production rates, and service-level determination in a stochastic environment. This paper presents an original model for the dynamic location–allocation problem with control of customer service level and safety stock optimization. An experimental analysis identifies the most critical factors affecting the logistics cost, and to finish, an industrial application is illustrated demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed optimization approach.  相似文献

This paper deals with the production planning and control of a single product involving combined manufacturing and remanufacturing operations within a closed-loop reverse logistics network with machines subject to random failures and repairs. While consumers traditionally dispose of products at the end of their life cycle, recovery of the used products may be economically more attractive than disposal, while remanufacturing of the products also pursues sustainable development goals. Three types of inventories are involved in this network. The manufactured and remanufactured items are stored in the first and second inventories. The returned products are collected in the third inventory and then remanufactured or disposed of. The objective of this research is to propose a manufacturing/remanufacturing policy that would minimize the sum of the holding and backlog costs for manufacturing and remanufacturing products. The decision variables are the production rates of the manufacturing and the remanufacturing machines. The optimality conditions are developed using the optimal control theory based on stochastic dynamic programming. A computational algorithm, based on numerical methods, is used for solving the optimal control problem. Finally, a numerical example and a sensitivity analysis are presented to illustrate the usefulness of the proposed approach. The structure of the optimal control policy is discussed depending on the value of costs and parameters and extensions to more complex reverse logistics networks are discussed.  相似文献

综合分析了港口物流系统的研究现状,从物流系统角度构建多层次港口物流系统评价指标体系,结合信息熵和模糊综合评价方法,建立了基于模糊信息熵的港口物流系统评估方法。此方法综合了主客观权重,克服了主观因素的影响。最后,选定沿海16个港口的物流系统进行了实证分析,结果表明此方法具有可操作性,为港口企业衡量其物流发展水平提供了参考依据。  相似文献

大型煤炭企业现代物流正由传统物流向现代物流转变,财务管理作为大型煤炭企业现代物流不可缺少的管理系统,也在物流转型期间不断更新。现代物流是企业最后也是最有希望降低成本、提高利润的环节,同时也需要企业财务管理部门提供更强有力的支撑。指出了财务信息技术与大型煤炭企业现代物流业融合发展的必要性,提出了以财务信息技术推进大型煤炭企业现代物流发展的3项措施,即建立统一的物流财务信息平台、发展第三方物流企业和加强物流专门人才的培养与培训。  相似文献

Logistics partnerships across dyadic and triadic relationship networks have been the basis of extensive research in the extant literature. It is well understood that competitive advantage within logistics and distribution and within supply chains are driven by value-adding aspects of not only the core competencies of each tier in the network, but also via tangential supporting factors. It is also well understood that there is a strong relationship between logistics and distribution and marketing functions, particularly in product-based organisations. In addition to deepening our understanding of how successful partnerships throughout the source–make–deliver continuum can be optimised, this research also seeks to identify how a supporting element in terms of industrial branding and marketing can lead to relational sustainability. Hence, this paper outlines the relationship between logistics partnership success (LPS) factors and the inherent link to industrial branding establishment and business sustainability within the Malaysian automotive industry (specifically, car manufacturers). Adopting a multiple case study approach, findings suggest that there is a strong association between logistics service performance (LSP) provided by the third party logistics provider (TPLP) and the development and support of a mutual brand image for both the TPLP and the car manufacturer. We contribute to the extant literature on logistics partnership and industrial branding through linking LSP with the creation and maintenance of an industrial branding strategy for both parties in the context of the Malaysian automotive industry.  相似文献

Logistics outsourcing has been at the top of the management agenda during recent decades. Through this approach companies have been able to improve logistics performance. However, several studies point out severe problems with outcome and it is even claimed that in some cases “logistics outsourcing has become a source of corporate failure and disappointment” [Boyson, S., Corsi, T., Dresner, M. and Rabinovich, E. (1999). Managing effective third-party logistics relationships: What does it take? Journal of Business Logistics, 20 (1), 73-100.]. Previous research shows that many companies have taken outsourced functions back in-house. The aim of this paper is to explore the reasons behind the problems in logistics outsourcing. Our analysis is based on an extensive literature survey. This examination indicates that outsourcing decisions require a holistic perspective. We apply the industrial network model [Håkansson, H. and Snehota, I. (1995). Developing relationships in business networks. Routledge, London.] for the analysis of potential consequences of logistics outsourcing. The main conclusion of the paper is that increasing interaction between buyer and provider would be beneficial to the outcome of outsourcing.  相似文献
