电力建设项目档案指经过鉴定、整理并归档的建设项目文件,是电力工程建设的真实历史记录和反映,是工程建设和竣工验收的必备条件,更是投产后管理、运行、检修、改建和扩建的重要依据。建设项目档案文件包括以下三类,竣工图设计文件、厂商提供的文件、现场施工文件。近几年,笔者参加了电力系统开展的输变电建设项目工程达标投产工程档案考评及工程档案归档指导、检查工作,深感做好建设项目档案文件质量的管理,是当前档案工作亟待解决的问题。 相似文献

建设项目档案的收集、整理和利用是一个有机整体,它们之间各自相对独立而又相互制约、相互联系、相互促进。收集是基础,整理保管是关键,提供利用是目的。 一、档案的收集 收集资料是一个很重要的环节,从下达设计任务书开始,至工程竣工交付使用止,自始至终都需要从事此项工作。按照归档的制度和手续,把具有保存价值的文件材料有目的,有计划地进行接收并对零散科技文件材料进行收集。资料收集主要内容有: 1.施工内业资料收集,从开工起,建设单位就要建立施工日志。认真检查记载工程的每一个环节,特别是图纸会审,设计变更,原材料化验单,试验报告和隐蔽工程,更要逐项检查核实,并做好记录。签署的每一项意见都应与施工日志、隐蔽的项目及现场发生的实际情况一一对清,达到准确无误。资料收集必须真实,即时间、施工部位、工程质量准确可靠,这要求收集工作必须认真可靠,准确无误。 2.竣工图纸收集。建设单位应根据工程的进度随时发生,随时变更,并在图纸上标明日期,工程竣工后,对已发生的变更和隐蔽工程一一核实。 相似文献

初始地应力场的平衡对于正确分析模拟具有围压依赖性和接触的问题尤其重要,准确模拟初始应力场是后续岩土工程动力响应分析正确与否的关键。为了实现岩土工程分析中初始竖向位移为零,且初始应力场不影响后续动力分析结果,基于ABAQUS软件,提出一种静、动力分析问题中的初始地应力场平衡方法。首先将人工边界考虑为固定边界,施加重力场,并求出边界节点上的反力;其次,将节点上的反力施加在黏弹性人工边界模型场地中,进行初始应力场平衡;最后,进行动力分析,并用理论解来验证计算结果。结果表明:固定边界情况下初始地应力平衡效果好,但不适用于动力分析;黏弹性边界情况下,初始地应力较大,并会影响动力分析结果;将固定边界情况下的边界节点反力施加在黏弹性边界模型上,既能够实现初始应力场较好地平衡,又不会影响动力分析结果。因此,提出的静、动力问题分析的初始应力场平衡方法合理并且有效,可为后续的岩土工程动力响应分析提供参考。 相似文献

Studies examining the direct effects of employee demographic differences on grievance filing have yielded mixed results. Moreover, little is known regarding the possible moderating effect that such differences might have on the link between workplace adversity and grievance filing. Using a sample of 866 blue‐collar workers drawn from four unions, we examine the potential moderating effects of gender and race/ethnicity. Our findings suggest that while gender and ethnicity are not significantly associated with perceptions of workplace adversity, grievance filing in response to certain forms of adversity is amplified among women (as compared to men) and among African Americans and Hispanics (as compared to whites). The meaning and implications of these findings are discussed. 相似文献

Using individual employee data from four unionized organizations over two 3-year periods, this study analyzes the effects of grievance filing and settlement activity on post-grievance settlement outcomes. The results show that performance ratings, work attendance rates, and promotion rates declined and turnover rates increased for grievance filers compared with nonfilers following grievance settlement, in contrast to the absence of significant differences between the two employee groups on any of these measures before or during grievance filing and settlement. Similar findings emerged for the supervisors of grievance filers relative to the supervisors of nonfilers. The evidence suggests that employers exercise retribution against grievance filers and their supervisors, although a "true performance" explanation of these findings cannot be ruled out. 相似文献

The design of this study was a multiple case study conducted to examine the knowledge, pedagogical principles, and challenges
involved in providing engineering-oriented professional development for teachers at the secondary school level. A set of criteria
was used to identify five representative projects for analysis in the US. A variety of tools and processes were used to gather
data including on-site observations, interviews, focus groups and document reviews. Results of the study indicate that engineering
professional development tends to be based on work focused on curriculum development and implementation. Given the distinct
design orientation of engineering, it is not surprising that the focus of engineering-oriented professional development tends
to concentrate on engaging activities, with a primary focus on process rather than content. A key outcome of this study was
an observed lack of a clearly formulated and articulated conceptual foundation for secondary level engineering. Regarding
pedagogy, the researchers identified a heavy emphasis on modeling and applied learning. At the same time, the researchers
observed a lack of emphasis on reflection and analysis of the pedagogical processes and techniques used to shape teachers’
ability to teach engineering to their students. The findings of the study also include concerns raised by teachers as they
engage in engineering professional development. These include concerns about technical knowledge, particularly with the use
of specialized software applications and other tools, as well as with practical issues such as time, resources, and availability
