Accountants＇ abiding the code of ethics or not is inevitably affected by many factors, especially by the economic factors. Cost and revenue, the economic externalities and the marginal utility of substance and ethics, all of these economic drivers arising from their behaviors have much effect on the accountants＇ ethic behavior choice. If we want to diminish the breach behaviors, from the economic angle, we should adopt the following measures as a plus to our widely-spreading and in-depth education system for all accountants： to increase the costs arising from the practitioners＇ breach behaviors, to construct the trust system in a relatively fast pace over time in future, to make certain the ownership of the ＂trust goods＂ for respective practitioners to accumulate their costs and revenues, to integrate the accountancy practitioners into the occupation to make them behave as a whole and enhance their substance utilities to a optimal situation.     

Crisis of the Models of Development and Rise of Poverty in Central Africa

Historically, the economic growth in Central Africa, compared to all the other areas of the developing countries, was the most deficient between 1965 and 1985. During the 80＇s and 90＇s, the existing discomfort signs were gradually transformed into economic crisis. The objective of the present study is to find out determining factors, which were significantly influencing this crisis.

As a re-financing instrument for listed companies, convertible bond has been greatly promoting the prosperity of China capital market. However, due to the institutional defect of stock ownership is severe, convertible bond has also inevitably caused the negative effect on the situation that the non-negotiable shareholders are frantically depriving the negotiable shareholders of equity when enriching the financial products and releasing the financial risk. Realized path analysis of spillover effect of industrial cluster

On the basis of integrality model of industrial cluster surplus, this paper uses mlddleman transaction and repeated game models to analyze the cost-surplus realized path of two types of industrial cluster including the vertical and horizontal correlation types which are classified by the industrial links among enterprises, and gives cluster strategic choice to evade risk of transaction. It is suggested that as a regional economic system, enterprise cluster has new functions that its portion and subsystem do not have. In the transactions between enterprises of the horizontal correlation cluster and the supplier, clustering may act upon scale demand effect. With scale transaction by the middleman, the cluster can reduce cost, evade risk and improve efficiency and benefit to realize cost-saving effect. Through repeated games, the upper-tier and lower-tier enterprises of the vertical correlation type can avoid opportunistic behavior and realize the aim of decreasing transaction cost.

Restriction of cost of capital＇s property right and financing preference of listed companies

Opposite to the financing preference of creditor＇s rights in western firms, Chinese listed companies obviously have the financing preference of shareholding. This paper uses the theory of property for reference, and redefines the concept of cost of capital in a higher level, and considers it as the property of investors. Through a mathematics model, the author analyzes that how restriction of cost of capital＇s property right makes influence on the financing preference of firms, and considers that it is the restriction of cost or the imperfect cost of capital＇s property right that influences the financing cost of shareholding and creditor＇s rights, hence, determining the financing preference of listed companies. In other words, it is the restriction of cost of capital＇s property right that causes the financing preference of creditor＇s rights in western firms, and the imperfect cost of capital＇s property right is the reason for the financing preference of shareholding of Chinese listed companies.     

Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between Incomes of Farmers and Intra-industry Trade of Agricultural Products

With the slashing reform towards liberalizing trade in the last two decades, the international trade of agricultural products between China and America is intra-industry trade in character. In this paper, we select two time series： incomes of farmers and Grubel-Lloyd index of intra-industry trade. Through cointegrating these two variables, we estimate an error correction model （ECM）. And it is found that increasing intra-industry trade of agricultural products can help raise incomes of farmers.
