In today's world, we can talk about mature markets which have different characteristics relative to past and customers' skill and strength and reduction advertisement effect on him/her are their main characteristics. Today, suppliers in industrial consumption goods market encounter with customers who have unlimited demand, but rarely would be effected with marketing conventional instruments. On the other hand, in the view of customer, market products don't have too much difference with each other in a way that if customer's product commercial brand is not available, he/she will simply replace another "brand" which shows customers' loyalty reduction. Nowadays, we can also see great tendency to value in the view of customer between management researchers, and this issue has been analyzed from different aspects. Value concept is one of the most usable ones in social sciences, generally, and in management literature, specially. The important problem is that value in the view of customer would be determined in the market, and with customer realization from what he processes and what he receives, not in the factory and with supplier wants and assumptions. Value is not what would be produced but is what customer gains. In this paper, the author tried to consider the concept of value and its dimensions, value determiner variable, customer and loyal customer, behavioral approach of loyalty and eventually, customer, loyalty and value key dimensions' interaction in organization.  相似文献

The mid to late 2000s saw a huge growth of direct marketing due to the development of technology and the increasing number of well-educated marketers(Tapp,2008). Customer loyalty has already aroused the extensive attention of the marketing area, but it has been ignored by numerous enterprises in cyber-marketing. Therefore, establishing online customer loyalty and emphasizing the cultivation of loyalty is a new subject for enterprises during their cyber-marketing implementation. Customer loyalty is on the basis of customer satisfaction, but customer satisfaction does not mean that the customer has higher loyalty. Customer loyalty is the key factor to improve enterprises' competitiveness, and it is the foundation stone of enterprise development and the most important source of enterprise long-term profit. Intemet has both positive and negative influence on customer loyalty. We should cultivate customer loyalty from customer relation maintaining, customer relation management, virtual experience and so on in the Intemet environment.  相似文献

This study was carried out to determine the role of relationship marketing in health organizations with regard to providing customer loyalty and to evaluate the views of patients related to relationship marketing activities. In this study, a questionnaire was applied to 371 patients in Kadlk0y Universal Hospital, which is a private hospital in Istanbul. As a result of the correlation analysis between the satisfaction level from hospital and customer loyalty, it was seen that there is a medium level positive relation between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The important implications of this study can be stated as follows: Keeping existing patient is significant as much as gaining new patient, the variables being effective for providing customer loyalty can show difference from one patient to another, the image of health organization is significant for providing customer loyalty, and customer loyalty can be acquired by making continuous communication with patients.  相似文献

The present study attempts to build an exploratory model of leadership analysis, based on which the organizational leaders and managers can answer three critical questions for leadership practice: (1) Which are the core decisional values the top management should take into account when adopting critical decisions? (2) Which latent attitudes (constructs or factors) might generate these values in CEOs' and followers' behavior? (3) Do the latent attitudes differ with the respondents' gender, age and educational background? The research belongs to the field of value based leadership theories. The data is collected from a sample of 94 CEOs and 599 direct followers from three complex fields of activity: mining and forestry, manufacturing and construction, respectively, services. The main outcomes are: (1) The most important decisional values should be (in order): customer satisfaction, firm's profitability, product/service quality, sales volume growth and cost control; (2) These values are generated by the following latent attitudes (of CEOs and followers): social responsibility for community and environment; ethical responsibility for minorities and women; market performance responsibility and, respectively, responsibility for employees and customers; (3) Market performance responsibility significantly differs according to respondents gender; social responsibility for community and environment significantly differs with respondents age, while both types of responsibility significantly differ according to respondents educational background. It seems that ethical responsibility for minorities and women and, respectively, responsibility for employees and customers are not influenced by respondents' demographic variables.  相似文献

Using activity-based costing (ABC) to allocate the cost of credit card business to different credit card customers can help managers improve information decision-making relativity of the cost of credit card business, overcome the deficiency of traditional method based on single standard, which can lead to more accurate calculation of the cost of credit card customers and more reliable analysis basis of contribution. Accurate calculation of credit card customers' contribution has great significance to identify excellent customers, provide different services, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen the core competitiveness and profitability of the credit card bank. The cost allocation steps of the credit card business by activity-based costing: divide cost centers based on credit card business processes; distribute credit card business resources to the cost centers by their drivers; then assign the credit card business cost in different cost centers to different customers in term of the cost drivers. On that basis, according to the revenue and cost information of the customers, the absolute value of credit card customers' profit contribution can be calculated by the contribution model. Finally the ratios of credit card customers' revenue items and cost items can also be calculated, which could be used to weigh customers' relative contribution in the whole credit card business and all credit card customers.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate whether the mutual satisfaction of Chinese banks and foreign strategic investors (FSI) in terms of their cooperation with each other affects the performance of Chinese banks'. Since 2004, China 's banking authority has conducted an annual survey on Chinese banks and their FSI, assessing levels of mutual satisfaction in terms of their cooperation. We use these survey results to examine the effects of satisfaction levels on the profitability of Chinese banks. Our results reveal that satisfaction affects profitability; that is, satisfied foreign investors and Chinese banks yield better performance. Satisfaction determinants for each party are also examined. Although the profitability of Chinese banks does not show a significant effect on the satisfaction of either party, bank loan to deposit ratios, regions of FSI home countries, and the type of Chinese banks' are important factors that might affect satisfaction.  相似文献

Scientific research indicates that seven million kinds of colors can be found in the world. However, color expressions are only limited to seyeral hundreds in classification People's actual life is closely related to color. There are many color expressions which reflect different culture psychologiesand emotional colorings both in Chinese and English. Color is a kind of vis'ual effect. Because the mankindhas the same physiological mechanism and vision nerotic the color words areno different in essence, theoretically. However, because of various language culture, historical background, religious belief, mode of thinking, aesthetic temperament and mterest etc. in different nationality, people's impression of color and expression are different, and the associative meaning produced by the color has nothing in common with each other. There are different and various color words and expressions in English and Chinese. Sometimes it is diffcuh to find equivalent expression in one lanmaae. This paper discusses the difference between EngLish and Chmase color works by means of contrast indicating that due to different language habits, historic background and traditional customs and so on. There for it is useful to study and know the differences and is inductiv to overcoming cultural bgrridrs and promoting the cross-cultural communication.  相似文献

We are indebted to Professor Yu for his careful reading of our paper, and are pleased that he sympathizes with our argument that controls on purely financial capital inflows should not be relaxed so long as world interest rates remain unduly low. We agree that direct "real" investments into, and increasingly out of, China's economy need not be limited. In this report, the authors would like to propose CMP-FDM (Customer Motion Pictures-Flier Design Method) to increase the willingness of consumers to visit the automobile dealership. CMP-FDM is a method of creating attractive fliers while using customer behavior analysis with videos. According to the analysis of how customers see fliers, the authors classify their behavior into three types and create attractive designs so that each guarantees each customer's satisfaction. Finally, the authors integrate the three types of fliers into one attractive to all customers by organizing the design features (design elements), and then validate the method.  相似文献

The scarce resources put into the enterprise include material assets and human resources. Different human resources have different degree of asset-specific, which will determine the governance structure. Design of motivation is a key factor to governance. The single method of motivation cannot motivate the enterprise's employees effectively because of the complexity of human resources. This paper holds the point that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation should be applied together to motivate enterprise's employees in China, then establishes a motivation model and advises that enterprises should use different methods of motivation for different employees based on the asset-specific of human resource.  相似文献

The main problem the oil industry facing in modem market economy is unreasonable price mechanism, the substance of which should be attributed to the fact that it is still short of a reasonable oil price forming mechanism. Therefore, the discussion on this aspect should be pushed forward. As the breakthrough point, on the basis of status research in quo and formation causes of China's oil price forming mechanism, we should analyze the necessity and imminence of China's oil price forming mechanism reform deeply. Using data from 1986-2005, the present paper estimates the impact of direct knowledge spilled over from G-7 countries on China's economy. We use telephone line penetration rates andpersonnel flows to estimate the direct spillover effect. Our results show that direct knowledge spillovers through telecommunication networks and personnelflows are important components of international R&D spillovers in China. These direct channels of spillover effectively accelerate China's economic growth. Therefore, China should invest more in human capital and in its telecommunication network to enhance the absorptive capacity of direct R&D spillovers, and to increase communication with other nations, in particular the USA and Japan. More subsidies to domestic R&D research and purchase of intermediate goods will help to raise China's R&D intensity.  相似文献

China 's sectoral trade composition, product quality mix, and the import content of processing exports have all changed substantially during the past decade. This has rendered trade elasticities estimated using aggregate data highly unstable, with more recent data pointing to significantly higher demand and price elasticities. Sectoral differences in these parameters are also very wide. All this suggests greater caution should be exercised when using historical data to simulate the response of China's economy to external shocks and exchange rate changes. Analyses based on models with estimated coefficients largely representative of China in the 1980s and 1990s are likely to turn out to be wrong, perhaps even dramatically.  相似文献

This paper discusses two methods of measuring net foreign assets(NFA): directly using the financial account and indirectly using the current account. The former method is found to be more accurate than the latter method. The paper also includes a detailed discussion of the valuation methodology. The results show that China's NFA are much lower than the cumulative current account surplus or the cumulative foreign exchange reserves. This leads to an underestimation of growth in foreign direct investment and an overestimation of the capacity of foreign exchange reserves to cope with possible withdrawals. Therefore, the Chinese Government should pay more attention to valuation issues to obtain more accurate measurement of NFA. Meanwhile, the Chinese monetary authority should relax its control on the foreign exchange settlement system, allow the private sector to hold a certain amount of foreign exchange, and encourage foreign assets to be denominated in RMB to solve structural problems, including entity and currency mismatch  相似文献

Language, color and culture have close links with each other. Although it seems that they do not relate with each other at all at first glance. In general, culture consists of everything in the world, so human beings and language they created are parts of culture, more precisely, are two important ones. There are many different kinds of colors. Color is closely related to people' s life. In human language, the color words are frequently used, and endowed with plentiful emotion and cultural connotation. In both Chinese and English, the words of different colors are abundant. We should pay attention to not only their own basic meaning but also the deeper symbolic meaning. Due to the respective cultural background and tradition, people' s feeling and expression to the color are not the same, so the symbolic meaning of color can produce great difference between Chinese and western culture. This paper reviews the key theories relating to the role of education in economic development and social change and how education, as a critical component of total factor productivity, contributes to sustained economic growth. It examines how China "s education policy reflects the country's unique dual economy. Focusing on the post-reform period, the paper contends that while progress has been made, there are risks to China's future growth prospects from failing to reap the benefits of sound education policy. It argues that if the Chinese education system is to continue to be a driver of rather than a drain on economic growth, and if China is to successfully manage its transition towards more inclusive, sustainable and equitable growth, reforms will be needed to improve the quality of education at all levels and to create an environment in which China's extensive human capital is duly recognized and respected. Crucially, the education system should be transformed to ensure it promotes a comprehensive range of human capabilities, including those that go beyond the part humans play in augmenting production possibilities.  相似文献
