当前高校在培养国际化会计人才的探索中,ACA逐渐进入人们的视野,越来越多的高校开始开展ACA培训项目。但是,在ACA特色的国际化会计人才培养模式的探索中,也遇到了各种各样的问题和困难,具体体现在认知度不高,招生困难;授课师资受限,成本费用高,对学习难度估计不足等方面。高校在开展ACA课程过程中应制定合理的课程设置方案,打造优秀的师资队伍,构建成建制班管理模式,注重ACA学生的正确引导和管理,要积极宣传,扩大ACA学生在社会上的影响,与用人单位建立稳定的联系,优先推荐ACA学生就业。  相似文献

针对多谐振腔结构的均衡器其S参数测量数据库,提出了一种工程上实用的径向基函数(RBF)神经网络插值算法,介绍了该算法的主要思想,利用MATLAB软件给出了微波均衡器插值实例,并对其插值特性进行了分析和改进。计算和分析结果表明,该算法能在较高的插值精度条件下对数据进行有效的插值处理。该算法在微波器件的工程设计中具有一定的推广应用价值。  相似文献

随着计算机技术的发展,人们对虚拟现实、分布式交互仿真的需求大大推动了计算机图形学的发展。碰撞检测,特别是软体碰撞检测问题开始成为研究的热点。主要介绍AABB(沿坐标轴的包围盒)和OBB(方向包围盒)算法两种常用包围盒技术,并从效率、难易程度等方面对其进行比较,结合AABB算法和OBB算法,提出一种改进算法,在一个具有大量静态对象的场景中,先利用AABB算法测试静态物体和动态物体的碰撞,然后通过AABB算法过滤后的动态物体则使用OBB算法进行碰撞检测。试验结果表明,该方法在进行精确的碰撞检测时,性能有明显的提高。  相似文献

We offer a framework for understanding public responses to social programs designed to alleviate disadvantages experienced by some sectors of the U.S. population. The framework is built on 2 key tropes of generalized exchange theory: mutuality and possessive individualism. Using the Affordable Care Act (ACA) as a public sector context, we show how marketing messages can be manipulated to affect consumer likelihood to participate in and support the public policy. Consistent with cognitive attitude models, we find that beliefs regarding individual and mutual benefits are significant, positive predictors of ACA attitudes. In contrast, when messages are framed with ideological economic tropes—possessive individualism or mutuality—ACA attitudes diverge. Priming possessive individualism negatively affects program attitudes relative to a mutuality prime or a no-prime control condition. We conclude with policy advice for those tasked with effective implementation of public sector programs.  相似文献

Part-worths estimated via regression are replaced by constrained part-worths that are as close to the original part-worths as possible subject to any a priori constraints on the ordering of preferences for the levels of each attribute.This approach produces significant improvements in validations on holdout samples when employed with either ACA or full-profile conjoint analysis. The improvements in full-profile validations are similar to those obtained when constraints are imposed with LINMAP. A smaller gain is achieved with ACA.  相似文献

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) expands Medicaid coverage and creates subsidized state health insurance exchanges. The implementation of the ACA will impact the states and consequently the state residents differently. We discuss the factors contributing to the variation in uninsured rates and the Medicaid population, and we predict that these underlying economic, demographic factors and state policies will continue to affect health insurance coverage. Using data from the March 2010 Current Population Survey (CPS), we examine health care coverage at the state level prior to the ACA and forecast the percentage of state residents eligible for expanded Medicaid and the exchanges. Our results suggest the percentage of state population eligible for expanded Medicaid and subsidized exchanges will vary considerably, especially for adults. Further, we show that current state Medicaid eligibility rules, the percentage of employers offering health insurance and poverty rates will continue to shape the variation in projected health insurance coverage across the states. Finally, we discuss the potential impact of the Supreme Court decision that allowed states to opt‐out of Medicaid expansion.  相似文献

A Comparison of Conjoint Methods When There Are Many Attributes   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
This paper compares several methods of performing conjoint analysis when there is a large number of attributes. National parks were described in terms of 17 attributes and 56 levels. Subjects were randomly assigned to one of four groups and each person responded to a calibration questionnaire that allowed the estimation of one of the following conjoint analysis models: full profile, ACA, individual-level hybrid, or full profile on the person's eight stated most important attributes. Validations were performed in terms of individual choices and aggregate choice shares. Reliabilities were assessed on both ratings and choices.Surprisingly even with a large number of attributes, the full profile method consistently validated best. Second was a full profile model estimated on the respondent's stated eight most important attributes. ACA and individual hybrid conjoint analysis performed similarly, but worse than these two methods on most measures. Validation differences were more strongly related to differences in attribute importances than desirabilities for levels within an attribute. It appears that these respondents were not able to accurately report self-explicated importances with a large number of attributes.  相似文献

This paper examines the internal predictive validity of four multiattribute preference models: (a) a self-explicated model with equal importance weights; (b) a self-explicated model with unequal weights; (c) Sawtooth Software's Adaptive Conjoint Analysis (ACA); and (d) full profile conjoint analysis. The development of health insurance exchanges within the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) legislation is one of the hottest health policy issues of this decade. With the surprise enrollment success of Kentucky’s exchange called “Kynect,” the influence of how marketing and branding have contributed to the embrace of the policy has garnered interest from scholars and practitioners alike. Driven by the utilization of in-depth interviews, this study found that Kynect’s success was aided by three emergent themes: frequent communication between the outsourced marketing firm, Doe-Anderson, and relevant stakeholders; the willingness to delegate all marketing and branding control to Doe-Anderson; and a multiparty commitment to developing and executing a campaign that would simultaneously adhere to public values and accentuate a feeling of localness to constituents across the state. The paper contributes to existing literature by providing an inside look at how a government can find marketing success against historical odds.  相似文献
