催化柴油加氢精制催化剂的研究

负载钛系催化剂的活性炭，特征为该负载在活性炭催化剂的活性组份为含纳米级钛化物，以钛为基准计算，活性炭与钛的重量比为100：（0．1～10），原料活性炭的比表面积为800～1100m^2／g，总孔容积为0．6～1．0mL／g，采用下述方法制备：将原料活性炭加入含纳米级钛化物水溶液中于70～110℃浸渍加热处理，浸渍时间为16～24h；将浸渍的炭料沥干150℃以下的温度干燥；     

燃料油加氢脱硫催化剂的进展

本文阐述了近十年来加氢脱硫催化剂的一些进展，其中包括催化剂主要成分活性组分、载体的一些变化，并阐述了改进后的催化剂产生的新性能。其中，对于催化剂的加氢脱硫活性为Co－Mo＜Ni－Mo＞Ni－W,对不同的工业过程可采用不同的催化剂组合，载体除了传统的y-Al2O3外，近年来还研究了TiO2,ZrO2,复合氧化物，介孔分子筛或沸石等载体，具有较高的活性。在制备方式上，传统的加氢脱硫催化剂主要采用浸渍法，将金属组分直接浸渍于y-Al2O3载体上，然后进行干燥、焙烧即得氧化态的催化剂。近年来，也出现了采用免焙烧式的加工工艺，以FCC汽油重馏分为原料，实验得免焙烧式的催化剂有很高的加氢脱硫活性。     

DZ-10G焦化汽油加氢精制催化剂的性能及应用

开发了一种汽油加氢精制催化剂,并实现了首次工业应用.工业应用结果表明,该催化剂在处理大庆常顶汽油和焦化汽油的混合油时,在入口压力2.5 MPa,体积空速2.2 h-1,氢油体积比263∶1～272∶1,反应器入口温度220 ℃、反应器出口温度262 ℃的条件下,生产的石脑油烯烃含量小于2.0 %(体积分数),符合乙烯裂解装置对其的技术指标要求.     

DZD-1柴油加氢精制催化剂的性能及工业应用

研制出以改性的国产γ-Al2O3为载体,以钨镍为活性组分的DZD-1柴油加氢精制催化剂,并通过了活性稳定性试验。以大庆石化公司炼油厂催化柴油和焦化柴油的混合油为原料,在氢分压8.0MPa、体积空速2.5h-1～2.7h-1、氢油比340:1～360:1、反应器床层平均温度327～380℃的工艺条件下,可生产出硫含量小于50μg·g-1的柴油。     

DZ-10G焦化汽油加氢精制催化剂的性能及应用

开发了一种汽油加氢精制催化剂,并实现了首次工业应用.工业应用结果表明,该催化剂在处理大庆常顶汽油和焦化汽油的混合油时,在入口压力2.5MPa,体积空速2.2h,氢油体积比263：1～272：1,反应器入口温度220℃、反应器出口温度262℃的条件下,生产的石脑油烯烃含量小于2.0V%,符合乙烯裂解装置对其的技术指标要求.

一种新型高效脱硫催化剂,能够深度脱除汽油、柴油以及粗苯中的有机硫,含量为40000ppm的噻吩转化率在99.94%以上。该催化剂的载体是由γ-Al2O3经Ti改性而成,活性组分分别为MoO3和CoO组成,助剂为P、B、Ni、W,该催化剂的所有活性组分均是高度分散的。
